There are two people behind the counter one I’ve never seen before the other one I know has worked there before, So I go in there to get a blue rhino propane refill (the cage is full of full propane bottles so it wasn’t like they had no refills to sell) I go in and say blue rhino refill please, “oh we don’t do that today, neither one of us know how to do it” so instead of calling the manager and saying hey what button on the screen do I push or is it this barcode next to the register that says blue rhino refill or purchase so instead of trying to do your job they decided it’s just better not to do it at all. that also goes to show the level of training they got none. This is a major problem nowadays and a pretty big reason why I shop online mostly now.

Ive been in the store on 138 Broadway multiple times though out the day and night an it seems to me the only time the store looks amazing is on the 3rd shift when Lee is working she always going above an beyond an doing it alone I really think she shouldnt be there alone cause that store gets crazy for only 1 person to handle it all while the other 2 shifts have 2 ppl on.. Lee deserves alot of credit she is an amazing employee hands down

Tricky parking lot with outdated pumps makes navigating a little tricky. The interior has a great selection of energy drinks and emergency supplies. The staff is always super polite!

Cashiers are always Pleasant... Very Clean Location..

This place is awful no customer service and everyone always seems to have an attitude when I come in here.. Dennis and Rhonda are not nice people Dennis is very rude and says just about anything disrespectful you can think of to people. And Rhonda I dont know why shes here shes ignorant too.

This gas station must be owned and operated by a Racist! I have stopped here on 3 separate occasions and each time stopped at a different pump because according to the Attendant, the readers didnt read my card. they then ask you to come in and require me to set a limit on how much gas I want. So to experiment if it was my card or just me I had my partner go to fill up my car with me, he is white. Sure enough, same pump, same card and he is NOT REQUIRED to go inside. I am beside myself at the audacity of this business. Filing a complaint with the Attorney General Consumer protection. we will see if he/ she wants to continue this practice!

This store spends more time checking to make sure the help isnt stealing than making sure they carry stuff. Always out of stuff. Always something broken. Its a dump. Pumps are broken and the staff is incompetent and just nasty. Stay away
