One of their truck drivers tried to run me off the road, when I called to report it to them they refused to do anything about it and then called me from multiple different numbers to harass me!

Let me say that the owner of this place is an absolute gentleman. They fixed my car for me in an effecient manner and at a fair price point. I should mention that they are open on Saturday which helps get your car back to you in an extremely time consistent manner. I would strongly recommend anyone using this company if they are in need of tires or repair.

Clean used car, fair price, George made some small repairs that I requested and arranged delivery. Very straight forward, would buy from them again.

I had a coolant leak that I previously brought my car somewhere else to get fixed. The place I had brought my car previously told me it had something to do with the water pump so I paid them 300+ for that. I noticed there was still a problem and brought my car to taunton tire and auto. George was great, he showed me EXACTLY where my leak was coming from, come to find out it had NOTHING to do with a water pump. George explained everything to me from where the leak was coming from what parts I needed and what the price would be. The price was extremely reasonable and he got it fixed it a timely manner. I would absolutely reccomend going to taunton tire and auto and I will be going there from now on for any auto needs.

Very friendly and attentive BUT BUYER BEWARE!!!!!2 days after we bought the car we started having issues. We called and spoke to George and he agreed to help us. 2 weeks later we had engine issues well now were on our own! Now George has ignored us!!!! Do not buy vehicles here unless you get them inspected at a real garage!!!

I bought a 2010 Volvo S80 this month from Taunton Tire and Auto. The car was in exceptional shape. I took it to my mechanic and he found one little leak and George and his team took care of it. The car is great and the price was vary fair. The thing that stands out is the service that George gives. When I need another vehicle I will go back to George in a second.

I purchased my vehicle from George in July of 2018. Love the car but when I purchased it, the heat was not working. I brought it back to him and he was adamant telling me it worked.( it was roughly 95 degrees out that day). I ended up going back a couple of weeks later after taking it to a local dealership where I was told the actuator door is not working so I didnt have any heat (and he knew I have 2 children). The part to repair it was roughly $100 but they had to take off the whole dashboard so with labor would have been about $1,200 to fix elsewhere. He finally said ok to bring it back and he would take care of it since it was still under the 30 day warranty. It took him a full week to order the part, then another week to fix it. Meanwhile, I had to pay for a rental for a week because I was stuck without a vehicle to get to work and George refused to supply one. So, 2 weeks later, I was able to pick it back up and the heat seemed to be working fine. It only lasted 1 winter. I went to use the heat last week, its only blowing cold. I bring it to a dealer again. I was told it was a faulty install, basically a hack job... so now I’m stuck with no heat and I have to spend another $1,300 (that I dont have) to have it repaired properly. Love the car, but very unhappy being sold a a car without heat, and being treated like I was an idiot. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this entire situation was not good at all. I should have listened to my gut when he started defending himself about a “lemon law” when I purchased it. I pray no one else gets stuck the way myself and family are. Happy holidays.

I wont spend my money here ever again. First off they tried to over charge me to replace my alternator. Then they over charged me for a used tire that I had to bring back the next day because it had a hole in it. I give them zero stars!!!!!!

The cars appear to be decent, but they really seem to stick to their prices which arent anything special. Its still worth checking out.

I was a customer for 2 years and never thought they were up selling me all the time. George the owner was rude and disrespectful to me and my wife and charged me full price for a job they clamed they could not finish unless they put new parts. (( Up selling )) the job of bleeding my own brakes on my truck I had to do my self in my driveway. With a bad back. Change a couple of break lines and bleed the system is what they had to do then they started saying the master cylinder was bad but they didnt know it was replaced 1year prior to this then they told me I needed 3 new break calipers then they told me my rear brakes were junk so I told them I would change that my self and I saw how they changed there tone and the next day told me to pay them and pick it up because they could not do it. Once I got the truck home I started to bleed the system and quickly found out that the break lines were all loose thats wy they couldnt bleed the system and were pushing me to get more parts I didnt need... Be aware of this place the owner will be charming and polite so you wont think your being up sold he will even say that hes not like that and wouldnt do such a thing but my experience proves otherwise.
