Ive shopped here twice now and will never come back again. The older woman working in the pharmacy (tech not the pharmacist) cut me off before I could even finish asking my question. Ive always had good experiences with Walgreens pharmacys, except this one.

Dawn in the pharmacy is VERY RUDE!!!! I went inside to verify my covid test (which Im sure is not the first time this has happened) and she was very rude cutting me off and talking to the pharmacist as if I wasnt there saying I dont know why shes in here she said shes for the covid test shes not supposed to be inside anyway. Instead of her having a clam conversation with me she talks about me like Im not there. Spoke with store manager Step and she resolved the problem. Dawn tried to apologize before I spoke with the store manager but I felt like the manager needed to know so that this wouldnt happen to anyone again. IT WAS 9 am IN THE MORNING!!!

When I go to Walgreens I either have a great experience or a very negative experience. It all depends on who is working, specifically the pharmacy.

Sold me a used sinus flush. Missing the batteries and also 7 packets of solution were used. Can almost guarantee it wasnt cleaned properly before the person returned it as their was still salt inside of it. I could have gotten really sick. Looking further I can tell it was a return (that never should have been taken back) and was taped back shut and throw back onto shelves.

It was good at one time but now they took rite- aids customer I had to wait 40 mins to pick up my pills that was ready for two days they have to do better no one should have to wait that long

This is a transition for Rite Aid customers switching over now to this location and a Walgreens pharmacy. Its been hectic and confusing at times for many. Hopefully after a little time passes, all the wrinkles will get smoothed out. Theres not much anyone can do about the wait in lines other than be patient. Over the next few months Im hoping for less tension as well. Trying to adjust isnt easy for all on both sides so Im just trying to be patient and open to learning what will work best for everyone with this switch so I can do my part and hopefully the hard working staff will graciously accept the Rite Aid customers and there will be mutual respect given. Everyone needs to do whats best for their own safety and health. Whatever that may be, I hope this works out for anyone interested in trying. Everyone should treat each other respectfully and have patients during this time of transition. Its an adjustment for all of us...

The pharmacists at this particular Walgreens are second to none, Especially Nicole. She is the most professional and friendly pharmacist I have ever had the pleasure knowing.In fact, there is a brand new Walgreens around the corner from my home on Cottage st in Pawtucket in which I loath to go.I will not use that Pharmacy because of the girl with the blue uniform behind the counter.When it is possible however, I will drive 35 minutes to do business with the wonderful friendly professionals on Broadway in Taunton, Especially Nicole.

I was a Rite Aid customer who transferred to Walgreens pharmacy when Rite Aid was bought by them. The personnel here are professional, personable and are trying... but something is very wrong in the pharmacy processing. I have NEVER been there and left in less than 20 minutes, and sometimes much longer. Today, I waited in a line of 16 people to pick up a prescription. (Walgreens had called me the previous day telling me a prescription was about to run out and asking if I wanted to refill it. I replied yes and was told to pick it up the next day, after 11 a.m.) I entered the line at 3:05 p.m. and when I finally got to a window to pick up the prescription, I was told it was not ready and asked to please be seated and Id be called ... they were filling it then. Five minutes later, at 3:43, my script was filled. There are 3 windows for in-service and only 2 were open. The express pass lane is a mystery to me. Its labelled but seems to rarely be open. The other 2 lanes say pick-ups and drop offs. Shouldnt there at least be ONE lane and window for walking in and getting a script that SHOULD be waiting for you? I understand that acclimating to change will take time, but were they physically prepared for the numbers of people they would be serving? It certainly seems they werent, and still are not. If you are in a hurry, dont use this pharmacy. If you are retired, as I am, come on board and hope your back can handle standing in line that long. (My back was killing me when I left!)

I hate calling Walgreens! It should be touch tone! I always have an issue with their pharmacy. Prescriptions are never filled on time. Don’t ever have Walgreens call you for automatic refills! They will call a hundred times a day; prescription or no prescription.

My husband and I are new customers at the pharmacy due to the fact that Rite Aid just closed. At 10 minutes before 6:00 my husband went through the drive thru to pick up his prescriptions for the first time. He pulled up after the customer before him was served. He waited patiently for 10 min or so as people passed by the window and at times glanced over at him. He thought they must be very busy until he saw the notice that they close at 6:00pm on Sunday. The lack of common courtesy by not simply addressing my husband when he first pulled up, that they were no longer serving, is not good business practice. No one likes being ignored.

I wish I had have gotten the pharmacists name. She was wonderful! I am a lactating mom and had a sinus infection. She went above and beyond, researching options for me. When even my doctors office was no help. ( time to switch. I know. ) I walked in so fed up about to grab some sudafed as my last resort. I decided to ask the pharmacist and she led me to a non medicinal product, that has literally cleared my sinuses and removed the pain from my face. I am forever grateful.

I miss Rite-Aid! Prices are higher and theres never anyone around to help you. Forget about calling them. If youre lucky enough to have your call answered, youll most likely be placed on terminal hold while they figure out how to answer your question.
