Bought a car from Gesner Auto last week (17June). Devin was my Sales rep and overall it was an awesome experience. By far probably the quickest most painless experience Ive ever had with making a car purchase. I scheduled to see the car on Wednesday on my way home from work, Devin greeted me and let me go for my test drive. I knew I wanted to vehicle so I put a small deposit down to hold the vehicle (it was later in the day so Financing approval had to wait until the following morning). I stopped back on my way home from work the following day to sign all the paperwork. Devin was a great sale rep and presented several different options and didnt skip a beat and remained professional, courteous and friendly when I declined any of the extras. I might have spent a total of 90 minutes inside the dealership and had the car in just over 24 hours.There was no pressure, no haggling, and no nonsense. Couldnt be happier with the service and the car (2018 Volvo S60)

They overcharge like crazy. They charge a $70.00 Pre-delivery inspection just to look at the car.I got charged a total of $427.95 for one strut to be replaced.I sincerely recommend ANY other mechanic out of that area.

I recently purchased a 2017 VW jetta with Devin Holland as my salesman and I have to say he was a very kind, understanding and helpful person throughout my experience! Having been to about 10 dealers in the last month I know what good service is and what is scraping the bottom of the barrel.Devin put in the work to make me feel welcome and comfortable while in the store and did the work to get me a deal I didn’t have to haggle for! I’ve been to dealers who will offer you crazy prices and slowly lower to where you want it to drain your energy and willpower but this was not the case here. This will be somewhat of a different kind of review but should be helpful for some. I went to Gesner Auto last night to test drive a 2017 accord. I didnt end up buying the car (we were a few $ off) but how I was treated is the real story. Devin and Andy were top notch, no pressure just straight talk. It was a very positive experience that I havent had at a car dealership up until last night. I appreciated them respecting my time and letting me leave without feeling like I had made a mistake. The night before at a different dealership I had a salesman and Manager follow me to my car to seal a deal which was dead from the onset because of their ridiculous pushy tactics. I hope to still do business with Andy and Devon at Gesner and I hope you give them the opportunity to earn yours.

Bought an acadia a little over a month ago for a great price. They worked with me on my trade and werent pushy. Ive encountered 2 minor problems with it, but I called on both occasions and it was fixed promptly at no charge. Sales team was great and service is great. Ill be buying my next vehicle there.

GX470 white for 10,300 with a rusted and altered chassi this chassi had been modified never told me that it was repaired all he said was it had some rust and he had restored it with an under coating I came all the way from 200 miles put my father at risk driving this vehicle with the subframe is basically in the air VIN number to the car is JTJBT20X550071546 he did give me a partial credit for the car but not the full price wasted my time and lost 1000 in tax plus another 300 in dealership paper work 400 in covid 19 cleaning these guys are a scam please be careful before you buy always put your car on a lift before buying a car here

I recently bought a car for my daughter here. It was probably the 2nd car we visited during our search, so I told my daughter we were just there to check it out. We ended up making the purchase, the car is in good shape, my daughter liked it, more importantly, the dealers patient but no-pressure environment was a big factor too. We worked with Devin when we were there and he was very helpful. The used car they sell all comes with 30 day/3000 miles warranty was a peace of mind to us also, even though at the time I didnt expect much of it.A couple of days after we picked up the car, I noticed a small puddle behind the car and its oily. I took it to a nearby garage (we live an hour away from the dealer). They found the struts in the back were leaking. The quote to get them replaced was like $900. I called Gesner the next day, honestly, I was expecting a fight to persuade them to agree that this should be covered by the warranty. Boy I was wrong, from the first person took my call (Matt) to the service manager (John), all told me to come in and they will take care of it. I made an appointment and brought the car in two days later. John was so helpful, he replaced both struts and also fixed a couple of issues my local garage found. It was such a pleasant experience, definitely changed my view of used car buying. Thank you everyone in your team!

I reached out to John in the service department who was able to fix the brakes and also fixed another underlying issue. I have since been back to get tires replaced on 2 of my vehicles and the a/c charged. Each time things were explained in a way that made sense and they were able to get me back moving quickly.I will certainly be purchasing through Gesner again!

I wanted to wait to post my review until the 90 day warranty (yes, they give a 90 day warranty) was almost up, in case any concerns came up. My son bought a Ford Explorer here and he loves it. Since he had good luck my wife gave it a try and they treated her very well in helping her select and test drive a truck she liked. She told them the payment range she needed to be in and the were able to get us there. Later that day I came by to look over the selection and make sure I didnt see any problems with it. We asked for new tires as part of the negotiations and they obliged. We signed the paperwork that day and 90 days later are still very happy with our decision. My wife took her new to her truck for the inspection a day later when we picked it up. The place we have our other vehicles inspected said that the truck was a great buy and in very good condition after they gave the truck an extra inspection of all aspects.

We bought a 2010 Subaru Legacy for my son from Gesner Auto. Within a couple of weeks the car started having issues with the transmission making squeaking noises. We were concerned that we bought a bad car and was back to the dealer looking for a solution.Andy was fantastic to deal with. He gave us many options to correct the situation. We finally decided on having the car repaired. Andy had the serpentine belt, the torque converter and transmission replaced and so far all has been great !!!I have dealt with many different dealers over the years and Andy was by far the easiest to work with. One of my least favorite things to do is deal with sales people. Id rather get a root canal. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how laid back and friendly everyone was here. No pressure. No hype. No BS. They gave us a fair amount for our trade and fixed the few minor issues discovered during the test drive. The transaction was by far the smoothest and fastest one I have ever had. Once everything was set, we were done in about 30 minutes. Very happy with our upgraded Honda Pilot.
