My experience was pretty good customer service wise. They stayed late so my family mechanic could inspect the vehicle. Were knowledgeable and patient with my finance questions. They worked with me on what I could afford and explained the whole process. The reason for not giving a full 5 stars due to car issues afterwards and the warranty was very limited. Within 4 months I had a car repair totaling $400 .Im now 6 months into owning the car and my touch screen will not update. I have no navigation, radio or Bluetooth. Waiting to get to see what that will cost. Otherwise I have recommended people to give them a shot.

I booked an appointment to check out a car a day in advance and drove over an hour to Taunton to check it out. Just before I arrived I got a call that the car I was interested in had actually sold the day before. I showed up to the appointment anyway to confirm.The salesman didnt seem to understand why I was upset at the fact that I took time off work to drive an hour out of my way to look at a car they had already sold. I also had to ask him multiple times to wear his mask properly even though I specified at the start that I was trying to social distance as much as possible. Seriously just wear your mask over your nose its not that hard...The kicker is the car I was interested in wasnt even listed properly online so even if they hadnt already sold it I wouldnt have been interested in it.Truly a masterpiece of unprofessionalism and disrespect. In the end Im glad I didnt buy a car from these people as I wouldnt trust them - and I would recommend you dont either.

My wife and I had a great experience buying her SUV from here. Everyone was nice and we always felt like they took us seriously. Weve also brought it in for service a few times and were equally satisfied. We would definitely buy here again.

If I could give this place a negative star I would. I was contacted by an associate because I was looking at a vehicle through their facility. She notified me the vehicle is still available, so I called before I left and spoke with Chris. He told me the vehicle still available and I drove over an hour to get there and test drive the vehicle. I made an offer on the vehicle which was excepted and I was told they did not have to give a down payment till the next day after the vehicle ran through service. I thought it was a little odd that the vehicle had not been run through service yet since it have been at the facility longer than they originally told me. I then received a phone call by the same lady the next day saying she wasn’t sure but she thought that the vehicle had a down payment on it before I had even gone to test drive it!!! I was never contacted by the sales person, Chris, Until Saturday afternoon, keep in mind that I test drove the vehicle on a Wednesday evening. He told me there was good news that the vehicle was no longer under deposit. I questioned him and confronted him about the vehicle already having a deposit on it when I had headed out to test drive it. He told me a different manager had put the deposit on and nobody else was aware. I confronted him about their communication system and how they do not let the others know that a vehicle is on deposit and why it was not put in the system for all the employees to see. I was not rude or disrespectful or screaming, and he said well that’s not the way it is ma’am and hung up on me. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with at a car dealership. I would never recommend this place they are completely untrustworthy and I’m so glad I did not buy a vehicle from them, who knows what’s under the hood. Not to mention when I got there he was not even super friendly he did not come out to the car with me or show me anything in the car he made me test drive the vehicle on my own when I did not know the area. Worst customer service ever. Save your money and go to a reputable place.

I bought my Toyota Camry from Prestige in 2009. This Sunday at 15 years old with 178,000 miles I traded it in. I went back to Prestige as I was so happy with my last car purchase from them. I purchased a beautiful Chevy Traverse. I enjoyed my experience and hope this new purchase works out just as well as my last one.

Noone at all:Radio ad: no credit needed, 0 down, and that they are indeed the bankWatch out, went to get a 10k car and had a balance to roll over, wouldnt go for the car I wanted because they claim the bank frowns upon older cars, kept claiming the bank, well if you are the bank, and showed proof I could def afford the car shouldnt be an issue well, they wanted me to get a 18k car then rollover balance making it almost double then I wanted to spend, def a shady operation, and from the radio ads it sounds like a nice place, but the place is dumpier then a super 8

Had a great experience here. No problems and great customer service. Walked in hoping to see a car that ended up being sold. They had another that they had just gotten in and I was able to test drive that car. They cleaned it up for me and I drove it home last night. Id definitely recommend this dealership!

I just bought my third vehicle from Prestige. I was a tough customer this time around, but once again the service was great. And once again I visited the dealership in Taunton and the guys there were outstanding! From the salesman Chris, to the financial wizard Kevin. He stuck with it even when I gave up, and got me a better deal than I thought possible.

They said car would be detailed and full of gas when I pick it up. It rained, so they said its all clean seats were dirty and gas under a quarter of a tank. I had to come out my own pocket and pay a lot of money getting my brand new car detailed. While Im still under warranty my brand new brakes they put on before I picked my car up were squeaking and shaking the whole front end of my car when I slow down from going over 50mph (unsafe). Their mechanic said he couldnt do nothing about it because they were brand new good brakes... mind you I have a child! So I called the manager he sent me back to the mechanic and had me on hold for over an hour just to tell me Bring the car down there to look at it but he cant do nothing about it! So they do NOT care about wasting your time and putting your life on the line so they can do nothing to your car. I took it to my trusted mechanic... he showed me the cheap brakes where bad quality.. bad professionalism mechanic, pushy salesman, and finance guy.

Writing this a year after purchase of a vehicle that I have already had to get rid of because it had so many issues. Very happy with my new vehicle that I DID NOT purchase from Prestige.

Prestige 3 was AWESOME!! Andrew had amazing patience with my husband who was indecisive with choosing a car. Many many test drives over 2 days. They even sent us home with a car to try overnight. He finally found one that he wanted and Miguel was even more patient when it came to agreeing on a price with me. They spent hours us. We ended up leaving there with 2 vehicles. Would recommend this location to everyone!

Mike and Kevin and the fine folks at Prestige got me into a new used car when my old car was declared a total loss due to flood damage. I found exactly the car I wanted, and got great financing with low down payment and low monthly payment! There was a lot of complicated paperwork with the insurance company, the old bank (I still had two years on the loan), and the new bank, but they made it possible! Look here first if youre in Taunton and need a car!

This is my second experience with prestige and it was wonderful I feel like Mike and Kevin are very interested with my needs and wants no pressure. The vehicle was gone over with a fine tooth comb and as a a.s.e. certified tech I noticed things that didnt need repair but were done anyway!!! That is quality service in my book!. I already knew what car I wanted prior to me stepping on the site. Austin Boyer, from prestige, helped with with a lot ranging from whats inside the car, to its entire past, all the way to payments. They gave me a great deal and even lowered some pricing for me to help me out being my first car. My dad doesnt speak much English and they were pleased to hear that seeing as some of the employees to in fact speak another language and made it much easier to explain things in depth to him. I havent had any problems so far seeing as Ive had my car for about 3 months now. Its been good and I thank Prestige for everything theyve done for me

We then went back and discussed a deal and came to an agreement. He called me 2 days later and I went signed the papers and pick up the car 2 days later. I have loved it since the first time I saw it and drove it. Great service at this location and will definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a great deal.

Bought a car here, sales guy had no communication skills. I traded in my 04’ Z and put cash down on a car. I have a key and spare keys and even a spare transponder. I got a 2014 car and they only gave me one key. I asked they told me in the safe and they will get it. Finalized the deal, and nope jk they didn’t. They told me I’d have to go to Nissan and buy a key. Like dude I just spent 19k on a car and you can’t even provide a spare key? I love the car, I just regret giving them my money. Wish I went somewhere else. Scam artist at its finest, make sure you get paperwork so you have paper trail. Don’t go by their words.

This place is great: my family has bought two cars from here. I get my Lexus serviced there and had a battery issue and had to have AAA tow it to Prestige Taunton. Mike one of the salesmen came right out, did a lot more than AAA could provide....it was outstanding service. Bobby the head mechanic is always great to deal with....thank you very much!!

We visited Prestige and were quite happy with the sales person. We checked out one more dealership but thought we could get the best deal at Prestige. We called the sales person to make sure we could get the price we wanted if we came back in. He called back after talking to a manager and said Yes, they would honor that price. I specifically asked him to confirm that we would get that price and he said yes. So we went out of our way to go back to the dealership. And then another manager (Miguel) comes over and says that theres no way he can offer that price. So were lied to. Not sure why they think this is a good ploy, but just be aware that they are not trustworthy.

Right to the point.I walked into the dealership, Chris greeted me was very professional and to the point. I told him what I was willing to spend and they wasted no time haggling. 8:30 at night they had everything ready to go before the end of the business day. My Mom bought her first car at Prestige in westpot many many years ago and they are still doing an excellent job today.

Just bought my second car from this location and I would never go anywhere else! Kevin and Michael answered every question I had, took the time to listen to me about what I was looking for and showed me every car within my budget. I was looking for a particular vehicle but it was at another location of their s. Manny brought me to that location to get it. Kevin did everything possible to make sure I was able to get the vehicle I was looking for. I would highly recommend them.

We spoke to Kevin here and he handled it amazingly well! He couldn’t find something in our budget but we directed us to a different dealership and even told us trustworthy salesmen at the other dealership that would be able to find a car in our budget.

Realized too late that the car was way more expensive than the number we verbally agreed on. They got the monthly payment right but were not upfront about the full cost of the car. The manager was pushy and a douche. Make sure the numbers are right before you sign anything or youll end up paying $6000+ more than you verbally agree on. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, Ive actually told a few friends not to go there when they were considering it.

I didnt have to lift a finger.Not at any point was there a hard sell or any pressure. One thing to be aware of going in is the prices on their website assume $2k in cash down or trade, so keep that in mind as you budget.Im looking forward to having this car for many years.

Vehicle is falling apart less than 7 months after purchase. Two visits from transmission repairs. One for tire hub falling apart. Complete exhaust need to be repaired as well. Dealer doesnt cover that. (Exhaust + Hub assembly ) Do not recommend!

Went in with my nineteen year old son just to look. Salesman asked a lot of questions, tried to get us to finance a more expensive car to build my sons credit. Then he asked us a very inappropriate question, Is there a dad in the picture that will be helping make this decision? I was stunned. What difference does it make if theres a dad? I found that very offensive. We left right after that, and definitely wont be going back, ever.

Chris was my salesperson and he drove over 60 miles from Prestige Automart #3 to pick me up (because I didnt own a car) and bring me to the dealership. He explained all the bells and whistles of the 2014 Ford Fiesta (under 18,000 miles...own owner) I was interested in buying and didnt try and talk me into a more expensive car that I didnt want. They were even able to send a man to the RMV and get my car car registered with new title and plates while I waited. If that werent enough, they even brought it across the street and had it inspected!Kevin, the finance manager, was easy to talk with and was able to get me a loan rate I was happy to accept.Kudos to all the folks who made my car buying experience seamless and pleasant. This place is a scam, sold me a 2013 Nissan Sentra a year ago and I’m already on my second transmission. Also in the contract they promised me two sets of keys and I only received one, when I called multiple times asking for the second one they always gave me an excuse. AVOID THEM
