I called up after dropping my phone on the kitchen floor face down. My screen sadly cracked. Peter answered and said it would be about 20 minutes and I could come down. I went right after I called and it was done in 20 minutes. He was nice and knowledgeable. I decided to add a screen protector for $10 extra when you fix a phone. Total cost was $83 which isn’t bad at all for quick service and fixed phone. I use my phone for work so I needed it fix in a hurry. Thankful I found this place! Thank you!

Got my s10+ lcd/digitizer replaced here. The screen came out perfect.The back cover was not reinstalled correctly and now looks terrible.Had I known this was the end result I wouldnt have gone here for service.

So when I went to pick it up after a couple weeks I brought my phone to apple and they told me my parts in my phone have been stole and I had to buy a new phone because I couldn’t get a replacement DONT GO THERE I don’t know what to do to get that money for the parts he stoleDon’t not trust themEven if it’s cheaper than apple it’s not worth it

Called for a screen replacement and Peter helped me! He got one there for me to come in that day had to wait like 10-15 minutes for the women ahead of me and took a easy 10 minutes for me to walk out with a new screen! Super helpful and super nice! After searching around and a let down by Best Buy definitely the best decision to go!

This will be short and sweet. I needed an emergency repair of a cracked screen and contacted Cell Surgeon. They responded quickly, were able to do the repair the afternoon I brought it in, and got it done on time as promised. This is how its supposed to work.

Had a screen repaired on an iPhone X in early August. Shortly after there were major issues with the screen blinking and freezing. I then brought it back and was asked to bring it back the next day. I did and it was “ fixed”. Less than a week later, the glass on the screen was loose. A day after that the screen went blank. I brought it back. I was then told there was “moisture” in the phone. Umm it was 95 and humid and not sealed. We explained of course it was moist in there. I was told there would be a call when it was ready and repaired. I followed up with two calls and no response. I walked in today and was told the moisture problem was fixed and they demanded a 75 dollar payment on top of 130 for the faulty repairs. They would not realease the phone. I was there twice prior with no moisture. Also, The employees don’t believe in face masks to help the spread of Covid. What a nightmare. Stay away!!! Far far away from this place.

Went to get the screen replaced on an iPad . Guy says come by at 2:30 it will be done . I call at 2;30 he says give him another hour and it will be ready . I show up the new screen isn’t even held on the way down . I say something and he gets aggrivated with me, but offered to fix it . I wait another 30 mins . He hands it back to me and takes off quick . I look and screen still isn’t down . My kid dropped it one time and it broke again . This guy has no idea what he’s doing, and no patience to be dealing with customers . I’ll take it to weir st and get it repaired this time ... not to mention he put the wrong color screen on my ipad . Waste of 120$.

Quickly repaired my IPhone cracked screen (less than 15 minutes -- no one in the store when I arrived). Month or so later, everything still seems fine. Cost was $60 -- very reasonable.

Go here with no worries. Not only do you get the best price around but the owner Elmar delivers on his promises and is an expert in the field.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Asked for a screen repair on one laptop for work and my other laptop that I use for live music (screen repair and keyboard replacement). Charged $248 for the whole thing—not the complaint though. Work laptop’s screen was fixed, but the frame was broken. The other laptops screen was also fixed, but the keyboard wasn’t. Maybe it was a misunderstanding on what I was asking. I’ll let that go.Giving a 2 star rating based on how they handle me asking them to repair what they broke literally in front of me at the intake process before I paid while they were trying to find the serial number and didn’t fix before giving it back to me.

I broke my phone, then found them on google. I was able to text them from google and they answered me within 2 minutes. Gave me a fair price and great directions. When I got there the gentleman was pleasant and knew his stuff! He told me to come back in 30 minutes and I did and boom my phone was brand new and he even fixed a sensor. He tested everything in front of me to ensure me it worked and that they did not store there finger print! I was very impressed with the knowledge and speed of this place. Highly recommended.

Best experience I have ever had with a phone repair. Apple Store and other places have your phone for up to 7 hours. I had an incredible experience yesterday. My iPhone x screen had been damaged a while-cracked all over. I decided to come in and get it fixed. I dropped it off and within 10 minutes, I received a call that it was fixed. It took very little time. I am so thrilled with the quality of the screen. I dont have any issues with the screen. IPad screen repair: I would highly recommend this place for all of your screen repairs. The prices are reasonable, the service is great, and the repair time is quick. This is the second time I have used their services and I have been impressed both times (one was for data retrieval and the other for a cracked screen repair.)

I went to have my iPhone 8+ screen replaced as well as had them install a new battery. I was in and out in a very short amount of time and the technician was kind enough to inform me about another damage that I thought was normal and made the repair at no extra charge. Great Customer Service!

Walked in and while they didnt have the specific colored part in stock I was shown when it would be delivered and ready to be used. The store isnt flashy or utilizes all of the space for product but thats because they dont need to. Theres a modest counter at the end of the storefront, the walls have an assortment of cases for different phone manufacturers, and a waiting area with a few magazines to pass the time. The price was hard to beat($45 for an S9+ back glass replacement) and if I had been in MA for more than just that day I gladly would have waited. If you need any work done in the future Id suggest to check here first.

Place is horrible!!! I gave them an I phone 6 to fix the speaker... I got the phone back 3 days later and was not fixed plus the phone was bent an my WiFi and Bluetooth both don’t work!!! Oh and my battery dies in like 30 min after being fully charged!!! Feel like they took parts from my phone an replaced them with bad parts. Long story short don’t waste your time, your phone will end up being worst than it was.

Brought my Samsung tablet to Cell Surgeon to have the speaker fixed. Elmar told me to come back in 30 minutes. Went back 30 minutes later and Elmar met me at the door. I’m very unhappy regarding the condition i keep receiving my sons I pad in.i had a cracked screen and brought it to be repaired . The screen literally fell off less than 12 hours later. I came back willing to cooperate and was promised it would be fixed and I wouldn’t have any more problems. Less than 12 hours later my son opens his ipad for school and the screen is falling off his ipad. I am very disappointed in this so called “service” I received 2 times in 3 days.

Elmar at Cell Surgeon is a complete lifesaver for me! I had found him on the Internet three months ago because I had a broken screen and he pricing was unbeatable to replace my screen, get a case, and a tempered glass screen protector! Three months later, about a week ago from today my phone suddenly stopped working, it randomly just had a black screen however, I was able to know if someone was calling or texting but I could not see them. He repaired my iphone 7. It wasnt charging. He cleaned the input, and cleaned the contacts with alcohol. Works perfectly now. Wasnt expensive either. Highly recommend the place.

Called to see if they could replace my iPhone 6 battery. Said sure, no problem- got there, took 15 minutes and works great! They did that and put a new screen protector on for lower than any quote I got. If you need a new battery or screen, they will do a great job, for about 1/2 the price!

I dropped my iPhone and cracked the screen originally and had it fixed here, Price is good and the guy did it fast but after a month of having it the screen cracked in my jeans pocket while I was bending over to pick something up . I knew he wasn’t going to believe me and that’s fine but why would I lie to you guys? He said his product was the orginial iPhone screen(which it is not) He called me a liar ! And also proceeded to smash a screen to show me I was lying .I write this hoping you don’t end up like me . I paid 90 for the screen the first time and he said he can give me a discount for 60 this time....So basically just spend the $150 to insurance and don’t waste ur time or money here
