I stopped by yesterday (3.23.21) because my iPhone screen cover had a crack. Matt C waited on me. The store was busy but somehow he managed to wait on multiple customers effectively and efficiently. Great employee and great experience.

This Verizon store in the employee is the worst Verizon establishment I have ever been to. Recently moving into the area I transfer phone service no Internet service cellular service to Verizon. At first I was happy that there was a Verizon store around the corner, not noticing that nobody ever went to the store and for some odd reason it is strangely always closed. I learned why the hard way. Their customer service is horrible. I ordered a product that I never received and the worker lied to me about it. Upon ordering the device I was told that I would be notified when the device Arrived but I wasn’t. The two good workers that they have there left the store and I don’t blame them.

Matt used his excellent knowledge to set up devices and explained the features without the pressure. Great in-store experience.

Matt did a great Job... He got me to go thru the insurance pay 9 dollars to get my phone traded old device he was able to 800 dollars off an 800 dollars. SAVED ME.HELLA.MONEY ON MY PLAN. SO SEE MATT ON COUNTY St. Location. So happy today. Matts THE GO TO MAN.

When I first intended to write this review, it was going to be very positive. I thought everything went perfectly. Boy was I wrong. The store told me they had no labels to return my traded in phones and to call Verizon for a label. Well I did that only to find out the store never processed the 4 trade ins, which by the way, are worth $1000 total. Went back to the store again (3rd time), and was told to do the trade in online myself. Tried that...and was not able to get the same deal I first came in about. So now I have to go back to store again tomorrow. Never will I ever return to this store once this mess is figured out. You would think when making a $4000 sale for 4 new phones, they would be a little more helpful and thorough.

The man who helped me out name was Chris i believe . He was very helpful in getting the service me and my wife needed with transferring my service from my other provider whom i had been with for 25 years . This is what i feel is customer service after not receiving it form the other provider. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for cell plans and service.

My phone is incredibly important to my job, as I am a nurse and have frequently been on call during the pandemic. I can’t speak highly enough of the experience. From start to finish,Chris walked us thru the process of buying new Verizon phones.We picked out cell phone covers while we were there,Chris set up our new phones,put the cases on,and the screen savers.He gave us a crash course on using them.We have always had LG, but purchased Samsung Galaxy .....EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH OUR NEW PHONES,service was great and friendly.....so nice to be treated with respect.

Not very happy with this store. Switched back to Verizon from another carrier. Went to this store and purchased 3 phones and ordered 3 phones on May 20, 2020. Jordan was the salesman and completely messed up the purchase including ordering the wrong phones. Went back finally on the 29th to pick up the last 3 phones. Took me over a month to get the receipts emailed to me for what I thought was just sales tax only to find charges I was never told about. It’s been another month with no explanation as to what the charges are and why I was not told about them by Jordan. Jordan made so many mistakes, I can’t even name them all. One screw up after another. So much frustration over this entire ordeal. Either Jordan shouldn’t be working there or someone should be watching over his every move. Ryan the rep helped some, to make things right, but it’s been over two months with no answers. He finally asked me to call him this week but at this point I don’t even care any more. It’s been over two months with no explanation as to why I had these added charges on my receipts. Receipts that should have only been for sales tax. I 100% regret walking into that store. If I could give it a zero, I would.

Horrible customer service skills. Came in to upgrade my phone 9/12 at around 12:30. I wasn’t even greeted by the 2 men working, I had to approach them first. Asked a few questions about the new iPhone 11 and he didn’t go into depth about the differences so I had no clue what I even wanted and just within the 3 minutes from being at this location me and my boyfriend left to a different Verizon store because the customer service was that awful. Won’t be coming back to this location again.

Do not go to Verizon. The staff is overworked and its not their fault theyre selling bad phones to everybody and not caring enough to show me a good enough phone that would be a much better deal than the one I got. I highly recommend going anywhere but Verizon. They used to be one of the greatest services but now they make it a little bit better service because of their towers but the 60 less and get the same thing unlimited basically but you got for 100 there and you dont get unlimited
