Big Wong excuse my french. Absolutely sucks. Rude awful service . Ive always bought food from them for years and gave their drivers generous tips and always was always respectful towards them. I ordered some food wasnt able to finish my order he says ok buy. I call back and said excuse me you didnt let me finish I asked for my steam veggies. He says ok thank you. I finally came to pick up my order came home and still didnt get my veggies. I went back and said yall are very rude Im telling my family and friends to never come to big Wong again. Horrible service. Thumb down 👎

If I could give this place zero stars i WOULD. Terrible service!!! The worst ever. My PARKED CAR was hit by the OWNER of this establishment when clearly visible to any driver. He tried to tell me that he didn’t see it but when mentioned that it was visible on the way into the driveway he froze up and didn’t know what to say. Safe to say this restaurant would be a better bet for you if you wanted takeout because I wouldn’t trust the owner pulling up in his newly dented Prius.

We decided to get appetizers the other night. Everything was yummy.we tried the special eggroll with shrimp too...

Their food is wonderful and always ready exactly when they say it will be.

I liked the Kum Pao chicken. They gave good portions but definitely a take out place and not eat in. They had a few tables but served it in take out trays and it was dirty inside. It tasted okay.

Man! The egg-rolls there are amazing! Parking lot around the back of the building. Good menu options. They were out of one of the things I wanted to order, but they gave great alternatives. I was super happy to have found this place. Have been back several times :)

I take my family to this restaurant a lot! This is the best place to dine. I visit this place regularly. The cooking is excellent, the staff members are professional and the rates are fair. I enjoy being in this place for a tasty meal.

Best place to order during snow storms as they stay open while others close early or not open at all. Delivery is good when they say it will be delivered, and most of all happy with the way they handle under pressure to get their food delivered. And love the egg foo young & boneless ribs the most. And only Asian restaurant in Taunton area that turns the heat on during winter to sit down and eat in warmth.

This is the softest, most perfectly seasoned shrimp fried rice ever. I normally drown it in soy sauce but no need. This is the best szechuan spicy shrimp Ive ever had. And these are my go-tos.

We got food to go for my boyfriends birthday...SOOOO GOOD! We got a lot of different items to share. Everything was cooked perfectly. Very reasonable prices...especially for the quality! Thanks for an amazing dinner !!!

Convenient in and out service and the food is the best Ive had in Taunton. I eat Chinese from nowhere else.

Pretty good pupu platters, they even delivered a decent way into Berkeley with food still hot every time. I make the driver happy with a good tip. Boneless spare ribs are a bit on the dry side, nothing a little sauce cant fix!

Its the only place I order Chinese takeout. Theyre good, consistent, and open pretty late. Cant go wrong honestly👌💯

The foods good. Sometimes. The prices are great. But, you get what you pay for. Im not knocking this place really, because I do occasionally eat there myself when Ive got a serious hankering for some squishy msg filled noodles. We all have our vices lol. One thing I will add that really is a huge reason for the 3 stars, the place is just UGLY.

Store management hands and ownership has changed hands since that has happened have not been satisfied with the food or the customer service. Dont get me wrong theyre good people I guess if thats the only thing thats open 2 a.m. in the morning to eat maybe I would eat it but 90% of the time I would most likely wait till the next day. From experience Ive had this place I will not eat here again due to what I seen taking place And from my current address its not worth the drive thats all I can say.

Big Wong has the best food around!! Great portions for a reasonable price. You have to try the hot and sour soup and crab Rangoon’s. Staff is always warm and friendly. Deliveries are very quick and food is always hot. Some people who can’t spell and use proper grammar. Please look and review yourself. Customer for over 20 years!!

My go to for Chinese in Taunton. Always fast and great! Ive gotten food poisoning from one of the other local Chinese spots, now Ill never go to any of the others after eating here a few times!

Been eating here since it was over at the old mall but I ended getting food poisoning from the lobster sauce. I used to always recommend this place cause they are so nice but what good is it if your food is making people sick and a few summers ago they had a very serious issue with flying ants. So thats why it took me two years to go back but wish I didnt!!!!

I never usually rate these things but I feel compelled to rate this establishment higher. It would be a shame if people missed out on the greatest egg rolls ever. They give huge portions and have different levels of pricing all the way to sandwiches under 3 bucks. I have eaten from Big Wong since I was a child going to the Taunton Mall location. I loved the food then and I am not being nostalgic when I still continue to reorder after what 20 years? As far as being treated nice? They seem to be all about the food without much small talk at all. Food speaks for itself though. I hope this endorses the place enough to try it.

Its a good thing the box that my food came in said Thank you, because the rude person who took my phone order was the same person who rang it up when I got there and its pretty obvious she doesnt have much use for the phrase.As for the actual food....when you order something on the menu whose name starts with BEEF, you should actually expect to find some.Not my first time there, but definitely my last.

I recommend no one go here. Smallest portion for $7/ea. Got two lunch plates and had at most 10 small pieces of boneless spare ribs. Rice was dry and disgusting. Called for a refund since I had only taken one bite and threw in the trash (where it belongs), and got screamed at saying they don’t do refunds. Worst Chinese food ever. If you want food tasting like it’s 5 hrs old, go to this nasty place!

Big Wong has great food. I love the General Gaus chicken.. everything Ive ordered is always clean and tasty. And when you asking for something to be made extra spicy - they really do it.

Only resturaunt in Taunton that delivers that will deliver after 9!! Min order for delivery is $25.00!After finally getting my food (cold) driver admitted he went to wrong hotel. I waited almost 1 full hour for my food. I spent way to much for what I finally receive which was cold. Will never eat here again! Called to report and believe it or not the dude was rude as hell. Wouldn’t refund any money nor even seemed like he cared.

This place is horrible! Ordered beef that looked like chicken to the tune of $60 and not a refund given. The only thing they did was hang up 4xs and send their driver with a hand full of each to show the difference. End result no difference between the two! Never ordering again from this place! EVER!

Best chowmein sandwiches in the city, n love their hot n sour soup havent found a place that can compare to the quality, price, n quantity for ur money, they have been around since I was a child n they have delicious food I havent ordered one bad meal from there in all my life, they have huge servings for their combination plates at lunch or dinner time, n usually let u substitute some items on some of the plates within reason basically u can substitute for similarly priced items without getting n additional charge like some restaurants will do even if the items r similarly priced, all my lifetime Ive had nothing but good experiences n good food from this restaurant

They asked pick up or deliver and i said deliver and then they asked for my adress and i told them and then they said there not delivering to my town tonight. it’s a 10 minutes drive and they are to lazy to bring me my food but idk and idrc what the reason but now i’m just hungry. clearly there just don’t want buisness or don’t care about their costumers because last time i ordered from there, there was a bone in my crab rangoon.

Ive had food from here once before and it was okay but this time it was less than impressive! I ordered a combination plate of porkfried rice with beef teriyaki and chicken wings. The rice barely had any pork or flavor and beef teriyaki tastes old as for the two chicken wings they were no bigger than my thumb. They say you eat Chinese and your hungry an hour later well I was hungry the second I was done due to how little they give you.🖓😬🖓
