Process to reserve a unit was very easy. Convenient hours. Easy to access. Will def use again when I need to store anything.

I rented at the Taunton location and found the facility to be very clean, easy access and safe. I was new to using this type of facility but the manager, Brenda was very helpful and guided me through the process making it very easy. I moved from Swansea to Taunton and would rent here again if I ever need additional storage.Thank you

I was a client for 10 years. The rates are reasonable, the unit was pest free, and management was friendly and responsive to any concerns I had. I would use them again as well as recommend them to family and friends.

This place is horrible! I would not recommend bringing your belongings here. My brand new bedroom set that i stored here was completely ruined with water and mildew. The leg to my bureau completely rotted off from the water damage. All my stuff smelled like mildew. The people who worked here were rude, & not helpful. After spending all the money 2 store my stuff. I had to throw all my stuff out. LIVID!!! Id absolutely go else where!!

I went to inquire about renting a storage unit and the clerk treated me like a criminal, then still wanted my name saying she needed to record everyone who comes in there. I simply left and found another facility. Poor customer service. Avoid.

Very courteous and a very clean storage facility

If I could leave less than one star on this place I would. I went to retrieve some of my belongings this morning and the front row of boxes were completely wet and falling apart along with the contents inside, which were destroyed. When the boxes were lifted out there were salt lines and residue under our boxes. When we spoke to the attendant, who is extremly rude and condecending, she stated maybe its condensation. This was NOT condensation, our boxes were completely soaked. The attendant called her manager, Brad, he stated that when the salt trucks go by many times they push salt and water under the doors of the units. I understood that these units were not temperature controlled but had the expectation that they would keep my belongings dry. The manager told us that the belongings should have stayed dry but he doesnt have time to inspect units, obviously they are not properly sealed. The manager would do nothing to remedy the issue but instead was very unapologetic. Avoid this business at all costs.

I have rented here before place is very clean never any problems and the lady at the desk was very helpful and polite..would defenetly recommend Taunton self storage
