They appear to have done a good job but waiting until I pick up a trailer to tow.

Newly renovated. Clean, well lit, bathrooms. HUGE improvement over the storage facility I left! Theyre also building two drive-in loading bays for inclement/cold weather. Stephan Cabrera is the general manager and he treated me very well. 👍

First off, the rates at this location are less than all locations in the south shore area. Second, the dude that helped me Stephen Cabrera was spectacular. I highly recommend this location for your U-Haul needs

They did not give me the miles they promised. they made me drive one hour to return the truck after they told me originally it was only going to be 15 minutes. Everything I was told was false. I will never use this service again it was the longest day of my life moving is hard enough never mind the obstacles dealing with truck return.
