The manager was incredibly rude. She yelled at me because I expresses frustration after waiting for 30 minutes for an associate to attempt to figure out what paint I needed even with my account in front of her, only to find out that its not in stock. I said I guess I will just get the brushes then, and the manager told me she was not going to sell me the brushes because I was rude. For an extremely small store they seem to have no products in stock. I witness two other customers that were in there also not be able to get the product they needed. I have never been talked to like that by a store employee in my life. As someone who has managed employees for 10 years, I would never allow someone like that to manage my business.

The store is clean, tidy, displays are not in your way while shopping, the salespeople are extremely helpful, polite, and put forth suggestions. I always feel Welcome upon entering the doors. My shopping experiences have always been a pleasure. The paint quality I use from Sherwin Williamshas always given me much satisfaction. I will shop there many times over, when ever the need for paint supplies, etc. is needed. My recommendation for the Tavares, FL Sherwin Williams store is 10+.

Mike looked for all the ways to help me match my painting With the sample that I brought them, which they successfully achieved, I congratulate all the employees of this store who made me forget the bad treatment in the other store and for their great knowledge. This location is amazing! Super fast and professional. The manager Isaiah and his staff were a tremendous help with matching the craziest paint colors in my home at the lowest price they could find. Most of the colors they matched just using their EYES were a perfect match for the colors of my wall. Definitely impressed with the customer service at this facility. When it comes to home improvement items it hard to get good quality things..when it comes to paint..only the best will do..so with that said..you can pay 25 buck a gallon and buy twice as much and apply 2 coats..or go to Sherwin Williams and buy half as much with quality paint and apply one coat..its worth it..best paint fdelivers the best results..hands down. The employee know what they are talking about..not somebody filling in from another department..
