Had a Radiator leak on my 2008 Jeep Commander Monday morning. I dropped off my Jeep off and got a phone call saying it was ready by before 5 pm right in time before I got off work! They did an amazing job with zero leaks now as well threw a brand new thermostat in since it was in the spot they were repairing in on the house! I love this place! Very affordable as well they care about quality with a free inspection included! I was hot as a oven because my A/C went out in the dead middle of summer 🥵 I rode past and spotted this shop went in and ROD, TOM & JERRY got me together. After driving 17 hours from Florida, my BMW’s water pump went out and left me stranded on the side of the road. I towed my car to GNR and they had me back on the road in a matter of hours! The staff was all very friendly and accommodating, and the service was excellent! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs repairs!

I own a 05 Lincoln LS with an intermittent overheating issue so I was referred to GNR to get it repaired. They confirmed it’s not a head gasket and have been working on it to get it repaired. They’ve done an amazing job so far with getting things done as well as other vehicles that I’ve taken there as well. If there was an issue the owner held himself and shop accountable and made rectifying the situation a priority. If you’re looking for a shop you can trust then GNR AUTOMAX is the place.

I went there about a month ago for a scheduled used car inspection. They were 7 hours late on the inspection, and the inspection was not thorough at all. They said everything was good with the car even though the owner and I had gone over the fact that there were already a few issues needing to get taken care of (such as the tires and breaks needed to be replaced). I asked them if it were possible to check if the timing belt had been replaced, and they said the car didnt have a timing belt even though a simple google search would say that the car did have a timing belt. Came from out of state and I ended up wasting my time.Edit: The inspection was $90, I dont know why the owner claims it was free. Also, I didnt use my name on the service as I went with my family and the owner of the car to inspect it. Also, scheduled as in I said I would drop the car off at 11, and the person I was talking to on the phone said that they would be free then.

Dropped my car off at the recommendation of a patient I work with. I was having battery drainage issues to the point that I had replaced the battery twice within the last year and Im out of jumps with AAA. The techs were very helpful, got me in right away, and worked diligently for 2 days trying to figure out what was causing the issue. They kept me informed about what they were doing and I felt extremely comfortable with the work they did. My car runs great now and I will use GNR again if I have any other car issues.

I let someone that was not a licensed mechanic work on my car. They did not know what they where doing and left my car in a non drivable condition. I called GNR AUTOMAX and explained my situation, they told me to have my suv towed to them and they would check it out. They called me and let me know what needed to be fixed and even quoted me a price. I got the call to come pick my suv up, the price I was quoted was the price I paid. The guys made sure I was satisfied before leaving the shop, we even test drove the car and made a minor adjustment. I never thought I could trust a mechanic like I can with these guys. It’s hard for women to not get taken advantage of for lack of knowledge in this line of business, but these guys aren’t like that. The quality of work speaks for itself. The time and effort. The fact that they don’t sell you things that you don’t need, or make you waste your money. You can tell they enjoy the work they do and it’s not just for a paycheck. If I had extra money I swear I would have tipped them. I am a new customer but now I will always be a returning customer. Thank you guys. My car drives better than it ever did before. Your expertise was wonderful and greatly appreciated. I will be seeing you guys again soon one day.

My brake lines went out in my old 95 Grand Marquis. From the time they called me to confirm a price, to the time I was told the job was done, it was only four hours. What a great experience! My Jetta is getting up there in age and is starting to show more and more signs of it. After my AC went out and my brakes were getting spongy- I knew I needed to get it fixed STAT!GNR gave me a great deal and got me back on the road in a couple of hours. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and great to work with. Its not the largest shop or the most state of the art, but its hard working honest people who didnt try to hassle or short change me. Excellent service

I honestly cant say enough about these guys! Been to 4 different mechanics about an intermittent Engine power reduced message on my Cadillac Dts and nobody could figure out what the heck the problem was... I just so happened to be driving by this place when the car started acting up, so I figured Id check them out. They called me the next day to tell me they found 3 wires coming from the ECM (under the air cleaner box) that was grounding off the block and thats what was causing the issue. I have since then had this message reappear and I couldnt be happier! And the price of the repair was beyond reasonable! You guys are great and thank u so much again! 👍

Tierods, steers nuckle, ball joints, struts and springs, and the EGR. All in 1 day. Just Amazing. Will definitely be going back in the future. And sending everyone I know
