Very poor service. I’m not one to normally write one of these but I just have to. It’s all started after my parts for my vehicle were on order for 5 months. I get it covid less people working all that good stuff. Not once was there communication on Taylor fords part to let me know that my parts were still on back order. I had to call for an update every time. Secondly was also supposed to have a back up camera replaced under recall and the one they ordered me sold to another Customer then when questioned about it they said they had no record of me needing one. They then proceeded to order me a new one and after they told me to bring my truck in for repairs. Once in for repairs they went to install camera and it was the wrong one. There has been absolutely no contact from Taylor ford since then. Also one truck was “repaired” was given back with multiple scuff areas that were supposed to be attended to and also they stated they replaced my grill but there is no way they did that because there was still scuff marks and the ford logo on the front had a big gouge in it witch was there before. So new grill and parts yea don’t think so. After waiting almost another month for a back up camera I took it upon myself to get away from Taylor for and never come back. I found a very nice vehicle with no problems down at crest Ford in flat rock and they took wonderful care of me from Sales to service. The only positive I will say about Taylor for was my sales man Nick who took great care of me, unfortunately he can’t doing anything about his horrific service department. As stated before I am not one to rant and go on about negative things but this is a very big issue and now they lost business forever.

Ed was my service advisor and did a great job of keeping me informed on timing of repair and suggested taking shuttle home as wait time would be longer than 2 hours. He even advised shuttle could pick me up when car ready. Mike was shuttle driver and has a wonderful personality. He gave me his card to call for ride back to dealer. Both made me feel like family and I appreciate the great service. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Andrew Louttit ordering my new 2021 Ranger. I was referred to him by a friend and he took care of me with ordering and updated me when things were moving along with the build until delivery. The process went smoothly with finance and within a few hours I was out the door in my new truck. I wont be visiting another Ford dealer other than Taylor Ford for maintenance, leasing or buying. Everyone was friendly and Chase took the time to show me how to work everything in the new vehicle.

We were searching for a bronco sport and were told that they had one coming in about two weeks and had them put our name on it. The exciting day arrived and we were called and told our car was in and we could come pick it up, so we insured it and had the down payment in hand planning to leave with it that day.As soon as we got back from our test drive, our salesman was waiting for us, and walked up to the car as we were still inside checking things out. He informed us that the car had already been sold. Great, so now I was out of a car that we desperately counted on for commuting.I asked for a loaner, as they said they could get us a new bronco sport in late October, and was denied and they suggested renting a car for that long, also even said they would check into getting their discount from enterprise for us. We emailed and called about an update, and were told we’ll get back to you. Never happened.On your own website, you claim to pride yourselves in customer service, but that is a false claim in my opinion. I’ve worked in the customer service industry for 15 years and can assure you that you have made absolutely no effort to acquire a family of customers for life. I will be sure to take my business elsewhere, since you clearly do not care for it anyways.We were able to get an outer banks bronco sport in 10 days elsewhere, so for being a car dealership, you sure didn’t try for our business.

If you are okay with waiting five months for your vehicle to be built this is the place to go. Every time I call the wait time gets extended. If I knew it was gonna takr this long I would have went else were. The 1000 incentive is definitely not worth it. I’ll give it two stars because the salesman is very professional and friendly.

We got a nail in one of our tires. Since we have the tire protection plan we dropped our Edge off at the service department to get the tire repaired. The shuttle gave us a ride home. We were kept informed of the status and in a few hours it was done.

I havent even went up here to look at a car but I filled out a quote for a payment online for my mom over a month ago and they will not stop calling and leaving voice-mail. I even have there numbers blocked and they still keep calling. Just because of this we will not be checking out any cars its become an every other day thing that they call its insane.

I leased a brand new F150 and i took it back for a “minor computer issue” after four days of having the vehicle. It has been 26 days and i am driving a utility truck while my truck sits on the side of their building untouched. Their service department does not appear to know what they’re doing. They have no answers for such a minor issue. I do not recommend their service department unless you’re willing to pay for a lease to sit in their lot. Their sales team is phenomenal and they were nothing but helpful.

I was working with Frank. He was a great salesman to me. He made me and my fiancé very comfortable. He was professional, courteous, and funny. Cindy did my financing part and she was nothing short of amazing. I felt like I was going over the financing portion of the deal with my aunty. Very family oriented, but still professional. We was able to secure a deal that worked best for the both of us. If I ever had to buy a car again I will differently go to back to this dealership. They dont even know it, but they just earned themselves a life time customer and will recommend all my firends and family to shop with this dealership. So far Im loving my 2020 Ford Escape.

The Service Department was absolutely amazing. My normal dealership was booked, so I took my lease here for the 10,000 mile tune up. Last November (2019) I purchased my 2012 Ranger here at Taylor Ford. First time purchasing at a dealership. I got there and was greet by my sales associate Nick Isom. First off….. I hate going to dealerships. Encounter to many pushy, self-centered, egotistical, and un-relatable sales associates. Nick was definitely NOT THAT. Nick got me taken care of right away. Couldn’t have been more pleased with his customer service. A week later I was having an emissions error. Nick told me to bring it and he would have it taken care of. Unfortunately, there was an issue where my truck was damaged at the shop. Nick worked with the body shop to get this handled and back within a few weeks (over the holiday crunch). Once I got the truck back Nick also let me know that they would help cover some of the costs for doing the Ziebart Undercoating I was looking to have done. Needless to say, with the Holidays and then Covid Pandemic, I was not able to get back in until July. He honored the deal and I had the truck back with 2 days. Couldn’t be happier with my truck and service done. If you are looking for an honest, reliable, trustworthy and all-around good guy, See Nick!!!!Nick, Thank you for all your hard work and amazing customer service. Unfortunately, there is no way to give more than 4 stars. Nick was the true shining light and that’s why they are getting 4. There were underlying issues I had with associates there that I will not mention as I am not going to air dirty laundry. Needless to say, I got the Truck I was looking for and that’s all that matters.

Went to trade in my truck today and buy another car. They offered me $51k. Same truck different dealer 1 hour later offered $57.5k. There are plenty of ways to make money honestly in any business, no reason to rip off customers trying to give you their business.

Not a good experience! I had a damaged transmission that was on back order… 3 months later it finally comes in, which is ridiculous to wait that long! But then come to find out it was going to be deemed totaled by the insurance company the entire time, but “they didn’t know” since they never pulled out the old transmission... So time, money and energy wasted.They should have did a full review of all damages before even waiting that long for parts!

I leased an explorer, the sales part was easy and my sales guy, Alex Ash was super friendly. 4 days into my lease my Audio control module went out. My car was in the shop a total of 8 days. Due to the vehicle shortage I literally had to beg them to find a vehicle to borrow to get back and forth to work. They came thru and found me something until they fixed my explorer.My 4 stars is because of the inconvenience and stress of my NEW vehicle not working properly. Not anything against anyone at Taylor Ford.

I got a car from here in December, 2020 ford fusion brand new no miles, it’s now August 2021 and it’s already in the shop and I’ve done no damage to the car, they told me they have to order all new parts for it and it’s BRAND NEW . If my car wasn’t under warranty I wouldn’t have a car . I asked them for a rental and they told me I couldn’t have one after they told me when i bought the car anytime my car is in the shop I can get a rental, now I have no transportation no way to get to my job. If I could give zero stars I would they don’t deserve 1 .

Im comfortable with the service at Taylor Ford. Im treated like a friend not a number. I bought my car at Taylor Ford in 2015 and have had them service it every time, I wont go anywhere else.

Repairs took longer than was told, also I was told by Dean from service that I would receive a discount because of the delay. There was none, the price was exactly the same as originally quoted, and they kept trying to get me to fix some other stuff that the vehicle was NOT there for and now the vehicle has a pull to the right directly in the area where they said extra repairs were needed except for one thing, the car did not pull to the right when I took it in. Strange. We as a family have bought 5 vehicles there, my brother in law, sister in law and their parents all buy our vehicles there. This is not the first time that service has taken longer for a simple repair or the attempt to fix something else has been suggested. I think I will be going elsewhere from now on

Service department is terrible, as I was told one thing but seen different when I arrived. Had my car all day for a oil change and I had to call to get information. Was dropped off by shuttle but had to get a ride back. I will not recommend they at all, Im taking my business where Im treated with respected and valued like every other customer

YOU MAY NOT HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR CAR LOST FOR 3 MONTHS FOR RECALL SERVICE. I took my car in for recall. Letter from Ford Motor said parts were available, hydraulic brake cylynder and was confirmed by service tech when I dropped off the car. He said the repair will not take more than 2 days. Next day I was called and was told that parts were no longer available. The dealer intentionally booked more cars for repair than they had parts. They stated sometimes cars could just have a brake fluid flush. I had to wait 3 months for parts instead of the 2 days as originally promised. No offer to give me a replacement vehicle unless I paid 20 dollars a day or more for a replacement. I would have to pay 1800 dollars for 3 months or not get a replacement. I asked the service manager and the technician for a preventative action so that future customers with older cars never to have to suffer what I did. No preventative action was offered. Ford Motor customer service also did not offer a replacement. I have written letters to thier management for help and corrective action and got no response. DONT TRUST FORD MOTOR COMPANY TO CORECT ERRORS IN THIER RECALL PROCESS.

Inquired about a new explorer St on there lot. Received email confirmation from there business development manager that she checked on it and it was still available. I had my wife take a 30 minute drive up there because I was at work. Salesman told my wife that was ordered months ago by someone and was not available.I thought it was strange they had the best pricing on a explorer st. Seems to me a bit of a marketing angle to get people to flood in there. Five hours later and it’s still on there new “inventory”.

NEVER seen anything like it in my life 😳🙄 if youre unsure about a vehicle they dont even care to help you very unprofessional. Found something way better elsewhere make sure you go somewhere else as well. 👍😏💥

It took to long to change a door lock. Had to wait 2 months even when they already had the part. They were blowing me off for cars that was being sold. I gave them 2 stars because management had a talk with the person waiting on me.

Took car in for making loud noises under braking they turned me away and told me appointment only. Than they stated that it would be 3 to 4 weeks before they could look at it. Wont be going here ever again nore would I ever spend my money here again service department is very rude and doesnt care about there customers.

Im a Ford owner and Taylor Ford is not my regular dealership. I stopped in to have a done light replaced just because I was driving by. I didnt know how the darn some light cover came off. The service advisor woman was so courteous and helpful, I was so impressed. She tried to get the cover off, she couldnt, then took my truck back to the mechanics area. Well, long story short, they couldnt get it off either, but not from the lack of trying. They didnt want to take the chance of breaking it which I appreciated. Back to square one. But if the entire dealership is run anything like my short experience, Im sure I would give them a solid five star review. I may buy my next vehicle from Taylor Ford!

Took my 2016 Transit in for service. Left it there for 4 day while on vacation. Asked then to diagnose a few problems and asked then to replacethe Theottle Body and oil change with rotation. Got call back Monday an hour before I was picking up van. They diagnosed everything but didnt replace what I asked them to do. They told me they would give me a brake on the throttle body if I did a repair that I needed. I said no cause I was back ready to pick up van. Dont understand why they didnt do throttle body like I asked. They wouldnt do the tire rotation on tire cause they said the front tire were a little choppy. I told then I have not had rotation done in a while. With the throttle body not done, now I got to take time of from work to get it done. They didnt even give me the prices to fix everything else that it needed.

Frank Tucci was really nice. Car inventories are so low, he was jumping through hoops trying to find me an Explorer. The only reason I didnt buy there was due.to the vehicle shortage caused by the microchip shortage.

I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership and I frequent the service department on a regular basis for maintenance and repair. I have found Taylor Ford to be the friendliest Ford service dept in the area and the atmosphere in general at the dealership is relaxed. I also like that Taylor Ford has a good truck selection when I have purchased trucks at this dealership. No dealership is perfect but based on my experience Taylor Ford does a very good job.
