Lots of stock!!!! VERY organized. I wish I caught the name of the girl who helped me today but she was awesome. So friendly and helpful. She had long curly hair if that helps identify her! Shes so nice!!!

Wonderful selection and the store is very clean. However I heard one of the store clerks say some ignorant things about family who was panhandling at the end of the road. I am bothered especially with the pandemic that its still so easy for someone to be so dismissive of people who are less fortunate. Yeah they couldve been fakers but who are we to decide that. More often then not people panhandle for a reason. you dont have to give them money but it costs nothing to keep your trap shut about fellow human beings

I dont care much for Sally Beauty. At this point all locations since now the new Sally. They just dont carry much for the licensed professionals anymore. They are selling mabelliene cosmetics now etc. Hey dont get me wrong nothing wrong with mabelliene cosmetics but you can buy that and similar anywhere. Its not much of thier line of stuff anymore like beyond the zone. If you are a licensed professional and want professional items. You need to shop cosmoproff in Taylor 1 mile away or salon centric. But you must show your current drivers license and your professional state cosmetology wallet card. Or you will be asked to leave or if needed escorted out the door. Thats professional keeping it to the professional.😀

They dont close @ 9PM they close whenever they decide 8:52 or 8:55. Its pretty sorry excuse for a business when you see a customer pull up and head for the door and all the employees are running towards the back of the store you try the door and its locked then the lights go out @ 8:55 PM.

Your standard Sallys store, nothing special. Its a smaller store so they dont carry alot of stuff the bigger ones do. They do carry design essential products though, but only the natural line.

The two ladies that were working were really sweet and funny. Sorry to everyone else that had a bad experience but the two times that I have been they were both very helpful.

Every time Ive been at this location and asked for help with deciding products, the employees have been rude and tell me theyre not professionals, and literally walk away. Every other location has given me very helpful advide, and at least are polite if they dont know exactly how to help me.

The person working here today, greeted me, then stayed in the back of the store watching my every move as if I were there to steal merchandise! Seriously, try interacting with your customers!

Had the worst experience in this store. From the second I walked in one of the employees began starring me down and giving me dirty looks. She stood at the end of the aisle and watched me look at the colors as if I was going to take the box and shove it in my purse. After being starred down, I found another worker and asked her a question. 1- She was completely rude and didnt make eye contact for the first part of the conversation, or even acknowledge my existence. 2- She completely guessed and just repeated my guess on what volume developer I should use. This Sallys is not even worth going to. Those two women need to be fired. Employees at Wal Mart were nicer than these stuck up hags.

The energy from the two older white women in this store is very dry and unhelpful every time I go into this location. I frequent this store very often and ive noticed that their attitude is always the same with myself and others, they half way speak as well as when ever you ask for assistance/help with anything they are very dry and barely know anything its like pulling teeth or as if you are being a bother to them whenever asking for anything. Its to the point of where I am seriously thinking of calling the corporate office about this store. It feels very uncomfortable and a very unpleasant experience whenever I go to this location, the only reason I go to this one is because it is the closest one to me and I dont have the time to have to drive all the way out to a different location. The customer service and attitude of the two older woman in this store sucks and I believe corporate needs to be notified and really look into this.

Dont work here if you dont know the slightest about hair. I went in to just get a color and they told me they couldnt even recomend what to get. Now that Im liscenced, Im certainly not going back.

Had almost everything I needed for my red hair.

I bought clippers there and they were used I took them back the lady was exteremly rude
