There was an amazing sale the day we went and I did a full restock. They also had just dropped their fall scents and the display was beautiful. Everything was very organized and clean. I also really appreciate that the floor sales people werent pushy or over bearing. They gave us a bag upon seeing how much we were carrying and informed us of sales but in no way tried to push a product we werent interested in. I would absolutely be willing to make the 45 minute drive to come to this location even though I have one 10-15 minutes from me.

The staff was so rude and unwilling to work with me. Ive been a loyal BBW customer for years and this was the first time Ive encountered the rude, condescending tones. I actually ended up calling customer service who assisted me without issue. It was so bad a fellow customer noticed and offered me one of her coupons. This was a time I received better care from the customer than the staff. I will remember to skip this location in the further.

Sale wasnt great. But the staff was helpful, they watched for over crowding, knew right where a scent was when a customer asked.Can hardly wait for holiday deals!

I got a buy an item..get 1 item for free coupon for up to $14.50..I got a 2nd coupon for 20% off my total purchase to use today with the 1st coupon & a 3rd coupon for $10 off my next purchase to use..between November 23rd thru November 29th in the mailbox! Their buy 1 item..get 1 item for free up to $14.50 sale with using the 1st coupon..Their buy 2 items..get 1 free sale..Their buy 3 items..get 3 for free sale with using the 1st, 2nd & 3rd coupons that came in the mail! But I did buy the 1 item..get 1 item for free up to $14.50 with the 1st coupon, I did buy 2 items..get 1 free with the 2nd coupon..(20% off my total purchase cost)..but I couldnt afford to purchase the 3 items..get 3 items for free..using the 3rd coupon..because of the date that it is to be used! It smells absolutely amazing in this store. Its like girl heaven. If you want to smell good definitely stop in bath and body works . I have really sensitive skin and the products never both me . Catch good sales otherwise it can get pricey really fast . I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

I love this location the staff is always very friendly and helpful...the only downside is they sometimes sell out items quickly. I visit here frequently and there are times were I am unable to purchase the shower gel, lotion/body cream and mist for one fragrance because one of the three is sold out...store is always neat and clean
