Wasnt expecting them to be so nice. Smaller than the stires im use to but they definitely had plenty of options. Prices were reasonable as well. Will definitely be back!

Okay. They dont have enough space in the ile for 2 people to shop comfortably. Prices are good. You have to purchase their wig cap before trying on any wigs. Too many products in a small store.

I spent $153.00 worth of stuff including 2 wigs one of the wigs cost me $90.00 I brought it home brushed it and the hair fell out I was very disappointed I couldnt return it because of their policy..I will never return there again 😠

Love this place! Has so much variety compared to others in the area. Prices and service excellent. I had a bad experience at another beauty supply in the area, I went to this one and was blown away. Wigs are good quality for price, and they have a lot of hair accessories for little girls with long and short hair.

Although they have lots of products the prices are slightly higher then some in the city.

Wigs are way overpriced. Found the same one online at Vogue Wigs $20 cheaper. Due to Covid-19 you cant try them on in their store and they cant be returned for a refund. At least the online store has a return policy.

Wonderful experince

About two minutes before closing I needed to grab some beads for my nieces hair and these ladies were ready to leave and walk out but waved me inside and told me to go ahead and get what I needed. The customer service aspect of this beauty supply is very good. The prices are a little high but I don’t mind because I always get treated well while shopping here .

Kind of small but the two ladies there were very nice..I was visiting from another state but they still answered all of my questions and showed me where everything was and even offered to order the hair I needed to have it shipped to my state or have it on hand whenever I come back.. great customer service is something that I look for when I walk into any business because I provide people with the same due to my profession .and this is exactly what I was given!!!! I will be back!!

I wouldnt give this place a 1 star, but I guess in order to leave a review I have to, I was looking for some hair and I saw one pack of hair that was clearly marked 89.99 I needed 2 packs so the other pack said 99.99 and I was cool with that. The owner hurried up and took the sticker of the one priced for 89.99 and told me it was marked wrong, and someone must of came behind the counter and marked it down, lol How stupid do she think I am? So she refuse to honor that price. Nope I will take my business some where else.

They always seem to over charge you or charge you for something that you didnt even have. Happened 2 times and both times all she said was, ooh I sorry.

I tried on a wig here, which was a decent quality. It was silky and flowy, I purchased what I thought would be an exact replica just different color.When I got home (immediately) I put it on and realized it was simular in style but clearly a super cheap synthetic version.I then called and was immediately told all wig sales are final.I returned to the store to be told several different things by a few employees.1.same brand different color2. Same wig just the display had been flat ironed(to which I replied who buys a wig to flat iron.)3. It was a different brand4.there was no difference in texture.5. No refund because packaging was torn.6. I was too loud(I wasnt loud at all, but firm).I told them a few times to let the other customers in the store feel the display and the 1 I returned to judge, they ignored me 2 or 3 times.Finally brought me out the 1 that was just like the display just to get rid of me.

Store eas decent staff totally unhelpful to my wife had to walk around for 15min and then ask for some help herself ..this being her first time in the shop...my wife was unpleased with unfriendly staff/owner. Go @ your own choice

This store horrible and only out to try to take your money. I went to this store on Tuesday got some hair and sent a picture to my stylists to make sure it gone last. (Cause I know nothing about hair) I talked to the owner (she sold me the hair) she told me its great hair will last I could even dye and that it would last for months. My stylist went on to tell it would only last a month. So I go back to the store Wednesday and ask for my money back (159) and told them what she said they said we told you no refund (which she didnt) or I would of walked out before buying the hair. I said this to say make sure you know what your getting into before walking in

In this beauty supply store they sell earrings that say ALL LIVES MATTER which is a anti black statement. Its a slap in the face to all the black people who go here and spend money. Ill NEVER GO AGAIN!

Bought hair from them that said 100% human hair and it wasnt. It was mixed with synthetic hair. Asked for a refund and they said all sales were final. Told me to contact the company and they didnt do anything either. They shouldnt be in business with that kind of attitudes toward paying customers.

Today by chance I walk in this store, a man in front of me told the clerk he had 7 cent now he stated they wouldnt allow him to owe them 7 cent .& he worked in the barbershop next dr, I will never go to this store again & advice everyone to do like wise, we give these ppl hundreds of dollars per day but he could owe them 7 cent that let you know how little they value us, stop giving these ppl our money

Jesus take the wheel!!I went into this beauty supply in hopes to find a couple items. I just moved to this area to start my career so of course I have never been here before. From the moment I stepped foot into the store until I left the girl(assuming the owner) followed my every foot step. At first, I assumed she was giving good customer service and wanted to ensure I found everything I was looking for. After about 5mins of me looking around and grabbing my items shes legit just starring at me and continued to ask me am I done lol I was like what? Be mindful its only 3pm no where near closing time. I do not make this up she legit thought I was going to steal. For what reason? I have not a clue. I didnt even carry my purse, my ID & cards is in my phone case holder. I take pride in keeping my record clean and dont EVER plan on jeopardizing my career for stealing. I informed her that I do not ever enter a store with no money. She asked one more time was I done shopping I told her no and asked her was she ready for me to be she replied yes! Lol I was shocked I slightly lost it but kept my composure. Moral of the story, women of color good luck in there. Ill NEVER go back again. They will never get my money. . . oh, wait! She didnt think I had any lol
