In 15 minutes I had a new mattress in a box. Great price. Great customer service .I bought a full size.I drove home and took the heavy box out of my car. Dragged it down stairs only to realize I bought the wrong size. Called up Marcellus at MF explaining the situation...5 minutes later I dragged it up the stairs lugged it to my car and exchanged it for the correct size. No problem.i highly recommend Mattress Firm on Taylor.

Everything was great until the delivery. I was emailed and called stating my delivery would be arriving by 10:15am . After over an hour I decided to try to reach someone to find out what the deal was because the tracking on the website had stated that it was at my stop for over 40 minutes. No one could help me in the chat or on the line with where my order was. I tried calling the store and was told I would get a call right back as they were with a customer. It was over 2 hours by the time I got my call back. And the bed was finally delivered after 1pm..

The store itself it great! I absolutely loved the sales associate that helped us. Everything went smoothly until corporate started calling 4-5 times a day, almost every day for the past few WEEKS! Customer service in store is 100% amazing But dealing with customer service from the corporate side is horrible and not worth it. Computers can’t keep track of payments and the representatives are disrespectful and rude. Only had our account for 5 months and I’m already over it and rather just return our product. Rather have dealt with Aaron’s or Rent a Center over this horrible mess. Would not recommend Mattress Firm to anyone due to the corporate customer service representatives. This store location deserves 5 stars but again due to corporate issues, 5 stars isn’t happening.

Marcellous helped us pick out our bed and the lovely other gentlemen whose name I didnt catch helped check us out. They were both very knowledgeable and nice. He gave our daughter a snack and offered bottle waters to us. We received an automated phone call a couple days prior to delivery day and the day before with a scheduled 2 hour time window. The delivery guys called ahead to let me know they were on the way and showed up during the scheduled time. The guys also hauled away our old king size bed and two twin size box springs. They were in and out in maybe 15-20 minutes! We had a great time shopping at the Taylor store and the delivery process was a breeze. Id recommend this place to anyone!

Husband and I went in with no intentions on making a purchase, just wanted to get the process started as we have never bought a bed together. Marcellous is great! He asked what we were looking for and our budget, and we had no idea really and the budget was open, but we went there because they had the Purple line and we were interested. He showed us Purple, it was nice but not what we felt was best for us. He then showed us about 5-6 others based on how we felt about what we laid on already, each one getting better. When we found the one, I just about fell asleep in the store, it was perfect! Marcellous was very friendly, easy to talk to and not at all the salesman I expected, you know the pushy kind, he was absolutely wonderful! He really knew his stuff and it showed! The purchase process was so easy and fast too! When we need another bed for the kids and our second home we’re going back to see him! The store was very clean, easy to walk throughout, everything was visibly priced, and stock availability was better than I expected with the pandemic. After being very skeptical of mattress stores, I decided to give Mattress Firm in Taylor a try. I really wanted to try a Purple bed before I bought one. Patrick was my salesman at this store and made the buying experience amazing. There was no pressure to buy and he laid out all of Mattress Firms options for me without pressure to upgrade or buy anything. I decided to go home that night and thing it over. I decided to come back to Mattress Firm because of Patrick’s customer service and the Purple 2 was the bed for me. I ended up buying the Purple 2 and have no regrets for buying it at Mattress Firm. I know you can buy it online but the customer service at Taylor was by far and away the best I had.Highly recommend at least trying out the different types of beds there so you know what you would like to get. Patrick knew everything you would want to know about the brand types and feel of Mattress.Info that is hard to find online:Mattress Firm policy on Purple is different than other mattress, as in there is no return and restocking fees. Mattress Firm policy, at least right now at time of this review, is very close to the Purple policy. Only real difference is that Mattress Firm is right down the street and gives you 120 nights over the 100. They also install the mattress and remove your old one if you would like. Hope this helps!
