The employees are always super friendly and helpful whenever I need help finding something or when something is out of stock and needs to be ordered instead. Oh my gosh above & Beyond customer service at its best, paying attention to my return, checking to see if the item was still able on ordering online while training a new employee & making sure I was all ok, the best all around on customer caring, kudos reward to all. I walked out very Happy that someone cared & to be so nice letting me know so sorry for the holdup, what holdup, I didnt feel that at all, because they paid attention to me as they took care of me, wow. The store has definitely taken a turn in the wrong direction. Its dirty. The restrooms are atrocious. Low on products. We didnt have a bad experience, but definitely less than impressed. One employee walked by us about 6 times throughout the visit and not once asked if we needed hetlp or said help. I have much higher expectations.

There was a problem with an old store credit slip I had. We had to call the 800# the person on the phone had me on the line for 1hour 19 minutes. She had no idea of how to help me. Marie and Jan ( from store 364) were SO HELPFUL. They tried talking to the person on the phone and kept getting put on hold. They tried so hard to help me out. What wonderful employees they are. Kind, helpful, calming. The out come from the phone call was not good BUT Marie and Jan left me good feeling and I would definitely shop there again. Thank you for having such wonderful employees. As for the person on the phone and her supervisor Kate I would think twice about there service. They definitely need some more training.

Mykalia did a great job assisting me with everything I needed. Great personality and customer service with a smile. This store has enough staff walking around so you never feel like youre searching for somebody to ask a question. Brick and mortar stores are really upping their customer service game and it shows. I also saved 50 dollars buying an appliance here compared to Amazon.

The best place for any kitchen hand tools I just bought some magnetic measuring cups that are so sweet and a hand crank can opener pet cuts the lid off with no sharp edges of love it

Fun store to shop. Used curbside pick up. It was awesome and they were quick. Awesome!! Plus they had an item Ive been looking for about a year!!! So Im super happy!!!

I did curbside pickup buy after waiting over 30 minutes with no response I went into the store was able to pickup my order after waiting an additional 10 minutes and the store was not busy. In the future I will just do regular pickup or shop directly in the store myself. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is due to the cashier being very polite and was even willing to go find my order to help with the delay.

Clean store. Fast check out. Could tell that the store was preparing for the next season. Serramonte clearance and a little low on stock.

Very surprised by this store and not following the hours they had posted on their doors. They lock the doors and close early (at least on Sundays). I tried to go into the store at 6:50 (to pick-up an item ordered online) and the doors were locked. There were still customers shopping inside as well. I wasted my time driving up here and unfortunately will have to come back for the item. It will be the last time going there.

A lot better if you drop your prices a little bit.

Ive never known what to make of Bed Bath & Beyond. I might not be alone in that feeling if we could all see the financial quarterly reports. They have good selections of products, could always be improved, but with virtually no customer service along with somewhat higher prices and so many items you cant find a price on it to begin with, I sometimes ask myself, What am I doing here Seems so many big corporations know what the problems are and then dont or wont do anything about them.

I placed an online order, I received a text message the order was ready for pick-up. On Friday, 12/18/2020, upon my arrival at the Southgate, MI store (at 4:04p), I called to alert I was parked in the curbside designated parking. They took my name, information and confirmed someone would be out with my package. At 4:25p, I called the store again, my information was taken...again. At 4:45p, I went into the store to speak with a manager - the store was very busy (no sirprise). The manager came to speak with me (within 10-minutes); she was surprised I had been waiting for nearly an hour for curbside delivery to my vehicle. She turned around to place speak with an associate, and noticed a box on the floor in front of the bridal registry desk - it was my package. She had someone bring the package to my car. There was no apology for the delay, for the inconvenience of waiting nearly an hour...nothing. There was another customer waiting in the curbside designated parking, she pulled in after me, but too had been waiting over 30-minutes. I expected a delay - assumed the store was busy. But nearly an hour wait with no acknowledgement there would be a delay or apology for the delay. This was a terrible (!!!) customer experience. I suggest this stores management team refresh their training on customer service - to simply manage the customers expectations (acknowledging upfront there would be a delay - offering the option to return in 45-minutes) would have avoided a bad customer experience. Or to take ownership and apologize for the delay would have improved the experience. 😠

How is a good place to find things

I absolutely hate this place!A number of employees walk by and avert their eyes as I have questions. I was trying to buy expensive sheets and Ive been here twice this month and its the same exact experience where I cant get help. I figured they might have been busy the first time since it was a weekend, but today is Tuesday and couldnt find help.2 stars because their front desk is super friendly and smiley.

Its been a while since Ive been here. We found some great dishes and glasses. Plus a few other items. Staff was very helpful when we wanted a certain kind of dishes & color, and so the staff was able to order it for us to be shipped to our house.

Always has what Im looking for at a great price. Even without the coupons, but who am I kidding the coupons are the best part!

I have a great time shopping for window treatment and a rug... they have an employee there thats worked in store for 20 years and I tell you shes SHARP and on her A Game it was a delight to meet her at the service desk... BB&B you have a GEM IN MS JAN... GIVE HER A RAISE😊

Popped in. Picked up what I was looking for and left.

I placed an order online for curbside pickup. A short while later, I received an email confirmation that my order was ready for pickup. Very fast and the friendly, courteous staff loaded my item into my car.

Nothing has a sticker price on it. It drove me insane. They have scanners on the wall, but none of them work. I had to make three trips to the cashier just to ask questions because the people in store were not helpful. In fact, the one girl with the ladder almost ran me over with it and never even apologized or said anything to me.

I was able to purchase a new vacuum for my daughter for under $70.00.

They never have what i want when I go there they say everything is is in stock lie

Bill was very helpful he ordered our curtains for us that were not in stock. Very pleasant and polite. Cashier Jan was also amazing.

I dont usually shop there but happened to stop there and got a coffee machine that was on sale. The price was good but it looked like it was a cheap one. I like the store overall. Staff are hit or miss both in finding those that are supposed to be on the floor and going out of the way to help. Some are not terribly friendly. Nice girl i used to be helped with is apparently gone. But for higher end thread count items and other better items about the only place in town.

Helpful staff and I love that they have a complimentary wrapping station for their customers. Made shopping for a bridal shower present super simple. Lovely selection of items. A bit pricey on some items but theres enough of a range to find something for every budget.

It would be nice to see more friendly faces working. Every time I come there is only one register open and shes doing the best she can do but it should be more registers open more people walking around helping

One of my favorite stores! Its the only place I go for linens, curtains, towels. Love all the kitchen gadgets! And I as I am fragrance allergic, I am THRILLED that they have finally listened to us all. They have taken down the stink level like 90%. I can finally wander & shop in there instead of running in & get what I need & leave. Better on both sides. I get lots more of their always quality products & they get more of my money. :)

If you need something for your bed, your bath or something beyond that, this us a good place to start.If you are the kind of person who buys a product that comes with a warranty but are not organized enough to keep receipts, thus is definitely the place to go. They are excellent about returns and warranties.

Crazy expensive. They have some of the coolest stuff like the insulated curtains. I wont ( cant afford to) shop here.

I love to shop at Bed Bath & Beyond, its a no hassle return store, if for any reason your not happy. No where else can you come back with old receipts, & bring in a coupon & they will give you that money back, even up to a year old. Coupons never really expire they are still honored after the dates. Wow thats the best!They are always so kind & helpful to help me with all my needs. Give them a try, you will love them as much as l do♡.
