The customer service at this particular store was wonderful. They were pleasant and expedient. It was a nice change.

Store staff was very helpful, company itself. Rip offs. Tried to swindle my 70 year old mon to get a new phone.

Thank you to Dion for all your help today! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes (even with all of my questions). Everything set up and phone upgraded and no problem left unsolved. He was full of knowledge about everything cricket had to offer. All of my needs are met and more.

Dont get ripped off or swindled. Even if the phone is on sale they will charge you sales tax for the full price of the phone. Check your paperwork before you pay. Should have read the reviews.

Went to change carriers and buy a phone. The manager gave me a completely different price that was much higher than the employee. When I asked the employee after the manager left, he couldnt explain why her rate was higher or where the extra money would have went. This location is not to be trusted

Awesome sales rep. Not only was he able to save my Verizon number which was turned off at the time. Also we were able to keep our phones and were given 2 phones for free as well. My only complaint is that I have a hard time sending any picture video or long text messages. I always get a message failure notification.

Management sold my number to spam company and said they couldnt do anything about it and then hung up in me each time i called after that. Horrible !

I when to make a payment last week the woman employee ask me if I wanted a receipt or text so I said text in the 27t I received I text to make a payment then they cut my service she stole my money never process the payment beware off this location

Been here twice and terrible customer service both times. Employees complaining to each other in front of customers about having to work! Dion has terrible customer service and was all around as unhelpful as possible.

Just dont.Staff member argued with me that I could not switch the sim cards into the new phone. After I explained to him thats what Id done with my previous 3 phones he said, well, ok, but, thats not the right way.Would not just let me buy the phone and leave, so then after 20 minutes of set up, persuading my dad of a new phone case and screen protector, let us know it would be $30 extra for the in store set up.We walked out and will be purchasing the phone from best buy like we usually do, switching sim cards like we usually do, and all for the low low set up price of free.

Reps do not know anything. Wiped my phone for no reason, without asking, when I went in complaining of sporadic data issues. It did not resolve issues.

Went in twice today, waited over an hour while they waited on other people only to find out that every phone I had been looking at was sold out. Then he tried to upsell me to phones that were twice the price.

The worker TASHA F tried to steal 110 dollars when we tried to pay our bill and was extremely rude to us. Customer service said she kept hanging up on them and wasnt cooperating with fixing our bill. This worker is a thief. Go to any other cricket except this one.

Store was seriously understaffed. We were not greeted at all by an employee after almost 10 minutes of browsing. Lastly, they had no air conditioning - theres no way it was less than 90° inside. I like Cricket, but theres no way Id ever visit this location again.
