Jhosmin and Kallie have helped me pick out some beautiful bracelets and charms. Sometimes it is busy and there is a wait before you can be helped, but they are great about greeting you when you come in and letting you know when someone will be available to help you. They put on customer appreciation events as well. I always come to this location for my Pandora needs!

The manager here was rude. I sent my complaint to corporate. My issues was resolved. I’m rating the performance of the manager not the store. Nice products just rude employees.
Thank you to Callie for holding my charms when I called the store. I was able to walk in and pick up my items. The counters were sanitized after each customer.
I had a very pleasant experience while at this Pandora store. I went in wanting a bracelet, but my awesome sales associate LaSonya was so helpful and nice that I ended up spending more.
The ladies are more than willing to help. Only bad thing is its usually very low stock and never get the charms I really wanted

Though it was busy, we werent greeted right away. However, eventually, one of the rep freed up and she was immediately able to help us. Its a smaller Pandora but theres a good selection. Its not a loud place and it is very well lit.
Very nice staff. Only location in the area that had the specific items I was looking for. Where very nice about holding them for me until I could get to the area.

0 STARS!! I have never seen so much unprofessionalism and fail at customer service in my life. My brother went in and made a purchase in the morning and when he gets home we found out he was over charged and a spacer was missing?? After he clearly showed the cashier everything he wanted. Big NO NO, later i called back and informed them about the situation around 5pm and the woman on the phone looked up the transaction and spoke to the employee who overcharged my brother and she said that she’ll put his name down and the spacer and we can come in and get the refund and that all he needed was the receipt to show. My brother comes all the way back later that night and was turned around because the manager Josie said no we need all of the merchandise also, which is totally different from what i was told on the phone. The manager had no knowledge that a customer was overcharged and that Another employee told them to come back and they left a note for her. She had no clue this was all going on in the store she was suppose to be supervising? How can you possibly be a Manager and have a circus act going on under your nose and not care to know?? I never heard of a manger not knowing someone was overcharged and having another employee that’s not familiar with the policy ANSWER the phone and say come and we’ll fix it, just bring the receipt as if they seen the error and everything was taken care of. For the manager whose responsibility is to supervise to let An employee give that misinformation and leave a note and not think about calling me and correcting her employee’s misinformation is beyond CARELESS. I tried to explain that we had to come all the way back to the store from the southfield area with a baby, just to be turned around for THEIR MISTAKES is unacceptable and the manager had an attitude and said “well i didn’t know and i can’t do anything i gave you the number for customer affairs so??” While she was laughing the whole time as i explained my complaint. Also she gave me the incorrect number. Why are these people even allowed to work? Let alone at pandora where people spend large amounts of money. This whole situation is beyond concerning and alarming an employee could basically be overcharging customers and stealing money or merchandise and this manager would have no clue and wouldn’t care to look into it! And doesn’t care to improve. Too much attitude and this place doesn’t hold themselves accountable for unprofessionalism and their mistakes, Pandora will never receive me nor my families money or business again and we’ll be returning our purchase. Shame on the owners for hiring these people and congratulations you lost a sale and all potential future sales. Everyone please SAVE your money and time and just go to Alex and ani’s, you’ll receive better service. STEER CLEAR from this location they make all Pandora’s look horrid.

Rude staff to many people in there working just staring at the door entrance. More managers are need and better customer service training.
Store is owned by an individual owner. The owner would not honor the 35% discount today. The Pandora website said in store and ononline 35% off of all Pandora. Cyber Monday this store only gave 25% off all Pandora instead of 35% off. Went to online Bloomingdales and Jareds and got the discount.
