These 5 stars are for Mark. I had to purchase a engagement ring last minute and he did everything he could to help me out and made sure I was happy. I even looked around at 5 other stores and ended back here to do business with Mark. Amazing customer service! Thank you!

I first bought my wedding set in Tulsa OK about 8 years ago. It came with free cleaning, work and sizing for life. I actually lived in MO at the time, and about an hour and a half from the closet stores. I always had excellent customer service. They even mailed my ring to me after having some work done because I lived to far away. Fast forward to about a year ago. I moved to OH and the closet Helzberg is this one. I accidently bent the head of my ring when I got it caught in a door. I had to get the head completely re-done and my diamond reset. Because of covid, this store was closed and I dropped it off with another store close by. When I got it back, the prongs all set up much higher and caught on everything. One of the prongs broke in the first week. When I took it back to get it fixed, Karen didnt even look at it and started explaining to me that the prongs are just going to be higher. I told her they were never that high and asked to get all of the prongs taken down because they stood up to high. She said sure they could fix the one and trim down the other ones. They had my ring for 2 months. I went to go pick it up and they only fixed the one prongs and it was all messed up. Karen didnt even look at it and started to tell me that its going to look different when they only fix one prong. I told her I specifically asked to get all of them fixed. There were 4 employees there. Not one time did any one apologize to me. Or even ask to look at it. I said its messed up. Karen then offered to send it back again. I said its been 2 months already and she said well do you think you want to try it and see how it works out for you? I said its crooked and still not even an apology. I guess I should have read the reviews on here first. 😕 Im so disappointed with the customer service. They would never sell a ring looking like this in their store. I cant believe how rude she was, and how she acted like she knew it all! I will drive 3 hours to another store to get it fixed. Hopefully itll be a better jeweler and better customer service. I have a credit card with Hezlberg and have bought other jewelry from them. Because of this, they have lost my business! I apologize that I cant get better pics.

I went in to buy an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I went in not knowing much about diamonds or jewelry in general. I had somewhat of an idea of what my girlfriend wanted and I showed Karen. She was very patient and helpful. Im so glad I went into this helzberg diamonds. My girlfriend is going to love her ring.

The customer service here is terrible. The attitude that you are given by the employees is very condescending and rude. I was gifted a ring from Helzberg which needed to be resized. Be careful asking them to resize a ring for you because they will tell you that their mandrel in store is different than the mandrel that the jeweler uses so who knows what size ring you will get. The first time they sized my ring it was gone for a few weeks and came back unsized. They then said they will rush it and I would get it the following Friday but I got a call on Friday and it wasnt even touched by the jeweler. Once I finally got it back I told them it was still too big but I was frustrated so I asked for a guard. A week later I notice a side stone fell out so I went back. I asked the woman to check the size on the mandrel and the shape wasnt even even round it looked almost oval shaped and she said I cannot size this because its not accurate. She said it was my fault for it being that shape but I can guarantee it was their jeweler who really does a poor job. The ring was barely back in my possession for that kind of damage to be done to a ring. I guess I just didnt inspect the ring close enough when I picked it up because I was so frustrated. Fast forward a few weeks to yesterday when I picked up the ring. They finally got the size right and replaced the stone! I look at my ring this morning less than 24 hours later and a different stone has fallen out. I am so beyond frustrated and I do not want to keep dealing with them, especially this store. I have barely had my ring in my possession because it takes them weeks to have a jeweler even think about fixing a ring. If you need to go to Helzberg for any reason, go to a different store.Edited to add that they have rectified the issue by replacing the ring entirely. The experience has been a nightmare but I am happy that the issue is fixed for now.

As we came to the store, we saw two sales women, one was helping a customer, the other was chatting in the back with someone. As waited for help for about 3 min . We walked to the one that was chatting in the back we asked her if someone can help us with the mens rings . She froze and gave us a stare with a pause, and after few seconds she said I’ll be right with you . She came over after about a min and helped us with an attitude. Me and my finance decided to leave . The woman ( Karen ) was not helpful or welcoming. Very unprofessional we excepted a lot from a place that was recommended to us. We ended up buying a ring from next door.

I come here for all my jewelry gifts and so far its been a solid experience. Nothing so great that Ive bragged to my friends and family, but if you shop smart to can get a good deal. As far as pricing goes, I feel like some simple to read posters would help show why the ring youre looking at is four times your mortgage payment. Explain the Cs whole the customer is looking.

I am posting this review in disappointment that I ordered a wedding band for my fiancée in either late January or early February for a wedding on May 23rd, 2020. The ring came in early March, and once I made my final payment it was sent to be resized. Since Covid 19 came to Michigan, I received a call around March 14th that the band was going in a safe until the Pandemic passed. I expressed concerns because I would need it by May, and was assured that would not be a problem. Since then there has been zero effort to contact me to make arrangements to get me the ring so that I can get married. The governors current stay-home restrictions do not prohibit a jeweler from resizing a ring and giving it to me via curbside pickup. I am left to believe the jewelers are completely indifferent about making an effort to get me this ring before my wedding day. I am posting this comment because its likely that it will be read by a Helzberg employee before someone gets around to contacting me. I would be happy to delete this comment and replace it with a good review if someone sees it and decides to make arrangements for me to receive the wedding band before our scheduled wedding day.

Visited the store to have a ring sized that was under warranty mind you and was made to feel like I committed a crime because an inspection card I had from back in 2014 was torn. Jill was very rude, demeaning and unprofessional. I will never by another item from the store and will only visit for inspections. So sad. Customer service is everything in a society where stores are rapidly closing. Visit only if you are up for a hassle. I went to a store down the hall and just paid for the repair and they welcomed my business!

I redeemed a mail in for a necklace and told her I would look at the jewelry too.I didnt feel comfortable giving email out for spam. She said it was part of the give away to do that, even if it did not say it on the card. She left me mad when I wanted to buy something to stand at the register and wait on nobody. Never going back.

Before this,I had never been to Helzberg diamonds and I will never go there again. I was looking to purchase a ring and also to repair my 14 k yellow gold wedding ring. After handing my ring to them to repair, I found a ring for $899. I went home to get my husband I found an online coupon for $100 off a purchase over $400, When I brought my Husband in, all of the sudden the price of the ring went from $899 to $1169 and they wouldnt honor the coupon. I left unhappy and without a ring. They still had my yellow gold wedding ring. IT was a simple repair and sizing. I figured it was safe.... It took weeks to resize it and to put a new 6 prong head on it. I am agoraphobic and suffer from anxiety, so it is extremely hard for me to go to a mall. I had such dread dealing with this and could not believe it when I picked up my ring and the whole head of prongs was crooked and tilted. I had to resend it In before Vacation. Rushing to get ready for vaca, I didnt notice my once 14k yellow gold ring was now a white gold ring. I dont know what they did or what happened, but my ring has been totally changed!!! And still, the prong head is still tilted.I trusted them with jewelry. they are not reputable, They are a fast food jewelry store...and not a very good one. I trusted them with my jewelry....If you love yours, DONT GO TO HELZSBERG!!! My experience was devastating. Theyve never offered a refund. and told me they were never going to touch my ring again, They said that they could not meet my expectations!!!! what a horrible way of doing business, No Honor and No Integrity !!!
