I went in thinking I was going to have to have my charge port replaced. These guys cleaned it out and it works like new again. And they did it for free!! I wouldnt take any device in need of repair anywhere else but fixit. These guys are knowledgeable, fast, and much cheaper than anywhere else. Theyre the best!

Quick n Easy cracked screen fix! Had it done in less that 2 hours. I went and grabbed food, came back and it was done!High quality parts too. Feels like a brand new phone!

They are not open the times they say they are.I went in yesterday 6.10.21 about 4.00 While I was waiting on my cake I decided to ask the guy that was working about my phone and why it wasnt charging so he checked the charging port he said that was fine and cleaned it for me, then after that he showed me what kind of charger to use, hes very knowledgeable, And now its working perfect with the charger that he had recommended. He also put a screen protector on my phone for a great price. I am extremely happy with the customer service there The guy was an extreme help to me. Went back in to see about changing the screen protector itd be another 30 dollars i do not reccomend the s8 screen protector they do break pretty easily.

I came in having issues with charging port . Dillon cleaned it plugged it in fixed it, no charge ! I asked to buy a new rapid charger . Dillon told me to try my old charger and make sure it works before buying something and it not work . I love the honesty and integrity !! Highly recommend !!! If I could give them negative stars I would, I went I. To get a new screen protector, just the screen protector nothing else I got there as soon as they opened at 10:00 am I left finally at 11:57 am. They put 2 different screen protectors on both of them either having a chip in the tempered glass or too many air bubbles and I had to wait until the manager showed up to put on the 3rd screen protector that would hopefully work, there was still an air bubble and the screen protector is in even, and I didn’t get a discount for waiting almost 2 hours for a 5 minute thing. I still had to pay $37.79 for an uneven screen protector that took 2 people 2 hours to do.

Great timely work. Answered all my questions and did the repair same day. Will be back.

I had given this 5 stars and rave reviews....but ended up with problems that were not easy to fix and took more time. They were always personable and trying to help, it just wasnt great.

I went to buy a certified pro owned phone from this location and the customer service was great. Jordan was very informative and patient with me as I decided which devices to get. I ended up getting a CPO phone and a great deal on a tablet that the shop was running. I also bought the advantage plus package since it came with great benefits for great price. I will definitely return if I ever need any fixing or in the market for upgrading any other devices I have.

I have to say I was very impressed with the staff. Ms. Abbey was very helpful she is a rock star. I highly recommend this place to fix your devices. Reasonably priced, professional and knowledgeable. They bend over backwards to work with you. 5 stars. I hope I dont have to go back but if I do they are my first stop.

Superb customer service. Went in because my phone battery stopped charging. Instead of replacing the port, he offered to clean it free of charge and it did the trick. No dollars spent and only used about 5 minutes of my time. Would definitely recommend

I needed my tablet screen glued back down. I was there about 10 minutes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Tyler got me all taken care of pretty quick.

I needed a new battery for my Google Pixel (Gen 1) and when I went to Samsung where I bought the phone they told me to just buy a new one (not helpful). I paid over $800 for the phone and I wasnt looking to spend that again. I noticed Fixit Mobile while driving and figured I give them a shot.They charged me just over $80 for the new battery plus installation up front, which was much less than I was expecting. I had to wait a few days for the battery to arrive at the store and I got a call from them when it was in. I dropped it off then went on some errands. A few hours later I went to pick it up but the guy wasnt quite finished with it. I left and had lunch and when I got back they put a free screen protector on my phone because of the wait.Now my phone works great and if I have any other problems with my devices Ill take them there. Their prices are reasonable and they also fix tablets and laptops. So, if I have any problems with my devices Ill definitely take them there.Great Service, Five Stars.

I dropped my iPhone 7 and cracked the screen, so my phone was totally unusable. I was upset and in a panic when I entered this location, which was the closest to my work. Jordan calmed me down, fixed my screen, waterproofed my phone and had me out the door in no time at all. That was over a month ago and my screen and device is still working great!

I am giving this fixit mobil one star if I could give neg star I would, took my phone in to get battery replaced did not have one in stock so they ordered one said 5 to 7 days after ten day I went in and it still has not come Jason the manager received a email stating they were out of stock he did not bother to look at the email, so he ordered it from another source said three day he would call after ten day no call I make another trip in to the store employee cant find the battery so I ask for a refundemployee cant do that he does not have clearance wants me to hang around for the manager, my question to jason is why have employees that cant do anything but say hey dude hows it going, TOTAL AND COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE, this is totally on Jason the manager if he is the only one that can do anything he should be there from open to close

Jordan was amazing. Went into Fixit Mobile reluctantly fifteen minutes before close yesterday because my iphone X went on the fritz. Just outside of warranty my phone started shutting off not holding charge. Waited 2 hours at the apple store to get two minutes with a technician that told me sorry $550 for a new phone. Spent 4 hours on the phone with apple care to be told Walmart has a 6S for under $200. Called Tech MD told me $550 new iphone. PC Laptops go to apple store. Went to Cricket to buy a new phone but saw Fixit Mobile and went in.Even though they were closing Jordan saw my stress and took his own time to take my phone and open it up. The first to do so of any place so far. He examined it tested the battery explained possible issues and is contacting someone to fix it today. I left there feeling so much better. If you want a place that is honest, knowledgeable, and truly cares about there customers dont waste a minute anywhere else. Thanks Jordan!
