Ordered tires online and they put them on. They worked me in and were amazing. So fast for 4 tires! Explained balancing and rotation. Even though they dont offer alignment they explained why I needed it too.

Spoke with Joe in the service department. He helped me to make the right choices regarding a tire needed for my Chrysler 200. He informed my that although Walmat does offer the matching brand I needed it us not a tire they stock at my local store. It must be purchased on line from walmart.com then delivered to my local store for mounting, balancing and a new valve stem. Seems inconvenient, however, the brand is not one of the more common brands. It is made by Cooper tires (Master Craft tires). I can vouch for these tires and Walmart carries them. Thank you Walmart.

Had my oil changed and tires rotated. The guys did a great job. I was in and out in about 40 minutes. The only negative was it took about 15 minutes before anyone was available to start the check in process.

They did a great job except I specifically asked them to take off my valve stem caps that I couldnt get off and to just leave them off and the one that they were replacing my tire on they had to cut off and replace the valve stem and instead of calling me and asking me if I wanted them to do that on the rest they didnt they just left them on so although everything else is done I still have three valve stem caps that I cannot get off to check the air pressure which means they couldnt check the air pressure on them which theyre supposed to do with what I got done. So because of that Im knocking two stars off because thats something that had they called me I would have had them do. Being able to check my tire pressure is pretty important and they knew I was having an issue getting those off before they ever even started.
