The young fellow in this store in Teaneck, wish I had gotten his name, was very helpful and patient. I told him am pleased to stay with them permanently.

I went to the store with a multitude of questions and was pleasantly greeted by Kim one of the employees. Kim answered my questions with the information needed to make the right choice of purchase. I hope to meet Kim again when I return to the store for phones and plan information.

Super helpful!I had to switch service on two old phones to new ones and learn how to use the new ones. Jonathan and Nicole were both super helpful, informative, and patient. Not a corporate store false advertising......REVISEDI have become a customer for t Mobile since 2003 and only go to corp. store for my purchases and corrections because i get true and accurate information from trained employees that have had training before walking on the sales floor in order to provide premium service. Your locations is not a corp. store so needs to be corrected online as a Authorized Dealer Only...... once again You are Falsely Advertising your business and can place the location in legal opportunities

Nicole Mike Simon and Mikhail were amazingly helpful. Work on my phone issues for 3 hours with the t mobile company. Extremely patient and kind people. Not only did they help me decide on a phone they worked on transferring my line. Best T mobile store. Cool comforting people they helped me so much. Can’t give enough thanks

Kerwin, the manager of this T-mobile location, was extremely helpful in helping me with all my needs! I have never had such a delightful phone store experience in all my life!

Had a very difficult problem with the contacts on my phone and could not find a solution anywhere. Kerwin at the Teaneck store took it on, and kept working and working until at last he found the solution. It wasnt THAT long - hes obviously a sharp guy. But it was frustrating and took real patience and persistence, and he refused to let it go until hed solved the problem. Great service, very grateful.

After a miserable experience with another carrier left my phone inoperable, I turned to Lucy P, a sales rep. at this store hoping she could help.The process of opening an account, setting up two phones, and managing to port our old numbers to the new phones (A task the other carrier could not accomplish), although it took quite a bit of time, went flawlessly. No hard sell, just excellent service!

You will need to have patience if you go to this store. I will not get into specifics but even trying to pay off my EIP bacame an issue. Hopefully they will get a better trained staff in this location.

Had a great experience staff is very friendly and knowledgable. They made upgrading mine and my moms phones to the IPhone 6S a very pleasant experience will definitely be back.

I visited this store to purchase a 3 week tourist prepaid card and was told there was a additional $10 fee for the SIM, although the website very clearly states it was included in the cost ($30). A call to the TMobile call centre confirmed the same. I was clearly ripped off by a not so helpful clerk. I would recommend you avoid this particular outlet and visit one of the other TMobile stores.

BE CAREFUL! Apart from being unfriendly, they also lie about bundle offers that dont exist in order to sell you accessories which then show up on your monthly installment bills form T-Mobile.

Charged me for a Samsung Galaxy that they didnt have in stock and were not able to get me. LIARS. DO NOT GO THERE. The womans name is Nicole. Didnt not process my order properly and locked me into a phone I will not be receiving in time. I repeat DO NOT GO THERE.

So first off the employee at the store didnt even turn around and look at me with her back facing towards me she goes how can I help you with a very low voice and seemed very unhappy but I get it, youre having a bad day. I understand. Then I asked her to put on a a screen protector for my s8. She messed up the top areas near the front camera and the opposite side of it. So when I asked her she said oh its just like that like the company made it such where it would be messed up on those areas. Anyways then she went on and put on another one (which is the only reason why I would even like to give one star) amd she messed that up too. Less than the last one but still with spots, dust and bubbles in those same areas. I let it go but I dont know if another person would. If youre gonna have a bad attitude at least do your job right.

After a reset my APN settings were off. So I stopped by to get help. I was being helped quickly but got very incompetent, incomplete and unfriendly advice.
