I have always tried to stay away from auto parts chain stores because of prices, expertise, and friendliness. The staff at Rancho Auto Parts are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and their value is exceptional. I dont even shop around for parts any more because I know they either have the right part (non-generic) in stock, they can get it fast, or they will refer me to someone who can (which has only happened once).
