I had another shop not far from this one (also strangely with the word Autowerkes in their name) try and quote me nearly $1,000 for a simple transmission fluid replacement and filter change after holding on to my car for nearly 9 hours.These guys not only did the job in record time, but it was less than half the cost of what the other shop wanted. Ive been looking for an honest shop that is equipped to work on range rovers in the area, I finally found it. Great service! They do not tell you its problem #1 for this $ and then later say well its that plus #1, #2, & #3 for $$$$$ like another range rover equipped shop in the area does.I also liked that they inspected my vehicle (brakes, tires, belts, hoses, seals, ext.) and gave me a list of things that may need to be replace in the future and things that are in good shape. This is a shop for keeps.

I have been taking my car to Valley Autowerkes since I bought it. A 2008 Volvo. Doug and his guys are so diligent and kind and easy. They send me email reminders when it is estimated that my mileage is at a point for service. I check the mileage and, if so, make an appointment and take it in. They are great. I find their prices to be fair and reasonable too. Doug is an expert at pacing needed repairs and major maintenance to coincide with my budget. This is invaluable to me as it allows me to plan for major repairs. I never feel surprised. I have never looked around since I found them. I highly recommend Valley Autowerkes! Doug is a stand up kinda guy. trustworthy and fair. on a secondary note, nice people associate with nice people. when he found something wrong with my car that he couldnt fix, he sent me down the street to Dyno Transmission. As soon as the transmission is remedied, the car is coming straight back to Doug. First Class.

Hats off! Took my Volvo S60 into Doug for a radiator & coolant hose replacement and couldnt be happier. Bottom-line, Valley knows the European cars and does the work right at less than you would pay at other shops. Highly recommend and will only think of one shop when my Volvo needs more repairs.

Been taking our 2002 BMW 3-Series here for years. They do a great job, honest, sincere and extremely knowledgeable. I trust them, and thats not a term one can use for many repair shops.

Terrible. I cant give no stars so one it is. Still running into issues from repairs this shop made. Silicone happy shop. Two mechanics from two different shops found issues (leaks) from work this shop did. Both those mechanics said someone fixed the issues with silicone. The issues were my valve cover gasket and my coolants flange . Probably more mickey mouse work somewhere else. Bring it to his attention and Paul will deny it. I even brought him the part replaced to show him it was done at his shop. My patience was tested with this shop. I will say after some arguing Paul offered 300$ credit. But check this out, i go in for an oil change and brake job and they find something else that needs fixing that amounts to more than I expected. If I recall it had something to do with my turbo but I may be wrong. Anyway, hell get his money one way or another. Shame on me for not doing the work myself. Maybe the Master Mechanic was in a rush. So why write this review a year + later? Because I need my car maintenance and another mechanic runs into more silicone issues from work this shop made. Consult at your own risk. Just my personal experience and its only my opinion.

I only take my cars to Doug, He is the most professional Mechanic I have met and his work and his teams work is impeccable. I took my VW Jetta to the VW dealer for an electrical problem and the dealer couldnt find the problem twice. Doug found it within an hour and had my car back on the road in no time.My other car needed a new turbo and Doug took care of it. I can always trust that he will do what is necessary to do an excellent job.I recommend Doug and Valley Autowerkes to all my friends.

Called in the AM, brought the car in, several miner issues where addressed, got the car back that afternoon.Cant ask for more.

The first time in to have breaks replaced, everything was good. When I went back for a fuse replacement & oil change, Mike was very harsh with me. He told me, they are not really an oil changing place and I should go to grease monkey or somewhere like that next time. Even though the have a sign saying if you post a review about them you will get a better deal on an oil change. I thought I found my mechanic, but Ill be looking for a new one

Autowerkes was recommend by another repair shop as the go to place for my BMW. Because BMW dealers have a minimum cover charge of $600 (so it seems) finding a local Temecula shop that could deal with the BMW computer was a money saver.Service has always been excellent and I highly recommend them for BMW repairs if you live in SW Riverside County.

Brought in a 1983 VW Rabbit Convertible, these guys know their stuff, even the older VWs, the car drives like a new car. I just purchased a preowned BMW 750i and brought it to them for service because I wasn't interested in paying the dealers exorbinant prices. An oil change and involved multipoint inspection was just over a hundred bucks. Same level of service as the dealer with out all the fluffy butt kissing. Hell, the owner of the place even dropped me off down the street at a cigar lounge while I waited. I will be back for sure! Thanks again guys!

Well let me begin that valley werkers allow my classic Volvo to remain on their property until my SSDI would arrive on the third of July the manager Doug was outstanding. They have done a lot of work in restoring my 1990 740 wagon and the price of repairs were very good and down to earth and they are honest people you could feel it. Doug has always done the work on my 2003 VW Jetta TDI (no long have). He was always fair and honest. If went in for oil change and something was wrong he would advise. Valley Autowerkes was the only place I took my Jetta for service. When I get my new VW (when the 2017s come out) he will be the mechanic again (except for any warranty work--VW will handle. If you dont want to deal with a dealership and their shenanigans, I would highly recommend Valley Autowerkes.....thanks for all you done for me and my Jetta (I will miss her).
