This review is for NAILS SUPPLIES. I visited here within the last week and was disappointed by the selection of nail supplies. Most of the products were in outdated packaging, covered in dust or really used and abused. They didnt have anything that wasnt available from Sallys or Ulta, but their prices were pretty high. Their selection was also very sparse - one single item spread across an entire shelf to make it appear like there was more. Im not sure if this is because of the pandemic, and they arent getting as much product in, or because nail supplies are not a hot seller - but it was very disappointing. Almost no gel product, only sample sizes for acrylic products, and nothing that would be used by a professional.

Talk about customer service!!! All of the people at Beauty One are just THE BEST!!! They really KNOW their products and always have the time to help their customers pick the best products for their own needs!

Right next to Americas Best glasses by the Temecula Mall. I have never been to this establishment before. Upon walking in I was enthusiastically greeted by a sweet young lady who helped me find what I needed. The prices were good. The store is so pretty, I will definitely be bringing my daughters and their friends. Its a mix between Saphora and Sallys all in one place.

Great place to get my Dermalogica products as well as shampoo, hairbrushes and makeup. Ive always had a pleasant experience here. Every time I walk in Im greeted and asked if I need any help finding products. Glad Temecula has Beauty One!

Lilly was so sweet today, it really Brightened my day. Keep up the good work ladies. You are all so helpful and have great customer service. I dont go anywhere else for my makeup.

Awful! Extremely unprofessional and not helpful! Ive never heard of this store but decided to come by after work because i needed some products. I came in and was not helped at all. The ladies did not make me feel welcome. Its truly baffling how a place this horrible is still in business.

I have been shopping at this Beauty Supply store for 15 years. It recently changed ownership. I tried to return samples of a conditioner that was 1/2 full.. they would not return even though it was within the time frame, I had the receipt, and it was 1/2 full. At the time of purchase, the manager said “try it out, if you don’t like it just bring it back”. I spend on an average $200-$300 in this store a month.I will never do business here again. Very unprofessional. I was about to spend over $100 in shampoo and conditioner- Lanza products.
