I went to this location yesterday and OMG !! One of the employees, Alana, sold me a new scent Berry Waffle Cone. Best customer service ever and I absolutely LOVE the candle. I will definitely keep coming back.

If I could give Bath & Body Works on Temecula Pkwy no stars I would. I went there to pickup an order I placed online.simple right? Well after waiting for 30 minutes they told me they couldn’t find it. Zero help at this store, by any of the employees. I had to ask what should I do, should I come back later? Should I cancel my order? What?? And one girl had the nerve to ask me to stand in the line to re-shop for my items! Horrible customer service and the manager is NOT friendly nor helpful!All the employees need some serious training. I will never shop at that B&B again!!

I got in line at 7:15, there were 3 people in front of me and the girl told me they have to cut the line off bc they close at 8... so basically she was telling me that I was going to be in line for over 45 min behind 3 people? Sounds to me like they just wanted to close early.. also a lady ran right in front of me to cut me and the worker didn’t say anything. That same worker was there before when I came to the store and she was arguing with the lady on front of me. She definitely doesn’t have good customer service. I work retail and I understand how hard it is to work with people right now bc tensions are high... but do better.

Love the new option to pick up in store but definitely won’t be returning to this location after todays inconvenience. After waiting outside an hour and a half for my order that was “ready for pick up”, as stated in the email sent to me, the store could not find my order. So after waiting all that time, i was told i will need to wait in the line (that was about 20-30 people deep), to come in and shop my order. When asking the manager what could be done for the inconvenience, she said “nothing. You’ll have to wait in line and re shop your items.” So, I order online and selected pick up instore, to avoid the long wait/line just to be told my order cant be found after 1.5 hours of waiting. Terrible customer service. Thanks.

Great place for your soap, and moisture lotion needs. My son and I were shopping for mothers day gifts here. We were immediately helped right away by a nice lady named Betsy. And Mya helped us at th checkout by gift wrapping our purchases. Awesome place.
