Used them before and they did a good job but this morning I used google to see if they were open (it said that they were) and I show up at 8:25 a.m. and they are closed. How about update the most used search engine when you change your business hours. It shows a certain lack of awareness and consideration in my opinion. You lost some business today.

My wife took her wedding dress here before the big day. They had her dress ready before they even promised! Great service and actually care about delivering quality work. If you have something really important to be dry cleaned, these are the people you can trust.

This dry cleaner totally rocks. I come here early in the morning and the man at the counter is so respectful and courteous. He is a genuinely nice man. My clothes are always ready on time and always done right... never a problem.

EXELLENT: I took a vintage Pillsbury apron, horrible stains, and terrible smell...they were able to get most of the years of stains out, but more importantly it smells so very fresh and clean. They suggested that I let them try bleaching next time to give it an even brighter look! I Definitely will be a returning customer! Very happy with the friendly service as well!

When I picked my items up they were JUST AS DIRTY AS WHEN I LEFT THE 2 OUTFITS!! She charged the same price as she had quoted me when I dropped my clothes. I asked her why she was charging me the whole price she started raising her voice to me saying something about putting time and work in. When I got home I smelled the clothes and they didn’t seem like they had even been CLEANED AT ALL! I had intended doing business with this cleaners due to their friendly attitude when I first left my outfits. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else......not a good way to run a business.

Would give negative stars if I could. Kept changing pick up time, didn’t call to let me know they needed more time during first pick up change. Terrible customer service overall and terrible dry cleaning job — completely ruined leather suede jacket.

Best dry cleaner in town. Friendly and you dont have to worry about your garments. May be a little bit more expensive, but you dont have to be afraid to missing a garment or belt here and there. The owners knew my name after the second time I brought my clothes there. They also cleaned my bedding better than anyone before. I drive out of the way just to bring my clothes to Dutch Dry Cleaners.

Highly recommend them.I brought them an expensive dress shirt that had a ton of dirt/grime what ever on the cuffs and asked them to see what they could do with it. I did not tell them I had already had t professionally cleaned twice in San Diego (different shops) without success. Well, they got the shirt clean, and pressed/startched it perfectly. they did it in one day and for a very reasonable price. The businesses on ether side of them are gone which shows how good they are since they had a constant flow of repeat customers.

The Staff are very personable people. They are very good at helping you out when you are in a bind.

By my 2nd trip they remembered me and treated me like a regular. Good price and much higher quality work than any other cleaners Ive tried in the area

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, DO NOT GO TO THIS DRY CLEANERS!I went yesterday to drop off several shirts. As the lady was taking my shirts out of the basket, she was stating theyre $2.75 each. I questioned her very politely, because it was clearly stated on the board that they were $2.50 each. She then said Upcharge, we make no money without upcharge! I was surprised, because if a business does not stand by their advertised prices, I believe that is reason to question the integrity of their business. She then pulled out shirts that clearly could have been laundered (100% polyester, etc.) and said they must be dry cleaned at $4.00 each. I told her, thats ok (because of my budget), Ill launder them at home. She then told me to take all of them because she would not do any them, and again started ranting and raving about how they make no money, they need to make money, and how they only make money on sweaters, pants, suits, etc.! Unbelievable, a dry cleaners who wont do shirts. I was going to pay her up-charged price, but she refused the service because I guess my order wasnt big enough for her. She was not friendly, she was irritable, and raising her voice. Im glad I did not leave our clothes in her care, I have never had such an experience! TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!!! DO NOT GO TO DUTCH DRY CLEANERS!!!!!!

Admit your mistakes when you destroy someone elses property, SPECIALLY after such a horrible customer service !! Call the customer before they have to drive all the way to your disgusting store to find that their stuff is not ready. And if things are in a useless state after washing, then you might want to consider taking your responsibility and not forcing the customer to try to contact you without getting answers just to finally hear that there is no hope of getting the money back . I sincerely hope that future customers will be treated better!
