This review is not about the sales guys in the store.The guys who helped were amazing.This review is about delivery service.Delivery service experience I had with mattress firm was grimm. By tomorrow its going to be a week and they are still not able to get my address correctly updated in their system. First time they went to a different address ( mistakes happen), somehow they dont call if they are not able to find the address. I had to get it rescheduled for the second time, .this time too they messed up . This is all happening even after multiple times of call to get the data fixed in their system.I went to the store and cancelled the order. Let me see if I can find good sleep somewhere else..

The manager of the store helped us out. It was a very entertaining and fun experience which you don’t expect and never knew could ever be possible when shopping for a mattress. They have lots of options; ones we were were curious about and others we had already owned so we could compare and hopefully make a good decision. The knowledge was there and helpful. We will definitely go back there again!

My husband and I had a really bad prior experience at a different Mattress Firm in San Diego so we were reluctant to come in to this one. I’m really glad we did though! My fiancé and I just bought our first home. Our dream for the last 6 years has been to get a King size bed to fit our whole gang comfortably (with our husky Finn and cat Chloe). I had a wonderful experience with Matt at the Temecula Mattress Firm today. I had spoken with him on the phone last month about a particular mattress I wanted but the price was cheaper at Mattress Firms online site on Black Friday. So I ordered the mattress online. The mattress ended up being too firm for me so I went back to the store today to try some new ones. He told me I was going to have to return the other one online and to give them the name of the mattress I wanted. Which means he wouldnt get any credit. He then proceeded to spend 30 minutes showing me all around the showroom and educating me on mattresses. I thought he was a great guy. Very professional and friendly.

Great experience. Worked with a salesman named Matt. We chose a store and not an online store because we prefer to try out the beds first. Plus - I like getting my product now...not in a couple weeks.The process was painless and fun. Our 4 kids had a place to play while we shopped as well.Fell in love with a mattress (tried about 10 out) and buying was super quick. The store offers purple, memory foam, spring, and hybrid mattresses. (PURPLE was not in store but they had a sample to feel the purple honeycomb. It is so heavy!) One mattress is a hybrid of purple, memory and spring - didnt love that one. The Black Ice foam was everything my husband wanted to keep him cool at night. We fell in love with a hybrid mattress and then the adjustable frame. First adjustable frame purchase and we are excited to see how we fair with it. The immediate relief on our lower backs and chest tightness in the store was impressive.Thanks for everything - happy to have found you guys.
