Trinity is amazing! I just went in today for my second piercing by her. She had pierced my nostril in February and it healed fantastic! I followed her care instructions and had no problems! Today I got my conch pierced and it went great. She is very informative and makes sure you know what to do after and always lets you know what shes doing during the piercing. It is a little expensive depending on what jewelry you get, however you are paying for high quality jewelry, which definitely helps the healing process and a bonus is all the jewelry is super pretty too :)

Trinity is amazing!This was my first professional piercing since infancy and, despite have just over a dozen tattoos, I was a little nervous. Trinity set me at ease, explained the entire process before she began, answered all the questions I had, and helped me breathe throughout the process which resulted in very little pain (just slight pinched/discomfort).Add to that the fact that Ava Piercing Company as a shop is light and airy, the space is clean, and the staff absolutely friendly AND professional. Oh, and the jewelry options are overwhelming—in the best way! I almost couldn’t decide and really appreciated Trinity helping me curate the perfect pieces after going over the aesthetic I was looking to achieve.I left my appointment feeling confident in my choice of piercer, but also confident that I can properly heal my new piercings BECAUSE Trinity gave me so much information and advice.Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.10/10 would WHOLLY recommend

I got my nose pierced here and will definitely be coming back when I want more piercings! The piercer and staff are very friendly, she walked me through every step and welcomed me to ask any questions and made sure I knew exactly what was happening and how to take care of my new piercing! It was also very clean and sterile and I didnt have any doubts about cleanliness. Also a very nice selection of jewelry! Im really glad I chose this shop and would definitely recommend!

Just being pierced by an APP member is already a good reason to come here.Trinity is such a sweet and delightful person, and especially her team who were just as lovely as she is. Her transparency, hospitality and expert knowledge is something that I appreciated, and the consultation process was smooth and effortless. Such a communicable business, they replied to me in less than thirty minutes even after reaching out when they were closed and I admire her for that. Definitely making her my permanent piercer after experimenting with multiple shops.

Absolutely incredible, 100% professional and Down to earth! Trinity is an absolute joy to email because she replies as a human being and not some typical robot nonsense. They ensure you feel at ease when inside their shop especially during this pandemic. I got 4mm large piercings on both of my ears, not once did i see the needles (i had high anxiety) but she sterilized where i was to sit, washed her hands thoroughly, prepared sanitized equipment, wore gloves and a mask! I was also given by word of mount the rundown of cleaning and care instructions for my piercing; it was also emailed!AVA piercing company is hands down the best experience i have ever had with any business. Wow I love this place! This is my second piercing here and I will NEVER go anywhere else ever again! Skip the tattoo parlors and come here, I promise you you will not regret it. Trinity is so professional and will tell you if it is in your best interest to get the piercing you want, if she thinks that’s not the piercing for you due to anatomy, she will tell you and you can switch to a different piercing option. I often would get infected piercings or small bumps on piercings and I have yet to have one when done from here. I am a lifelong costumer and if you come here, you will be too!

I went in around 6 months ago for a cartilage piercing, it was fine walking in everyone is friendly and all but problems started in around 4 months after I got it pierced. I emailed the person who pierced me, Trinity, asking what was wrong with my piercing and how I thought it was infected, she said it was just an irritation bump and told me what was affecting it and how I can prevent it, I did what she said and it seemed to go down but never exactly go away. After 4 days of forgetting about the bump seeming it had gone to normal, it popped up again but way worse this time and my piercing was purple and aching in pain. We called a piercing place closer to my location (Tracy’s piercing company) to see if they could do anything about it and they told me it was never an irritation bump it was because they downsized me too small way too early, the very small downsized caused bacteria to go in my piercing and never be able to come out which is why it never seemed to go away. The new piercer gladly took my piercing out (which is something Trinity told me to never ever do until healed) and they replaced my piercing with a new one and my ear feels much better but now I have a big hole in my piercing all thanks to these people. Yeah no get it somewhere else to save you my experience. Never get a piercing out in Temecula.

Trinity is a true professional; she will give you her expert opinion and will also refuse the job if too risky to the client. This has been the best piercing experience Ive ever had. She also has a wide variety of jewelry to select from. So fortunate Ive found her. Will be back and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a high quality experience.

My husband and I were looking for a place to get my 6yr olds ears pierced. We did not want to take her Claires but also did not want to take her to just any piercing/tattoo shop, as that can be seriously intimidating for our shy and sweet 6yr old. Thats when we found Ava piercing co. and couldnt be happier that we did! Trinity was so amazing with our daughter, I cannot say enough good things about her! The shop was clean, everyone was so professional and most importantly my daughter felt comfortable. Shes a very shy girl and doesnt usually take to strangers upon 1st meeting. When we got home that night, my daughter told me she felt as comfortable with Trinity as she does with her own best friend!! Trinity and her staff took the time to make a certificate of bravery for our daughter after my husband had asked even though it not something they had done before ! Me and my hubby also got pierced and they really made it a very special experience for our family! We are all so pleased with the outcome!! Very impressed, thank you Trinity and staff!! I put off having my left ear lobe repierced, which was needed after a terrible childhood piercing. Trinity made the experience positive and calming. I was looking to get pierced for the first time at a clean and professional location. Trinitys shop is a single use studio so I knew I wouldnt have to worry about sanitary issues. In addition, I found her shop through the Association of Professional Piercers so I knew my experience was going to be excellent. Honestly, the whole experience was better than I had imagined. Trinity covered all aspects of the piercing and healing processes. She has great selections of jewelry and if you ask her beforehand, she will take care of your requests! I loved that her pricings were honest and well worth it! Her amazing professionalism and before/after service are some of the many reasons why I believe we should be supporting small businesses like AVA piercing company. They take care of us! Anyways, if you are looking a great piercer, look no further. Also grab the saline wound wash spray on your way out, theyll save you from swelling and redness like magic.

I went today to get a high earlobe peircing. The place I wanted it was in a tricky spot because of my anatomy. Trinity was awesome about letting me know the best options that would result in the best healing. She really took her time to help me have the best experience with an awesome friendly attitude, professional environment, and obviously expertise in her craft. I drove 45 mins to go to this shop. Right off the bat I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. The staff jumped right on the ball and got me rolling with paperwork and talking about what I wanted done. Within 5 mins I was back in the room getting the piercing area cleaned while I received all the info I needed to know about my piercing along with all my questions answered. Within another 5 mins I was done, paid and out the door my with aftercare. Fast clean and professional. Highly recommend!!!

So thankful we found this place! We wanted to take our 3 year old to get her ears pierced after she asked us but not with a piercing gun or in a tattoo shop. Trinity was so patient and thorough with everything and so sweet with our daughter. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone and especially anyone with kids!
