Piercing Pagoda Promenade Mall next to H&M. You wasted our time. We setup an appointment for 3pm in the 19-October-2020. We showed up 15 mins early. They were empty and still made us wait for 15mins. But thats ok. Whats is not ok is 3pm comes and still no CUSTOMER SERVICE with this lady. She didnt even say anything or whatsoever. We were standing in front of her and it looks like no one in front of her. So we left and took our business somewhere else.

I originally had my ears pierced 40 years ago and my holes closed so I had them redone on a whim. Grace, was very helpful and did a great job. I would highly recommend Pagoda.

The two ladies working here were extremely helpful with me picking out my gold pendent and the perfect length chain for it. They weren’t annoying and pushy to pressure me into making a sale like all other jewelry stands or stores I’ve been to. Extremely professional. I appreciate how they didn’t try to pressure me to make a purchase because each time someone does that i just walk away, I’m sure I’m not the only one. The warranty for the jewelry is excellent, last a whole year plus I’m able to renew the warranty every year which is a huge plus since I tend to be tough on my jewelry since I never take it off. I will definitely be purchasing more jewelry here at piercing pagoda ! Definitely had a pleasant time shopping here.
