Well I don’t have Verizon but this location is lameI just wanted a quick quote to switch over from a different provider and they told me I need to wait 1 hrs just to speak to some one for 2 minutesThat’s not very reassuring if I’m looking to take my business hereIt may be just this location but I’m not coming back here

Was sent to 3 different locations for phone upgrade because of stupid pending order on my account. I was furious on Verizon because I lost thousands of dollars as my phone was not working. Manager Minhaj went above and beyond to resolve the issue and finally got me the phone.

What ever you do DO NOT PAY CASH for anything if you think you may return it. They don’t tell you if you return the phone ect you will NOT BE ABLE TO GET YOUR CASH BACK you will be waiting up to 2-3 BILLING CYCLES for a refund the management lied and told my husband 2-3 weeks on the day it was returned, not when purchased like he should have. Verizon Corp verified that 2-3 week timeframe is untrue its much longer of a process. This needs to be posted up where people checkout and and people should be told about this especially when we specifically asked their return policy as it was a new platform and paying for a phone in full with cash. Will be filing a complaint with the store. Very deceiving and deceptive. Good luck trying to call the store it goes to a customer service line not the store we were told you have to have a specific employees cell number to get through to the store or make an appt to go in. Save the hassle and buy directly from Apple or Samsung.
I came into this store with a huge problem that seemed impossible to correct. After a week of spending my days on the phone with customer service only to be hung up on repeatedly and endless transfers from department to department. I walked into this verizon store with the help of a customer relations manager who recommended I come in and I am so glad I did. I was greeted immediately and felt like I was listened to, less then a minute later the host had a rep helping tackle my broken device and getting it replaced. The young man Eddie who helped us went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of to the best of his abilities and then the manager came over as soon as he noticed how complicated my situation had become. I feel valued as customer with the amount of attention they were now putting into my situation. I am a new customer to verizon after 8 years with at&t and because the service I experienced this afternoon I will gladly remain with verizon. I would highly recommend this store to any verizon customers or if you are thinking about switching or just need help from genuinely helpful reps. I will try to stay away from calling customer service from now on.
Verizon is a scam. Your better off with TMobile or another carrier. Don’t upgrade your plan online with a representative because you don’t get why they promise and when you try and fight for your phone bill credit all of the sudden the plan you choose does not exist. Verizon is a bate and switch and a scam. My boyfriend traded in his in perfect condition iPhone 10 for the 12 for a credit on his bill and low and behold when Verizon got his phone guess what all of the sudden it was a damaged product and no bill credit. Fraudulent company do not buy from Verizon.
I visited in order to pay off my phone. After giving the Lady 4 100 dollar bill. She did not use a light, or a marker she simply said Im not taking this because it is counterfeit forcing me to leave the location and go to the gas station next door to receive change for my socald counterfeit money. The money was excepted in the gas stations machine. It was very embarrassing and demoralizing to be told I had counterfeit money as a customer was standing right behind me. I hope this issue gets resolved.
Just walked up to the door. I was greeted by someone who was completely unhelpful. I explained to.him what I needed and he told me there was no availability for anyone to help me. They only have 1 person working in the store. It is 730.. They really need more people working inside the store. They also need to advertise on their website appointments only, 1 appointment per hour is completely unsat!!!!!
Well, i suppose I can’t really give any more stars because i was denied access to enter because I did not have an appointment. Not that they were busy, point of fact, the store is completely empty. There is no one standing outside waiting for their scheduled appointment and there’s no one inside but snooty blonde lady won’t help. As I stood there, she turned away three other people as well. I guess what I’m wondering is, if we need an appt, how do we make one? There’s no place online to make one. If I try to make one in person, then why not just help me if I’m already there and there’s NO ONE else there? Forgive me for not understanding that. I’m sitting here in front of the store 15 minutes later as I type this review and there’s still no one else in the store. I’m a bit puzzled by this way of doing business. Is it blind arrogance or open stupidity?

Was with Boost, experiencing very poor reception for data, as well as missed phone calls. Heard about a promotion for a free phone with new service, but had to travel to several locations to find one in stock. Happy to find this authorized dealer actually had 2 of free phones I wanted. Switching over cost $40, but the process was incomplete. They instructed me to go home & follow the prompts to transfer data. That proved to not work. So as i dreaded the drive back to the store, i stopped at an independent Verizon store who charged me $20 for the data transfer. I believe the authorized dealer should have offered to drop their touchless service to do this with my $40 activation fee.
Verizon over the phones is a waste of time cuz most of people dont know what theyre talking about especially technical support I went into a store and they help me out got me in and out no problem at all. Temecula store fantastic.

I just had the BEST customer service experience possible. I have been a loyal customer at Verizon Wireless or almost 10 years and have yet to meet an employee like Eric. The moment I walked into the store I was greeted by with a warm smile and a willing attitude. And this guy knows his stuff! Not only did he instantly solve my phone problems he made me feel like the most important person in the room. He was engaging, knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and an overall wonderful human being. I will definitely be back!

Terrible customer service. Verizon has no promotions for loyal customers. I went in there already disappointed with that, knowing I was going to spend a lot of money on 2 new iPhones. Cynthia treated us as if the 10 min she spent with us for us to spend $1500 was a total inconvenience to her. If you cant give loyal customers promotions at least treat then kindly.
Its been 4 days since I traded in my iPhone 6 and purchased an iPhone 7. I went into the store concerned because my battery life seemed to be draining unusually quickly with just normal texting and social media use (no video streaming, YouTube, etc). My camera was also not working correctly and went completely black. I spoke with the manager actually because I was told that I would have to pay a $35 restocking fee even though I still had a 14-day worry free return. He said because my camera issue was intermittent and couldnt be proven in-store and my battery life seemed normal (even though my battery drained by 10% while talking to Verizon tech support on the phone with NO other apps open) I would have to pay a restocking fee to exchange. Ridiculous. Why would I bother to bring a NEW phone to the store for issues if I didnt need a new one? Come on, Verizon....I wanted the same working phone as a replacement. The manager was short and a little rude with me. I called tech support when I got home, who ran diagnostics and determined that in fact my battery was draining much too quickly for a new phone. They kindly directed me to a different store to get a replacement that I am in need of. Customer service at this location is seriously lacking. Bad form.
Their Covid19 policies are horrible. You have to use the My Verizon app. I only had 3g in front of the Verizon store with my Verizon phone. Then the employees neglected to tell me when I arrived there at 2:30 pm that you couldnt get a same day pickup after 2. Total waste of time.

Was approached by BOBBY and he was MORE THAN WILLING TO HELP!!! Return to SPRINT for information needed to switch accounts and ALL AVAILABLE service people were MORE concerned with Getting Off Work On Time THAN with helping a customer IN NEED...BOBBY getting ready to leave on Vacation Met With My Wife And I The Day He And His Girlfriend Are Leaving (sure she wasnt too happy) BUT HE MET WITH US AND MADE IT HAPPEN FOR the same cost yet BETTER PHONES (and customer service which is MORE IMPORTANT than a good deal)THANKS AGAIN BOBBY AND BE SAFE!!! Went in to get help transferring old phone info to a new phone with Verizon Cloud. Customer rep kept cutting off my sentences and telling me that he couldnt help me with transfers as of June 1st. Finally, I stopped him and said, You wont let me finish a sentence--how do you know what I am asking? He went back to a desk and brought a sheet with Verizon Cloud instructions. I asked if someone else could help me so I could at least finish my sentence and he said no. I said, really? You wont let me speak to anyone else? and he said, no. Is this what this Verizon store has become? Absolutely useless. I went home, called the verizon wireless number and they walked me through it. Will not be back there even if its the last safe harbour in a zombie apocalypse.
Went in to the Promenade store location in order to check out phones. I Want a new one. Tried to ask a few questions of Friendly he went out of his way to be RUDE and CONDESCENDING. So...IWENT to a competitor. Friendly, down to earth folks who were glad to help me say good bye to Verizon. GOOD BYE.

Came in to pay a bill. There were 3 associates and 1 customer in the store... Not busts att all. Had an associate named Sean help me. I had brought $40 in ROLLED quarters to put toward my $200 bill and upon arriving to the counter w rolls in hand, Sean stated that they didnt accept coins. I said WHY, its money. He then said in a very condescending manner, I have to count the rolls...so do you want to stay for ten minutes while I count it? I would expect that spending 10 minutes counting $40 in change would be overkill... He was rude and lazy and exaggerated to do as little as possible for me. I just paid w cash bills and left feeling less that taken care of and pretty darn insulted. Thats the Last time I go there, the management must be appalling to allow the associates to discriminate against the type of funds customers pay with.

4 months later. Was supposed to get a visa to help pay off old carrier contract. They gladly took my 2 month old galaxy 7 edge. Was told I would get about 200 in version credit for it and a visa credit card at home to help pay that phone off and switch over to Verizon. I ended up having to pay old carrier off my self ( $650) . So much for buying out my contact.

Stop me from going there, the place is evil in the best sense. They have so many great products and gadgets, whatever you need for your phone and more. Ended up breaking the bank and walked out with new phone, all of the accessories of course, a Hum for both cars, a carrying case and and and...The only thing that makes me sad about Verizon is that their customer service used to be so much better when they helped customers transferring data from one to the other phone instead of sending them to tech support. I am challenged when it comes to new technology and it is extremely important and helpful to me if I get a helping hand with that stuff. Some personnel are very snooty nowadays. I noticed a difference in service whether I drive up in my BMW or Toyota or if I am casually dressed after a walk with my dogs or dressed up for church. Oh, if we could only see the heart and not judge by the outside of a person. Oops, better not, the heart is exceedingly wicked.... Well, it is better this way, I am sure!

They all realized I was upset about an unauthorized transaction from the GoWireless Verizon on Winchester next to Sprouts and RiteAid.Chris was the main representative helping me out & who figured out the huge error on my account. He was so thoughtful and helpful.The manager even brought me out snacks and offered me water and soda. He also collected more information and took action by expressing his concerns to his superiors as well.They resolved the problem, along with corporate, wrote down information and were all around considerate. Everyone went out of their way to help me and make me feel better.I am now typing this on my new IPhone XS Max and will ONLY be doing business with this Verizon location.Thank you all again. You truly made the situation better. Without your help, I would’ve had no idea. No more GoWireless for me!

We had to 86 (ask to leave) a uniformed, Promenade Verizon staff member from my Bar & Grill here at the Promenade. He was drunk, being rude to some U.S. Marines of which were simply minding their own business, referring to them as a bunch of Sissies. I had an employee follow Mr. Friendly to his car. However still in Verizon uniform went directly to work at the Promenade Verizon Location.When my employees had informed me of this I went over to the Verizon Store to see for my self.When I arrived at the Promenade Verizon Store I saw the drunk man from my bar on the sales floor. I asked for the Manager, Brett. He took ALONG time coming out (12 mins.)When I informed him of the entire situation...His exact words were: We all have a cocktail now and then and he could not make a employee answer for what they did on their own time. When I reiterated the fact that the man was as we spoke way over ANY legal B.A.C. and should not be in public let alone at work. Brett replied: He has no way to prove that. I ADVISED Brett that if this man was still in the building in 15 minutes, I would leave Verizon for ever, at home, at the bar and grill and wireless. He said, and I Quote, Do what your gotta do. Go ahead if you want crappy servicesSo...with in a week....No VERIZON in my... Home, Hand, Business. Thats about $1000.00 a month Brett and Mr. Friendly cost Verizon. And...Two other business here at the Promenade have followed suit after seeing and hearing the video from the bar. I would give zero stars is possible. I went in to open my own plan instead of staying on my family plan with my parents and siblings. I chose the 1 GB plan for $30 a month. My cost was this $30 plus $20 for my smart phone plus taxes, so roughly $55 a month. I get a Kaiser Employee discount of 22% on the $30 a month data package saving me an extra few dollars so my bill is around $50 a month...so I was told.My first bill comes several days later for $80. I call customer service and am told a single line costs $40 a month, not $20 and employee discounts do not apply to plans under $35.99 a month. In short, the salesman blatantly lied to me and unfortunately I believed him. I will be looking for a new service provider needless to say.
Unbelievable, Travis the manager lied to my wife and and I. He said he could lower my bill if I switch plans and if I add a line my bill would be the same as it is now. After I discovered that he was trying to sneak acceories on to my account by not revealing them as charges and trying to pass them off as perks or free accessories and he would just compensate me by backdating my account. All a lie. I came in 3 different times to ask about my bill and all 3 times he avoided talking to me sending his employees out with excuses every time. My bill is 60 dollars more and I have some Hum device that I told him I didnt want it, unless it lowered my bill. He lied right to my face. I have numerous whitness to prove it.

This is not a corporate verizon store. The customer service is poor and that is not to mention the scams they are allowed to pull, regarding customers. I seriously suggest a corporate verizon location.
So the representative named John helped me out but as soon as my return became like slightly complicated - he couldnt figure out my in-store pickup number - he got frustrated and super annoyed. I had all the information he needed (my confirmation email, was logged into the MyVerizon app, etc), but he just started talking louder and called over his coworker. Mihnaj jumped and completed my return patiently and friendly -- even though John was talking to him in an almost demeaning manner. I was looking at other customers like, Is he really talking like that to this guy? Anyways, if you go here ask for Mihnajs help!!!
I made the mistake of looking online for a new phone and telling them this was the closest store. I keep getting text messages to upgrade my phone. It states I can reply with E to stop the harassment, but they keep pestering me after sending the code. I went online to see if I could block the number, but on my usage, there is NO text logged coming from them. Now I have no proof that they are harassing me wasting my message allowance (I am cheap and dont text much.) I would like to reply with rude texts, but I am sure they will respond with disconnecting my service. I even went to the main website and cannot get help

Careful of whats on your phone as reps loved browsing my phone instead of fixing my issue. And be ready they are selling machines, wanting to push anything regardless of fixing your phone. I was asked repeatedly if I signed up for a service(Isis) when my phone wouldnt even communicate with the network...like going in for a knocking noise on a car to just be told your tires are low.I have 5 stars cause for phone sales and not being talked down to. So disappointed! People dont communicate, I got my plan with new cellphone and the guy didnt programmed it.. 3 days later I was barely able to use my phone!! Im still trying to get a hold of somebody so they can fix my account because the guy didnt set up my account properly.So disappointed.

It happened again two nights ago the phone is absolutely useless.6. So I called the local Verizon store here in Hemet. Who sent me to a store out of town. I called that store manager ahead of time (lying little weasel that he is) he said that he would be more than willing to work with us to help get us into another phone that was working. When I got to that store the manager would not come out no manager would come talk to me The Man Behind the Counter said they would not help us that that was not a possibility and sent us over to the iPhone store. The iPhone store is not able to make an appointment to see us to help us fix the phone for 4 weeks.(The worst part and the most unfriendliest part of the entire staff at the Temecula Verizon store is the little junk doorman who is known as friendly its no wonder he is a doorman, its all this mans Talent will ever allow him to squeeze out. This man is a brain-dead neanderthal whom of which should be working the door at the local dive Watering Hole. His paycheck does not change regardless of how many customers walk out that door, and he knows it. What a piece of garbage. Liars, thieves, and scoundrals, DO NOT GO TO VERIZON WIRELESS, RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION! ***UPDATE*** Here is Verizons response to my community post: Its your responsibility to question who you purchase the phone from, Go Wireless is not a corporate store so they will tell you what ever you want to hear just to sell you a phone.Go Wireless sold me a phone to replace a phone I broke. I broke it withint the first 24 hours of purchasing the phone and had no insurance. I brought it into the Temecula Go Wireless (Verizon Store) and the store manager Christine P. told me I could open a new line, pay $10 a month and get this fabulous new Samsung Galaxy S III Mini (I hate this phone and have had problems with it but I dont want the hassle of going through the insurance, which I did purchase on this one). I did this because it was cheaper than the alternative, a new phone, at $10 a month for 24 months $240, it sounded good. So, I went about my business until I received a bill for $250. Verizon is charging me $50 a month for this new phone line. I called Customer Service (CS) on 9/19/2014 and was told they no longer allow you to have a line without a device attached, I told the CS that Christine P. told me differently, CS said well is it in her notes? I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they are all in a meeting and would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. I called Christine P. three times on 9/19, one more time on 9/22/2014 and another CS representative who I HAD TO CALL also tried to contact Christine P, to no avail. As of today, 9/25/2014, I have have not heard from Christine P., or a Supervisor. This coupled with a Jet pac sale that never should have happened has lead me to Sprint. On 9/25/2014 I called Verizon Customer Service to see how much my buy out would be per line because that is the only resolve I have been able come up with since Verizon obviously does not care. Oh, and try to find somewhere to file a Complaint, good luck.
This store is HORRIBLE!!!! Dont go here. I went into the store to help with my account and found out the next day the manager didnt even escalate my issue. When i called her Laura said it wasnt her issue. So i went to the store in Redlands...that store escalated my issue quickly. Something that the temecula store should have done to start with. Was visiting Murrieta and went to this store to upgrade, talked to Andy at the store and he recommended the edge program. He explained it as if the edge program required $180 per phone I found out after I left the store that he actually sold me what they call the Platinum bundle along with the phone.Be very cautious I called him the next day and he told me to read the heading above the device cost which says your package includes. He said I could return the platinum bundle. The point is that at no time did he explain to me that I could join edge for no cost. I feel like a fool allowing him to talk me into it. Very questionable sales tactic he just kept saying that Verizon taught him how to sell it.Shady salesman if you go edge you do not have to by anything else watch out when they pull out the worksheet it is snake oil.
We went it to get a new phone and tablet, but the system was bugged. So instead of paying it monthly like we usually do, it was forcing us to pay full price. We left without buying anything.

Got out of my car and smelled weed. I could see smoke over near the north west corner of the store exterior and the guy they called friendly standing in the middle of it. Reeeeelllyyyyyyyyyy, the employees are now allowed to work High? WOW!!

I get rude vibes when I go in this store. Lady rolled her eyes at me when I didnt want to buy accessories with the purchase of my phone! I go here if I have to but customer service is rude
Its ridiculous. It used to be you call the store and you get a hold of someone. Now you call and you have to spend 10 to 15 minutes talking to an answering service
