DO NOT go to this place worst costumer service ever! My dad got a new phone and when the phone arrived he needed it to be activated. My parents waited in line and when it was their turn the member helping them told my parents that the phone could not be activated because he ordered it online and that they had a lot of costumers to help behind them. My parents had to drive to a different sprint store to get help activating the same phone because this sprint store was so busy that apparently they can not service the order of the line that people came in. DO NOT go here! Go to the sprint store on Madison Ave in Murrieta, CA instead if you want good service.

I love this sprint location! The person who helped me today, Mitch, made the process SO easy. I was in and out with a new phone for my boyfriend in less than an hour. He also helped me situate a recent bill change by directing me to the right place! God bless Mitch for making my visit so easy in quick. He was so welcoming when I first came in and I appreciate that so much! I highly recommend making an appointment with Mitch if you have any phone problems or need to make changes to your account or anything related!:)

I signed up several lines when it was Sprint. Salesman said I qualified for a visa card and in store credit. This was BS, as 2 months later got billed for the store credit. As for the visa card, it never did arrive and and customer service said they would look into it...several calls and several months later I finally got a response that the visa card expired. To make matters worse; with this recent merger my cell gets drops calls on a regular basis and internet speed from the 1980s.Avoid this location and avoid this carrier: thats why there satisfaction guarantee is only good for 30 days. Switching to Sprint/T-Mobile has been my biggest mistake made in 2020.

Wow my daughter was dreading having to go into the Sprint store today to activate a new phone. We have never had the best time with customer service at sprint, until today. Mitch was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond for us. He was extremely informative and made the whole experience great. Not only was it clear he knew what he was doing, he was so personable during the whole process. He made sure we had every bit of info before leaving. We cant say enough good things about Mitch and our experience today!

First and foremost, a million thx to Mitchell! Collectively, I am sure that we can agree that at times these cell places can be both confusing and or expensive. Do not go to this store. ALL LIES!!! I went with the intention of bringing my 4 phone lines over from Cricket. I was attracted by the $90 offer for up to 5 lines. I was told by both the salesman as well as the manager on duty that I would be grandfathered in at the $90/month rate for as long as I stay with Sprint. I was also told that for each phone we would have to purchase protection service. They said we could cancel that at any time. However, they could not provide that in writing on the contract. I was a little skeptical so I decided to go home and do a little research. In talking to Sprint directly, as well as talking to another Sprint location, I found out that I was being misled. Come to find out, the $90 promotion expires on 3/31/18. After that date, for 4 lines I would be paying $160/month. I went back to this location to confront them with the facts. They played dumb as if they didnt know the promotion details. They tried to tell me that in a year, after the promotion, they would offer me a deal then. You need to read the fine print. Dont take their word for it. Total unethical salespeople trying to promise whatever as well as push protection insurance as being mandatory. This gives Sprint a bad name.

All the staff here is amazing. Veronica, the manager, and Joe, a sales rep, went above and beyond to help me make the transfer from T-Mobile AND helped me make the switch from Galaxy to iPhone. Joe took the time to help me pick out a case, and a screen protector, and Veronica helped me set up the phone settings. The rest of the staff did an amazing job at creating a lively and friendly atmosphere, and making me feel welcome despite being a competitors customer.

Came in to this store for an issue with my phone and I was greeted and helped by a very nice woman. The technician who worked on my phone was VERY knowledgeable and she helped me learn a few new tricks for an old dog. She fixed my phone in a flash and I couldnt be happier. I think my phone is actually better now than it was before I brought it in! Definitely returning here for my future sprint needs.

My phone stopped working this morning so I brought it into this sprint tech center. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted and the technician came out quickly to help asses the problem. After about 30 minutes my phone was fixed and Taylor had answered all my questions about my account and the phone she just fixed for me. Great service here, I would now recommend this store over other locations!

My parents went in the morning to have a phone activated, the girl attending them wasnt welcoming, and was not proficient in her simple duties. After some time she told them the phone was activated and ready for use, but never even checked to see if the phone was operational. Shortly after leaving the location, my parents attempted to make a phone call, but the phone was not activated. Needless to say, they called sprint, had someone that knew what they where doing walk them through some procedures, and the phone was activated. The customer service at this location is usually really good, with knowledgeable people, but not in this particular case. She didnt have a name tag, and has no business working there.

I give this place 0 stars. DO NOT GO HERE!!! DO NOT GET SPRINT!! I singed up for my policy in February and my bills have been incorrect every month. This means I have to sit on hold for an hour and a half with the billing people since they cant figure out what to charge me. The contract that I signed...they cannot find. They then need to call the store to sort it out. Every. Single. Month. Also, they are trying to charge me nearly $10 a month for NOT having auto bill pay. What they dont tell you is they DO NOT refund money. They will only credit it towards your next bill cycle. Which blows because if I had auto bill pay on they would have gotten an extra $100 dollars from me my first bill, $78 for my second, and $50 for my third bill. All with no explanation. Do not get Sprint. I heavily regret it. BTW the assistant manager at this location set up my account...no one can be trusted here.

This store is awesome!! My phone stopped charging so I brought it into the tech center at this location and Taylor went above and beyond my expectations to get it working again. From the minute I walked in, until the moment I left she made sure I was taken care of and that all my questions were answered. I needed to complete a very simple task. After talking to multiple reps, who gave me multiple stories, multiple times, on multiple occasions, I was FINALLY given a solution to my issue. I found out a week into my new contract from another rep that my problem couldve been solved in a much simpler way. It turns out that the rep I worked with made it more difficult for me so that they could make a higher commission, and it cost me $200+. Real classy.

My husband and I were not happy with our previous phone or service provider so we decided to take a look around and see what some other providers had to offer. Sprint was our first stop. We were cautiously optimistic about this company because neither one of us had used them before, but came recommended by some friends. We went in to look around and were greeted by Ashley. She was very kind and happy to answer all our questions about different plans. She was even kind enough to write them all down for us. We told her we would be back after discussing it which took all of 5 minutes to decided that this is were we wanted to sign with. We went back in with the intentions of Ashley helping us again because we really liked her but she was with another customer so we looked around at phones. We were then greeted by Ali. He approached us, asked how we were doing and if we had any questions. We did, and he also was very patient and knowledgeable and recommended phones to each of our needs. He then offered to get us started while Ashley finished helping her customer. He had completed most of our transaction before Ashley was available to help us but was happy to hand us over to her to finish us up. This also impressed us because of their teamwork and there was no cut-throating or commission stealing. simply teamwork. Thank you guys so much for making us very happy customers and we are so excited to call you our home store!! Thank you Brian for hiring such a great staff! Gio, Peter, and the team at Sprint Temecula Pkwy are the best customer service reps youre going to find in this valley! You know how were always dreading dealing with our cell phone problems? I dont anymore, even with a slightly trouble making phone (:-/), these guys get back to me immediately and they cover EVERY single step of the process so I never feel pushed aside or forgotten. Store looked closed from outside...new trainee (9 days on the job) was solo up front with no one training him. He had to ask for help 3 times from a guy who was in a back room and rudely never cam out...the store was poorly stocked...and they didnt have what I went in to purchase. Then finally when trainee hadnt been trained how to ring up a customer on the register...a guy came out to help him. Sad store...bad employer.

My friend spoke with the general manager Gio on the phone this morning regarding getting a new iPhone XR and he was very helpful and said to come down and he would help her out. Well, that’s where it stopped. We came all the way into town (We live 20 minutes away and this was the closest Sprint store) with two kids in tow. Only to realize Gio didn’t want to come and greet us and/or help us. He also stated on the phone that existing customers don’t have as many perks for new phones because the cellphone companies gear towards new customers only. What great statement to say to someone that is just about to leave your company. I do not understand this type of customer service, but if Sprint continues to use this type of work ethic they will only ever stay afloat and never prosper as a company.

Almost everyone knows cell phone shopping is a pain. my wife and i have been in the market for a new provider, due to our current one charging us more $ without notice.so our first thought is, all the companies are the same, however, much to our surprise, this sprint store on temecula pkwy has won our business. we went in only to shop the services and prices. we were first greeted pleasantly at the door.( which i appreciate )Ricardo was first to help us out, with no pressure to buy he wrote everything down and told us to go home and talk our options out. talking with the wife brought up more ?s, so back to sprint we go. we again were pleasantly greeted and helped by Hunter, the store mgr, Hunter was extremely helpful and made our time pleasant and painless. jerome was also very informative. i am a real, local, customer, not asked to even write a review and would recommend that if in the market for a new provider. this stores customer service is on point. thank you to Hunter and Ricardo and their team.

The Sprint Store at 31754 Temecula Pkwy is by far the best place to go for purchasing, advice and help with phones, iPads, etc. Shawni, the Asst Manager, spent so much time with me getting everything set up, even my IPad, that I did not purchase from them. I will without a doubt return to them for help with any of my products. I watched them interact with other customers while I was there and they were helpful to everyone. One employee is rude and not helpful. Ordered an IPAD, took over 3 weeks for them to call me. When i returned the IPAD, they never credit back to my account, and charged all sort of fees. Been over a month with a lot of phone call, the store still keep the IPAD without give me the proper credit, maybe he/she give it for herself.....

I purchased the new Samsung S7 and have had nothing but frustrations with it. Pictures are blurry, group text messaging doesnt work, drops calls, Internet pages freeze up, etc. I was 6 days past the exchange policy and they would not exchange it. Dont shop here. Customer service is terrible.

If a zero was possible that is what I would leave as a review. I leased a POS Samsung phone from these guys. My thinking was after being a customer for over 5 yrs I had nothing to lose by signing a 2 yr LEASE from these crooks. Approx 6 months into my lease the phone malfunctioned. LONG STORY SHORT, the store vs customer service on the phone consistently contridicted eachother. I would stay on hold for hours only to be told go intothe store and tell them this info. When went into the store they would say all kinds of BS about how they were not connected and all kinds of excuses. These idiots at sprint do not care about customer service. They only care about having you under a contract where you get Fuc#ed as the consumer. Buyer be ware! Do not fall for the lower price BS as they will make up for it by Shi@tty customer service.Its an absolute joke the amount of time I spent wasting my time with these idiots.
