Dont do business with these people. The associate was fine. He appraised my phone and determined the trade-value to be at $114. I asked him if that was set in stone and he told me that they would not try to change their offer once the phone was received by them. Not true. I got an email saying that they couldnt offer me $114 because the screen didnt work (?) and they lowered their offer to $16. I had to jump through hoops on the phone in order to get my original offer. Thats not all. They were advertising a rebate of $125 in the form of a Costco cash card. I just got a rebate check from Wireless Advocates for $100. Now theyre trying to scam me out of $25. Back to the phones. Dont work with these people. Not worth the headache.
Dont use these people. Wireless Advocates (d.b.a. Stuart Lee Rebates) will lie to you when it comes to receiving the Costco cash cards in their promotion. They will promise you the pie in the sky on trade in value for your phones and other Costco incentives. So far its been over 6 months and still havent receives all of my cash cards. I had to get Costcos management to get involved to get the wheels turning for them to for fill Wireless Advocates (Stuart Lee Rebates) cash card obligations. Next step, I will take Costco and Wireless Advocates to small claims court to get the rest of my money if I dont get the remainder of the cash cards soon! Im running out of patients!!!!
