This store sells damaged clothing and their store manager, Sandra, lacks customer service and basic math skills. I purchased a dress on the 16th of July, decided it was too short so I came in the next day to exchange it, July 17th. I purchased two more dresses that day. After going home and putting on one of the dresses to wear I noticed it was frayed. I had already taken the tag off as I was planning on wearing it. I went in today to return the damaged dress and exchange the other (still with tags on). Today is the 24th, which means it is the 7th day and would be my last day to return the item. Sandra insisted that today is passed the 7th day and refused to assist me in the return. She kept asking me if things made sense like I lack common knowledge yet she isn’t capable of computing 24-17. Understandably, I was frustrated and said I would no longer shop there. Sandra’s response was “That’s fine!” I’m so disappointed in this experience as I was a loyal customer and referred many friends and family to this store.

Absolutely rude and helpless manager. Terrible and unreasonable store policy of 7 day return. They didn’t allow me to try the clothes because of the pandemic, and when I went back to return, they would not accept it because it was after 7 days. There should be more flexibility since ppl cannot try things on. Have been a loyal customer to this store and spent a lot of money there, even bringing other friends to shop there - NEVER again in my life! Extremely disappointed with the attitude of the staff and ridiculous policy!

I bought 4 items on 11/09 . Since fittings room are closed I took the risk to trying at home . Two items worked and two I decided to return . Today on 11/13 the associate and manager told me that one of the items wasn’t on the receipt!! And they can’t do nothing about !!All 4 items I bought the same day and allOf them where there !!And when I asked about owner name I was told by manager that she can’t tell me the name . I end up paying for something I don’t want to keep .By the way I spend $190 there . That was my first and last time I shop there .

My wife bought a sweater because it was cold, removed the tag, turned around from the register and saw a leather jacket in the corner she liked better and asked if she could exchange the sweater and buy the jacket. They said no since the tag had been removed even though she was never 5 feet from the register. Very dumb policy and horrible customer servie. Wont shop there again. Once they got your money they dont want anything to do with you.

I love this store. They have some of the best clothing around town. The quality is also really good. I have never been disappointed with anything I’ve bought here. Go check it out.

A very good friend of mine introduced me to this place today and I’m in love! I completely disagree with the person who thought the sales lady was hovering annoying. They ask you periodically if you’d like them to put items in the dressing room and I think it’s fabulous customer service! I bought several items that are great additions to my closet. I love the styles are unique and I don’t think anything is overpriced. The pricing seemed reasonable to me and the jewelry section is great! I will definitely make this place my go-to store from now on. Thank you for making my experience great!

I LOVE this store! I disagree with the person who was annoyed by the person following them around. They aren’t annoyingly hovering, they just take items and put them in the room for you. I consider this great customer service! The clothes are amazing and they are all color coded. The prices are reasonable! This is a great new boutique for Old Town Temecula!

I have been a loyal customer since they opened. I really love this store and this review is directed towards one person as everyone else I have encountered who works there has been really nice. However they only have a 7 day return/store credit/exchange policy. I went in to return or receive store credit for a purchase I made 11 days ago not realizing they had a 7 day return policy. The girl was extremely rude when she told me “unfortunately there is nothing we can do, store policy.” 1.) if they knew I was a returning customer and rewards member who has spent a lot of money in their store you think they would have honored it or at least been nicer about it 2.) if they did honor it or just given me store credit, chances are I would have probably spent more money along with my credit 3.) I now have a bad taste in my mouth and sadly don’t want to go back. Please treat your customers better.

I bought some shirts from this place for my sister and mother in-law before Christmas and unfortunately the shirts didn’t fit them so I tried going in to exchange the gifts. Which by the way we’re around $50 each! All I wanted was to exchange them for different sizes and when I purchased them they never told me about the no return or exchange policy without a receipt. I asked if I can exchange them if I gave them the info my bank has for when I purchased them and they said “no there’s nothing I Can do at all.” My mother in law said “can I speak to a manager maybe they can help” and the lady (red he’d girl, didn’t get her name) with an attitude and smirk said “I am the manager” she didn’t even try to help us in any way. You would think that around Christmas time they’d tell you about the importance of the receipt or at least have some kind of option for you and have an employee that had good manners and was kind. She was absolutely rude. I support these small shops but people who obviously don’t have customer service experience should not work there.

Wife loves this store. Everyone is always so friendly, clothes seem to be of good quality. Helpful staff, reasonable prices. Really great addition to old town

A hidden gem, any fashionista looking for a taste of local, jewelry, or style to Old town Temacula, or needing a last minute wardrobe change, this is your go to, as far as shopping local. Perfectly priced, true to size. Definitely a great extensive pallet of desert tones, as well as patterns. I would say perfect depiction of how I would envision desert modern chic fashion!

Dont come here unless you want to be followed around the store while you shop :) Blonde woman with glasses followed my sister and I everywhere. Everytime I turned to look at another rack she was right behind us touching anything we had just looked at. I genuinely thought she was shopping as well because of how weird and unprofessional it was of her to follow us. Not to mention, everything is overpriced, cheap clothing and jewelry. Wont be returning and will let everyone I know not to come here.
