Swire is who we are / Coca-Cola is what we do!¡!The company slogan, I just started working for the Coca-Cola about a month ago now and out of all the jobs Ive had over the years this is one of the best Ive had if the best need more time to decide that. From what I hear it is not so easy to get employed by Swire or get an interview Ive had people tell me they have been trying for five years to work there and not so much as a phone call just nothing well this was my first time applying and I got my offer of employment after my first interview after accepting the offer the hiring process begins and that took a month to complete at witch time I was finally able to start working. There warehouse workers are union so that a plus for me thats something I was looking for, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision, life insurance ( you choose the payout amount low end 30,00 hight end 500,00) an AD&D for 30,000, Aflac coverage shot/long term disability, 401k and its all very well priced. The job is fun but hard work the hours are long with a lot of OT every weekend pay is good and thats probably more the what Im allowed to say!

I was there for my job to wash all. Their tractor trailers place us gigantic.the people that work there are very professional and courteous.

Was there at 3pm and the security guy told me to come back at 10 pm...dont who lied my dispatcher or the security...my appointment was at 2 pm,I was told that I will loaded, that they will wait...; you will need to show your ID, slide tandems, disconnect red hose of the trailer, chock wheels, backup between doors 8-14, check in next to door 14

I made a delivery to CC, arrived 2 hours early. Was told to go park somewhere like a truck stop for an hour and could come back an hour early. Advise them in not going that far because me DOT hours were ticking down. They wouldnt let me park on the property. NO parking signs are all over the streets near CC. Found a place nearby. Appointment was fine. Came back at 1pm, checked in and was unloaded before 2pm.

They did alright. I got in a few hours early and they went ahead and took me early after about 45 minutes waiting on the blue dot that serves as a staging area. They did get me unloaded pretty quickly though. All in all, it took about an hour and a half to get in and out. Course a wasted an hour and a half after that running around Phoenix looking for a place to park and that was between 3 and 4:30 on a Sunday afternoon.

Delivering a load here: security people are nice and friendly, shipping and receiving office operates on a ridiculous level of professionalism and tries to construct late arrival by falsification of facts. definitely a never take a load here again situation. since today pepsi products are way more appealing!!!

Expedient with recieving goods, doors not waste time, also took me earlier than my appointment. This was the second time Ive been there and both times the stag was friendly and respectable.

Was on point today. Appt @ 9am and they took me in at 830 and gave me a door. Was out by 10am.

Work as a store manager. Have had several rude experiences with customer service but didn’t bat an eye because sometimes customer service can be frustrating. However, I ordered some Coke Zero and they forgot it then told me they wouldn’t be able to send it until my next order. That also isn’t a huge deal but when I went to see if I had my credit I just got passed on from Swire to the corporate call center back to Swire only to not receive my credit. That’s not a great chain of business and there should’ve been notation of some kind. My time and money is wasted all because there isn’t a better form of communication.

Took me in early on receiving. Security very friendly. Must work for a good company. Polite, respectable and professional. Very good at giving directions. Coke started unloading me within 20 min of hitting dock. Once finished, immediately gave me my bills. I love hauling for them, so far. Lol. Id to az? Ill do this everyday. They are great on both ends. Big props swire/coke!!

Theres a reason, why this place has BAD reviews and its because it absolutely SUCKS!!! theyre EXTREMELY slow, you cant idle your truck, lucky for me, I have an apu. The wait times to get loaded are absurd to say the least. And they expect, drivers to bake in this Arizona HEAT while they take all damn day to load you?! I definitely wont be making a return trip here...oh and to top it off the rental cops (security ) are sleeping in the little security booth, when drivers are at the gate. All around ridiculousness...

BEWARE!!! I Used my debit card at Scottsdale Quarter location to purchase one Diet Coke. It had on the screen that my card would be charged $2.00. My bank statement shows it charged $6.00. Today I was at Chandler Mall and I purchased a drink that said my charge to my card would be $2.75. My bank statement also shows it charged $6.00. This is fraud! How many people dont notice & they over charge people?

Needs to offer parking for the carrier that will move their products.

Showed up 30 minutes early for the appointment time. The dock guys didnt start loading until 20 minutes after I was on the dock. Then they decided after loading for about 10 minutes to take a lunch break. The so called security guards are not the brightest crayons in the box Either.

Great Work Environment

Place sucks. No idling at all. Not even with clean idling trucks. Worst thing is they dont have driver lounge . Drivers are forced to be in boiling hot truck. Dont wana come back here ever.

This is my place of employment, I enjoy my time there everyday .

If your a trucker and your delivering here it SUCKS.... i got here at 5AM & they rejected me cause my appointment was at 4pm.. Ok im cool with that. so I come back at 4pm it took them 3 hrs to unload. Then i was going to pick up there as well so i told the guy there.. He said when they finish unloading you come back in to check in .. So i did. Then he says. Your appointment is until 10pm. I told him can u guys take me in early, im already backed in the dock. He says No. we go by appointment.. Thats weird cause his the only one that ever said that to me at this location.. Usually they load me right away since im already backed in.. So at the end it took me 13hrs to unload and load again. Its ridiculous when it should take no more than 4 hrs to unload and load again.

Spent 8 hours here because of no appoint.ent but was unable to book one because no one answers phones.

Expect to wait 7+ hours without A/C, lounge has 2-3 chairs, no idle by law & policy. Staff polite and friendly.

This place is a joke, My appointment was @ 4:30 pm so I checked in @ 3:50 the guard told me to come back at 4:15.....then it took them 3 to load a dry van. Horrible place to p/u a load.

Do not arrive but 15mins prior to appointment time to load they will not allow you in......in and out within 2hrs of docking.

Had a 1pm appointment time and they took me at 745am.. great place!!
