Brad did a full remodel for us. It came out amazing. Brad and his crew were professional and completed the job on time and under the budget. I highly recommend them.

We herd about Brad Smith and his company, Interior Insight, through a friend. We were replacing our floor tile in our house and decided to give him a try. It was the best move we ever made. From the first day we met him the experience has been very pleasant. It took my wife and I at least 3 weeks (if not longer) to decide on a tile and during that time, Brad was very helpful. He came by our house several times to bring us tiles to look at and also to give us his opinion on them. We also had to find a transitional tile to separate two different tiles and Brad was able to take care of that. Once we finally decided on a tile, the work began immediately. The crew he had working for him doing the tile was great. I dont believe I have seen a tile floor laid so perfectly. During the whole install Brad would come by and make sure that everything was going smoothly and to make sure we were still happy with the job. Even though its been several months since we had our tile installed, Brad still calls and makes sure that we are still happy with it. My wife and I are extremely pleased with Brad, his company and the work he did. I would highly recommend him and his company if you need any interior work done.

While visiting in Phoenix, we were looking for carpeting for our home. A friend suggested that we contact Interior Insight, since they had such good service from them. We did and they went out of their way to carpet our home in Yuma. The service from our first meeting to the finished job, was for us, a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. Since we are older, they helped us move our furniture, cleaned up totally and finished the job in a reasonable time.We would certainly recommend this company to anyone,

We are delighted with our new kitchen. Brad did a terrific job at all stages of the process, answering our endless questions before the remodel began and then checked in daily to ensure that things were moving smoothly. Along the way he provided good advice about color and materials. He personally finished off the job, taking care of the the last few details. Our 1990 kitchen has been transformed!

This review should have been written long ago. We bought a home and hired Brad to remodel the master bathroom and install new kitchen countertops and sink to include laundry room. What turned into a three week job turned into over two months with us firing Brad and having to finish the work with other contractors. Not only did this cost us more in getting things done correctly but it caused us to lose additional money on the house we were selling. What is supposed to be an exciting time Brad destroyed it causing extra stress including money. He installed wrong countertops, the grout in the shower started cracking within a few days and all had to be torn out. The removal caused the wall to split on the other side of the shower. The bathroom mirror was broken, the tub spigot was improperly installed not allowing it to extend into the tub. Water would have ran onto the floor. ?? Holes were left in the bathroom cabinets at the base because they were not measured right. The kitchen sink was installed with a hairline crack underneath which was not discovered for months later and the entire countertop must now be removed just to replace the sink. DO NOT USE INTERIOR INSIGHT because he is gives you a lower proposal. It will only cost you more in not just money but stress. I should have filed a claim against his contractors license but kept giving him the benefit of the doubt and it would get better. Argh 😤
