Terrible quality cabinets. The paint is peeling everywhere, even in places that are out of reach. Also, it looks like the joints of some of the doors are begging to separate. I can’t even sand them down to refinish because the shaker door inserts are so thin and flimsy.I bought a home with these cabinets already installed, so I’m not certain how old the cabinets are, but estimate them to be about 6-7 years old. Since I didn’t install these myself, I was shocked to see how much the cabinets cost when I was initially researching replacing some of the door fronts.I have inexpensive IKEA cabinets I installed 5 years ago in my laundry room that have held up beautifully in comparison—especially compared to these expensive cabinets that look like some sort of post apocalyptic scene. Save your money and go to IKEA…

I have been working in the construction/ remodel industry for the last 30 years. It used to be when you had an issue with a part of your order you could make a call and talk to a human and get it fixed quickly. The idea being as a contractor it is important to finish a job, make your client happy and get paid. I have been waiting for this incompetent, overly large company to provide me with two modified doors to complete a nice job for over four months.I’m the mean time I have found two smaller client focused cabinet companies that will pick up the phone when you call and help resolve any issues.My advice to you if your contractor is specifying these cabinets is to hold 20% retention until you approve the installation (don’t get me going on the defects and dings) or make them use someone else if you like them.

Absolutely horrible product. Our cabinets are 3 years old and have completely fallen apart and they dont even answer the phone. I have left numerous messages and no return call.Update: to the owner. My wife finally was able to contact you, she was told that because our contractor placed the order you wont help us. We have not been able to get in contact with the contractor we used. She is supposed to talk with a lady tomorrow to give the name of the contractor to see if you can find our order to fix these faulty cabinets. You have made this extremely hard and I am hoping you do the right thing. We have been trying to get this taken care of for over 6 months.These cabinets are only 3 years old and weve Ben pursuing repairs 6-7 months.

For the last 15 years they have been in business they have grown dramatically. We have been part of their growth for the entire time. Like most manufactures, quality issues will always exist but they always do their best to help our customers. Jay has been our go to guy on everything we need and he will always come through for us when we needed the help. There isnt much US made product anymore and we need to come together to support the few still trying to make it. Making something isnt easy and doing it right is even harder. Keep up the good works Jay and the team. Thank you for taking care of our customers.

The upgraded cabinetry products in my new home are beautiful. I love the paint finish and the sturdy construction. Beautiful hardware as well. However, there was follow-up touch-ups needed and it took several weeks to get on the schedule for completion. They are very busy and last time there was an error in their scheduling.

Poor quality materials and extremely overpriced price. My custom home is only 2 years old and the kitchen cabinets are already falling apart. I called Sollid to see if they can repair them and all they could do is refer me to an installer. I would NEVER EVER use them for any other projects. They even use plastic to hold the drawer brackets in place, which break and the drawer falls off the bracket. I am beyond disappointed in their product. My kitchen island has black cabinets, and they are all peeling. After only two years, I already have to resurface the cabinets. Horrible materials. Only good thing is that their products are made in the USA.

So far Sollid has made 6 deliveries to my house because of either damaged or missing products. I still don’t have everything I ordered. They are not responsive to customers calls as you must work through your dealer, they don’t respond to her either. I ordered our cabinets several months ago and still don’t have everything! Poorly managed company that went from the top of my list for local cabinet manufacturers to the bottom. There are many other local companies that take pride in their work. I’d encourage you to work with them instead.

We had doubts about the SOLLiD Cabinetry to begin with as the reviews were mediocre. However, we had no choice since we had to move into the house and our 1st pick of cabinet manufacture got COVID and they closed the shop for a month. I have never dealt with the manufacture directly and based on the reviews below I should not even bother, however the distributer “ Total Designs LLC” and installer, I have had a horrible experience.First, I purchased the middle tier product. The wood cracked when the sink was installed, they replaced it, and it cracked again. Since then Ive found a few more cracks since it was installed in August 2020. The wrong color crown was installed 3 times and I still have the wrong color trim installed in the kitchen. Reached out to the distributer “ Total Designs LLC, very nice lady, told me that the manufacturer has issues with my color “ FROST” and she would need to hire a 3rd party to handle the crown. Since we last spoke on the phone, she sent me an email saying the installer, which is like a son to the owner of the Total Designs, got my approval of installing the wrong crown color for the 3rd time while I was not at home. See attached pictures of the quality after paying a lot of money. I am seeking legal advice right now because they want me to pay for a product that was not delivered.Here is the email from the distributor:After speaking with you this morning, I spoke with the installer again and he confirmed that you both approved the color and adjustments on your cabinetry. After the work, both again agreed the job was complete and Natalia ask for him to scribe a damaged area from a different trade before he left. He completed that and left. We would be happy to order more Frost Crown at your expense and we can provide a different installer.Phillis MorrisonTotal Design, LLCStay away from this distributor which is owned by SOLLiD Cabinetry sales rep mother, Christina.The bottom line is, there were constant miscommunications between the designer, the installer, and the manufacturer, which led to the wrong color being installed several times, and ultimately did not meet our expectations. I had these cabinets installed after a flood. Initially they looked great. Im now having some of the same issues others are having with wear. The contractor who installed them said they no longer use sollid cabinetry due to the quality and lack of service after. Stay far away from these cabinets!

They are beautiful cabinets! Be aware that before you make this purchase, they will NOT repair them, nor will they help you resolve the issues with their cabinets. Expect the cabinets to begin breaking down with normal wear and tear after six years. This is convenient for the company because they only offer a five year-limited warranty. Again, the cabinets are beautiful but they DO NOT last!

I ordered cabinets through a dealer and given a delivery date. The dealer went to pick them up and was told they werent ready without explanation or when they would be ready. I have been waiting 8 weeks now for $12k worth of cabinets and when I call them directly they refuse to speak to me... they dont deal with the public. Non-refundable full payment upfront and now Im stuck waiting with no kitchen as Ive already removed and disposed of my kitchen cabinets. Keep in mind Im local to Sollids location also!

I caution any cabinet dealer to work with Sollid Cabinetry. They have a nice product for a fair price. Unfortunately, they can not keep accurate control of their availability of product and shipping. We worked with them for 6 years and battled their growth challenges. When we finally challenged them for their continued lack of timeliness for delivery and back ordered items, they dropped us a dealer. Again, good product, fair price, but poor management and ownership will cause all dealers and contractors to look unfavorably upon its customer base.

Do not do business with this company. We ordered the cabinets for our new house the last of April 2019. A year and 3 months later we are still waiting for them to get the order right. The last two cabinets came in May 2020. Lo and behold they were the wrong color to match the other cabinets. We have requested that they pay to have the cabinets painted to match the ones already delivered and installed and have had no response. Terrible customer service. Inferior workmanship.

I question the competence of the corporate office as they cant seem to get me a sample of the denim finish cabinets. I have been begging my rep for a sample for months. They theoretically did a quick ship and twice the sample never arrived. They claim to have sent it again and say it will arrive Monday, but at this point I doubt it. We have confirmed the address and this is the first time in the 3 1/2 years I have lived here that something has not arrived. They doubled checked and swear they put in the address correctly. Tracking says the first one was delivered and it was not. Our project is being held up. I would have been able to put in the order weeks ago and at this point question whether I should use them at all, but I am kind of stuck as everyone is backed up now. It seemed reasonable not to want to pay the deposit until i can see the final finish. I am starting to look for another company, even if I pay more if I can find someone who will do what they say it will be worth the extra money. The YELP reviews were pretty scary and the positive reviews here dont seem to be from customers, they are from sales reps.

Solid has been our go to for many homes, projects, and recommendations for years. Quality machined products which are always taken care of until they get to you. Staff is always helpful and they let you know before if something is off. Keep it up guys.

These cabinets are horrible as the stain is coming off the cabinets and of course they dont make those cabinets or stain. They couldnt help me. They told me to either paint them or replace them. The cabinets dont shut and the drawers are always off kilt. I am handy but the price you pay for cabinets should hold up longer than 8 years. Very disappointed.

We have been working with this company for few years now. Its been great to work with the team that they have. Such as Jayne on the information and main local contact person. Paid for my cabinets on 11/19/2019. Today, 4/9/2020, I am still waiting for back orders from the original order. Now I am informed I wont see the back orders until May. My distributor has been great. The cabinets are great. The company...not so much. Never again.

We have had our Sollid cabinets for about 4 years and have had nothing but issues from the start. Cabinets falling off hinges, fighting for months to get them replaced or fixed properly. We expect normal wear and tear from any item but I would not recommend these to anyone because they simply do not hold up. Spills from cooking happen but unless caught and cleaned up in a timely manner, these will bubble and chip fairly easy making them look cheap. My mother in law has had home depot cabinets for 15 years that have held up better than these and im fairly disappointed that we went with these instead of home depots.

Been working with this company for a year. Had several quotes in their e-pics site. Without notice, the site, the account are wiped clean. When their offices were contacted, we got a oh yeah. We wiped all the accounts on Sunday. Your rep should have called you. What kind of business practice is this? This is legit, not cool.

We remodeled our entire kitchen last year and the cabinets look great and have held up well, with the exception of one of the brackets in the back of a drawer. The entire plastic piece broke off, so now I have the drawer and all of its contents removed and need a replacement piece before I can put them back in. When I contacted SoLLiD the lady on the phone was short with me and said they dont deal with the public and I would have contact my contractor that purchased the cabinets through them. I was hoping they would be a little more accommodating since their hardware was faulty and either send me a replacement piece or provide me a way to purchase one. In a day in age where a customer has many options online I would think companies would have tip top customer service, and that unfortunately was not my experience.

The only reason I would even give this company 2 stars is that I actually like the product when it functions correctly. I had their rep Jay come out and look at a cabinet that was falling apart at all the seems and the dials were popping out. Well that was in December and it’s not Feb with still not a cabinet built. When I went too actually find out what was going on they said they needed a door sample to stain match their own product. I dropped one off and Jay came out saying I’ll build you a box but we agreed to replace the cabinet. He states that when he was there 3 months ago the cabinet was sitting in my living room. Yes 3 months ago it was in my living room I’m not keeping a cabinet on the floor so one of my kids can trip over a 24”x42” tall cabinet. Then he states well who ever installed it they did it wrong after 5 years of sitting in place now it’s a bad install. I’m sorry but this company will not warranty their product and will just point the finger to the rep who sold me the product. Now I’m getting my cabinet guy to actually build me a new cabinet. So disappointed in this company as I bought.... update my cabinet is being rebuilt by my own cabinet guy within 2 weeks and I’ll be sending Sollid the bill thru a third party.

If ever a problem does arise, they’re very quick to step up and take care of it. Did I mention they’re Locally owned and operated as well? I highly recommend!

We have been scheduled for pick up load at 0800 am. Those guys take 7-8 hours to load a truck. Try to negotiate detention before you ever consider to come to pick up load here because you will get screwed by brokers they hire.Expect all day to sit there wait to get loaded.We did load from them this time and never again...O&M Transport LLC

They have a great product! My father built custom cabinets growing up and I feel their cabinets are high quality and priced well. Their management is also AMAZING! They definitely put the customer first and make sure they are happy and satisfied.

I could not figure out how to edit my review so I am adding a new one and the stars will average. My sample did come today as the second time they tried to send it somehow it did not get on the truck and they overnighted it the third time. They tried hard to make up for the deficiencies of the independent sales rep. I am still a bit concerned about the number of bad reviews they have this past year, but they have tried very hard and the woman in the local warehouse worked hard to make me happy and track down my package that the delivery company claimed was delivered, she should she should be commended. I requested a sample from my independent dealer about 3 months ago and Sollid cannot control that it took him months to put in a request. If I do decide to purchase through them I will use a different dealer.

Wow, I’m shocked at what terrible customer service this company provides. I’m not exactly sure where the disconnect started, but Heidi is not only rude, and has ZERO customer service skills she I guess doesn’t have to respond to emails or inquiries..... WEIRD! I never knew I had the option to go to my job and not respond to emails, because let’s face it... I wouldn’t have a job! The fact this is how this company operates says A LOT! I even forwarded her email to the CFO thinking he would nip it in the bud, but apparently not. 🤨 if I have one word of advice, stay clear!!!!! There’s lots of other cabinet companies out there.... YIKES! I think you should send Heidi to a customer service seminar, think it would be extremely beneficial.

Loved the cabinets at first but after 4 years they were really showing some age- chips, warped doors etc. Unacceptable for the money paid. contacted them when getting ready to list the house and was told too bad its been over 5 years. Will not go with them again for sure.

SOLLID Cabinetry is the best modular cabinet manufacturer in the Phoenix metro area. They have a wonderful color selection with all plywood box construction and all soft close doors and drawers. You cant beat the quality for the price!I dont know what this D Oh guy is saying? He obviously bought his cabinets from some other place because if you buy them built from SOLLID they staple everything together and have no need for glue. Plus they do actually have 2 lines of cabinets that are built in the USA. It is only the value series that is brought in.

We have purchased Sollid cabinetry for a few of our customers in the past couple months and I have say I am impressed with the product so far. I was a little leery at first stepping out of my comfort zone and ordering from another vendor because I am like an old dog who cant learn new tricks but I took the chance and learned their product and I like it. Everything they offer is plywood construction (which is typically an upgrade with other cabinet companies), dovetail drawer boxes and soft closure. When I offer a comparison bid to my customers from Sollid and another cabinet line, my customers are choosing Sollid over the other manufacturer due to their pricing and they are happy. I will continue to use them until they prove me wrong.

First of all, not made in America as advertized. The cabinets are made in china, shipped flat and assembled in America using staples and hot glue. Terrible construction quality but at least they are cheap. However, despite the fact they only have to slap them together with glue, if you are in a hurry or actually have a deadline, use another company. Ive dealt with this company regularly for several remodels and it is VERY common for them to not have the cabinets ready when they promise them, which holds up several other aspects of a remodel including flooring, paint, countertops and a few others. The worst part is you pay up front, so when they end up being a week or more late on your order, you have no action you can take other then to just harrass them until they are done, which from personal experience, I can tell you does no good because they have already been paid. Look elseware if you actually want your cabinets completed on time.

Wife and I went to the showroom looking for kitchen cabinets on a recommendation from my contractor and was completely ignored by 2 employees the entire time we were there.
