I visited this location yesterday and experienced speedy service and awesome customer service. The store associate/Mgr. Eric was attentive to my needs and was able to resolve my phone issue on demand within an hour. He was very knowledgeable about what was going on and what options I have to resolve the problem as well as what limitation All Mobile Matters can do. I really appreciate his honest and upfront approach and totally grateful he repaired my phone with just a simple battery replacement and cached storage cleaning. The price was very reasonable compared to the cost of new phone. I would recommend this service for mobile matters (pun intended) due to the associates insight of cell phones and customers guarantee of service. I had to get my iPad glass replaced and they were able to do it within a few hours the same day. This place if terrible me and my boyfriend went in to buy a new I phone 10 and it stopped working 2 days later the screen won’t even turn on any more. And with there no return policy should of known they’d be trash. My advice go to a real Phone shop not some cheap place you’ll end up getting ripped off.

My phone kept shutting down. Turns out there was a broken piece the size of half of a grain of rice...yes, it was really small. LG G5 glass replacement. I highly recommend this location. John did superb work. The new glass did not come with a new frame so John had to meticulously clean out all of the old adhesive in order to reuse the existing frame. Well he must have gotten every last little bit of it out because the new glass fits perfectly. John was also able to clean up the contact points under my side buttons to get them working again - hadnt worked for years. Professional pride, quality and a fair price.

My phone gently fell on the floor of my car, and somehow it dented the metal casing and kept my power button pushed down. I’m a tech guy for a living so I understand electronics well. but alas, there are some things I can’t or am not willing to do.Let me just say- these guys are awesome! Brought my phone in after waiting a week for a part . They did not call me to tell me it was in. I was told It would be fixed in 1.5 hours. I waited and showed up at the agreed upon time and the tech hadn’t even begun to fix it.Not a happy customer.

I came in and the guy I had was nice and all. The only downfall was thinking everything would be okay. I had cracked my iPhone 8+ phone screen and everything was fine besides the screen obviously and when I went to get my screen repaired the service on my phone no longer exists. I didn’t have any problems with it until it got repaired, even beforehand I still had all my bars and it was working perfectly fine and I was able to text and call without needing to connect to A WiFi source. The screen is only a replica of 3D Touch as well. If I would’ve know I would’ve saved my time and gone elsewhere

Went store in Chandler Mall, We dont repair here, go to my other store in Temple Marketplace, Went on my day off he at my Sony Z3v USB charge in the phone broke off, Been using wireless charger it take long to charge and get too hot been putting in refrigerator to cool it and charge fast phone off completely for fast, if have my part will fix they have about 3 hours give and take because working other phone there, GOOD JOB GUY, Thank You will my other same one but it white one

Got my phone repaired! Thank you! Unfortunately, it took almost 2 weeks to get the part. I had given an alternate phone number to call when I could come in, but they said theyve been trying to call for 2 days, but they were calling my broken phone number. 🙄 Customer service was good. The gentleman that fixed my phone was extremely helpful. I see other people got a free screen protector, but looks like my model was too old for it. I would recommend this place to get your phone fixed.

I went in with a cracked screen, paid almost $200 to fix it, walked out and the touch capability was screwed up. They told me “it may just need to load up.” The touch was fine, until they touched it.

Absolutely excellent service!I called ahead before visiting to see if the store was able to fix my phone. When I arrived about 30 minutes later, Jesus, had already verified they had the needed parts in stock and set them aside. He quickly checked out my phone and verified it was not as bad as I thought. He ended up only needing to replace the battery. He completed the evaluation and repair of my phone in about 20 minutes and saved me $40 since the additional work was not necessary. For my lovely Samsung Note 11, they had the screen in stock here ( a rare find), and a protective glass ( I should have done this a long time ago) also in stock.All work was done by a very quick pleasant and knowledgeable staff. They were generously kind in their explanations, and pricing was honest.. I appreciate this so much.I also had them look at my laptop which was having data problems, and John spent a good portion of today re-setting it back to its original, so that I can use it again. This was done gratis, which was not expected.I love the location, with ease of parking. I can run over to Barnes and Noble, lunch or the movies while I wait.When you need repairs, do not hesitate to visit these people. This was the place my insurance company recommended I go to get my cracked screen replaced. Im a so glad they did. Not only did the replace the screen so perfectly that Id never know it was broken, but when I returned with a follow-up issue I thought might be related to the repair they were nothing but helpful. They took the time to find the underlying issue, get a new part and install it with absolutely no question. It is one thing to find super customer service on the main work, but excellent follow up customer service is very rare. I highly recommend them.

Great customer service. I broke the glass on my phone. I ordered the part (took 3days) and it took about an hour to fix it. When I had an issue the next day they took care of it and even installed a protector for me at no charge. They are located by the splash pad near the restaurants (behind Barnes and Noble). I would definitely go there again.

I recently had me and my wife’s phones repaired.
