Absolutely dissapointed and angry. I asked for a 15 usd pre paid plan and was told to pay an activation fee of 50 bucks + 15 usd. Later at home realized the guy signed me and my friends with 50 usd per month plans.

Whent to the store on March 12 With my Deaf boyfriend to get him on iPhone 12 Max in hwin line when everything was all set and done and we went home he was charged 43 lines and 3 SIM cards instead of one when he went into trade in his iPhone 11. Now I have to call the corporate store to get this resolved because the gentlemans that work at night are not Deaf friendly. They took advantage of both of us while I was trying to interpret for what he was saying... ID give them no stars if it was possible

The service that was provided by t-mobile on Mill Ave was so easy and stress free. I had lost my phone and lived out of state from the authorized holder on the account, so t-mobile guided me in a few easy steps to help me purchase a phone without the authorizer to be with me. I was in and out in 45 minutes, received a new phone, and felt so welcomed by the three employees working at the moment.

I got a new phone there at the end of May, and I also bought a phone case and a speaker. A week later the store called me and asked me to bring back the speaker because they had put it on the wrong financing plan (someone messed up). Their bad. Okay, I brought it back and was promised a 25$ credit to my bill, for the hassle. There was no credit on my June bill. There was no credit on my July bill. I went in again and asked. They were so sorry and would fix this and the credit would sure be applied to my next bill. August bill comes in, still no credit. It is getting ridiculous. Someone is so not doing their job in that store.

I like this T*mobile store, sometimes crowded since its on a College campus. However, with being on a school campus they usually have the newest items for phones and sales. I like the team here as well, they have good young reps who work their that use the products you buy, so they know 1st hand whats the best items to purchase. Shout out to Blake and Ryan for helping my wife troubleshoot her phone and having a major sale. Only downside, the store doesnt have its own parking lot. So, on the street with a meter or parking garage thats a block away.

How do I give less than 1 star? Just put your money in a pile and burn it instead. Came to t-mobile for their phone trade-in promotion. Took 16 hours and 5 calls to port phone over. Their communications never have correct $ numbers for the promotion. To which they say “trust us, it will work out.” Now 3 weeks in they tell me that I won’t get the $700 trade-in credit because - WITHOUT ME ASKING - they assigned me a temporary number during the port time. T-Mobile counts me cancelling the temp number with the port as a line cancellation - DISQUALIFICATION of promotion. So now they say I owe them $700 and can’t cancel the agreement.

Do not go the this store. They will tell you anything and any lie in order to sell a phone or service.My first experience is that I went there they made me add a line into my account so that my bill will be $164. However at the end of the month a got a bill of $193 instead. I called the store manager he said there is a mistake and he will fix it. Unfortunately it keeps going like that and I have to call customer service every month.The second one is that they told me that if I authorize auto payment I will get $20 credit in every bill cycle. After one month passed I have called them and they said it will be available after 2 months of auto payment and I will see it on my bill. In other words my bill should go $20 lower every month. But nope same thing. It never happened. I called the customer service and they told me that I have a different plan that is why I am not eligible for the credit for auto payment. Basically the guy (see his name on the card) lied to me.To sum up, I would not recommend you going that store. They hire unqualified people to work there and that is why they keep changing. I will tell you something without being aware of their own policy.

Bad experience. I was going to get a special deal with trade-in an old phone. First they did not know the special offer on the web-site and offered me $ 16 while it homepage had it as $ 150. I was asked to re-set the old phone once they learned that it would be $ 150... I reset the phone and give it to the. In about 10 minutes they said they had a system problem and thus could not process. So I was told that I had to come later or go to another shop after 20+ minutes! I went to another shop and everything was done in 10 minutes. Will not recommend this shop at all.

I dont know who will see this, but, please, dont go to this place. If you find something wrong and you want them to fix it, they will say, OK, OK, and then one of them make a call, and tell you it fill be fixed in this week. After a week, nothing happens. The second time they will tell you it will be fixed in 3 days. And after a week still nothing happens. The third time will be 24 hours. Still nothing happens. But whatever, If you want to find trouble, this must be the best place.

DO NOT GO HERE! Nimo doesnt know what she was doing and over promised. She even laughed on the phone when I called today. Victoria who is supposedly the Store Manager had over a week to address my concern and still no follow up. I had to call her and lo and behold Nimo tells me shes on vacation. I suggest going to an actual corporate store not this 3rd party retailer.

This is not a real T-Mobile store. They just have the sign. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. Please check actual prices at a real T-Mobile store or online. This store charges nearly twice as much but with greater hassle and generic or knock off products, poor policies and two faced service. They have numerous reports with the Better Business Beauru. Dont be tricked.

I visited this T-Mobile store located at:777 S Mill Ave, Tempe, AZ 85281. Its 4:30pm on a Monday and theres only 1 employee here! Ive been waiting for half an hour in line with other students and they are still working with the same customer. Its ridiculous how long this is taking since theres no other support here. The manager should staff more employees or make sure they actually show up!

I have left T-mobile set up from this store about 3-4 years ago. After 4 years, I still get charge from them. I dont even know why I get charged, or when. They cant find out, they cant access to my account because they didnt set it up right. Now my credit score get screwed up by them. Feels terrible!!!!!!!!!!

These guys are consistent scammers! I went to this store twice and each time they added features without out knowledge or consent! I work for a Tmobile retailer so I check my account everytime I make changes. I twice saw features that we had never asked for! Also these guys do not have their own parking lot so my car got towed!

I am also an international student. The sales representatives have misdirected us on more than one occasion. I was told that the plan they offered me included 2 GB of data with it which I later found out was a lie. T-Mobile is one of my worst experiences in US.
