Gave them a phone with a cracked screen and they quoted me $79 to fix it. When returned, they added another $20 saying the home button wasnt functional which it was at the time of drop off.Phone would barely work after pickup. Would reboot after 20 seconds constantly and the home button wouldnt work. I called to say it wasnt working and he asked me to come back in and hed fix it and make it right.Upon arrival he told me the home buttons on these third party repairs only work like 80% of the time, I asked him why he replace a button that was working fine and he said well when we take these apart sometimes other things get damaged and this is what you are left with. Now phone will not even turn on.

The owner is a very sophisticated engineer and knows his products well. Not only did he help me a great deal, it was a pleasure just talking. Is the place fancy - no. So what - I do not need fancy when the help is very competent. The comments about not listening ring untrue.

If they had a zero stars option i would select Zero stars he felt that because he had customers in the store that he didn’t have time to hear about my issue and listen to what i wanted to get fixed no customer service experience at all i was nice enough to call back and give then a second chance i was wrong guy hung up again rushing me off the phone they make fake profiles to give them sales 5 star ratings and reviews as well. He wanted me to waste my time and gas and come to the store not knowing if he could even fix the problem with my phone not professional at all. I give this place zero stars. Learn how to listen learn how to run a business learn how to provide 5 star customer services because your a Zero star on a customer service chart of 0-5 5 being the highest your at a lvl 0 stars of customer service. Completely a waste of time. Bad business.save your time and money absolutely unacceptable.

Guys are nice. On the window it says they flash to cricket. Wasted over 1 hour of life with them to be told it works for AT&T not cricket...Not only could they not do what their sign says but the guy locked my phone completely and tried selling me new service after messing up a brand new phone and not saying he ruined it! I gave him a perfect iphone and got back a $200 paper weight!

Fixed the glass on my kids phone within a couple of hours.

I highly wouldnt recommend this place. They will tell you pay upfront then have you wait forever for simple fixes such as screen cracks and etc. Then soon as you get the phone back it develops multiple issues. I highly wouldnt recommend this place they just want your money!

I went in to buy a phone but apparently I was taking too long because owner told me if I wasnt going to buy anything I had to get the F--k out and began to yell at me. I brought my Samsung note 3 in a month ago for broken glass repair.. I picked it up the next day and it was great! A few weeks went by and I dropped the phone again and it broke, all glass came off and my home button. I took it back to them because they did a good job the first time so I was expecting the same with this repair but Im disappointed. First they did not have the right color of glass, so I settled for white glass with my orginal black back that goes to the phone. I picked it up and it had a huge smudge underneath the screen that was very noticeable and I was told theres nothing they can do. Its pretty clear that they did not bother to even clean the screen..it looks dirty!!! Now the biggest disappointment is my home button stopped working as soon I got home.. So now I have to pay more money to get my button replaced when it should of been done right the first time.. it really just seems like they want your money and will talk you into it no matter what.

BAD SERVICE.. Their I Phone 6/6s is so very bad, I dont recommend going there at all. My screen is not working properly at all and always lags just after 4 weeks of getting a new screen with them, I went to the shop they told me that this issue is very common to happen. and the only solution is to pay $70 to fix it, I mean I already paid $100 last month and the screen is already bad even though I never dropt my phone or even accidentally letting water on it or any other liquid.DONT RECOMMEND IT

This place is a total scam. Anyone going into this “business” (and I use that term loosely) will notice a bunch of red flags. The business complex is run down and shady. The owner is also running some kind of taxi cab operation out of the store (which I highly doubt is approved by Tempe zoning), and the person behind the counter will do anything to get you to leave your phone with them for repair. I desperately wanted to find someone to repair my old Samsung slide phone (the cable had started to separate), so even though Tmobile and every other reputable shop told me that my phone could not be repaired, when AZcellphones told me they could do it, I blindly believed them. So I left them my phone and a $20.00 deposit which they told me was for “parts.” A few days later I got a call from them. They told me that they could not fix my phone. I was disappointed, but figured I’d at least get my phone back as well as my $20.00. Upon returning to the store, the owner gave me my phone back but refused to refund my $20.00. He now told me that the $20.00 was non refundable for diagnosis. Ridiculous! Of course now I understand why the store employees and their website make it seem like they can fix anything. They just want you to leave your phone with them so they can “attempt” to fix it. If they can’t actually fix your phone, they take your money anyway. The icing on the cake is that my phone was returned in worse shape then when I brought it in. They obviously attempted some kind of surgery on my phone, failed miserably, and refused to refund my $20.00 repair charge. Avoid these scam artists at all costs. I plan to seek revenge by looking into their taxi cab business and letting the city know about the likely non approved zoning location.

First they made me pay up front! Always be cautious when doing this because they will do something silly like stick a verizon screen on a Tmobile phone and not tell you. He had the nerve to act like I was the crazy one for taking issue with it?These guys are an absolute nightmare. After I told them I didnt want Verizon parts on my Tmobile phone the older gentleman who tried to look important wanted to buz in and get cocky telling me fine we will stick the old screen back on and refund your money. Ok fine great!!! They wasted another hour of my time and in the process decided to peel the identification number off my phone, as well as rip the ear piece off my old screen? I call to try and get the ear piece back and the technician who worked on my phone lies to me saying he cant help me out. Keep in mind the ear piece was on the cracked screen before I took it in and off when I picked it up? There is a phone store right around the corner on apache accross from the police station go there and ask for Troy. I highly recommend saving yourselves the headache the place has no respect! Worst customer service imaginable and who makes you pay up front today anyways? Someone who wants to pull some shady BUSINESS, thats who!! Dude had long hair and glasses, dont let him touch your phone he does things half a$$
