Definitely the best computer repair company I have ever dealt with! They were on time to respond and did perfect repair to may laptop in about a week saving me a lot of money for new parts or even more, a new laptop. Thank you!
Worst customer service my family has ever experienced. My son brought his computer here for repair and after a month of trying to find out the status of the repair, he either received the run around or no response AT ALL - by telephone or when he appeared in person at the place of business. After we both called several times (with no response) to ask them to not perform any work on the computer and simply return it, a text was immediately received when we threatened legal action. Both my son and myself received nasty responses. This is no way to do business! I was appalled at their inability to communicate with their customers. He did finally receive his computer back but with the wrong charger.
RESPONDS TO THE OWNER: We are currently going to small claims against this company. His response is so off base. Have many documented communications with this business and do not own a computer business.POSTED 11/2017: I really hope that anyone that is thinking of taking a computer to this company sees this review before they do. As a business owner, I am appalled by the very poor customer service. On Aug 6th when moving our daughter back to ASU to start another school year we took her HP Laptop there for some needed repairs. As of today, she still does not have her laptop. Multiple calls and texts have been unanswered. On the rare occurrence that this company responds there is always an excuse. Trying to locate parts, shipping delays, personnel issues, and promises things will be completed in the next week and not happening, etc. Even filed a complaint with the AZ Attorney General and they were not able to get the company to respond to their calls. In the process of working with the Call for Action group and will be f/u with the AZ AG. Next stop will be contacting an attorney and suing. So even though there is a review that says they had a good experience, something must have drastically changed.
Worst experience I have ever had with a business in my life. I initially took my laptop in because the hinge was broken and the workers there did not tell me what was going on for weeks and would not answer my calls. I finally received my laptop back and they had broken my laptop so it could hold a charge. I then took it back and they never responded to me for a month. I finally got a hold of the owner Daniel who was incredibly rude to me and asked me that I take down my previous poor review that I gave him. I finally got my laptop back and the screen is broken so do not come here unless you want to lose your stuff or have it broken.
