Giving it a 3 star because it has the potential to probably be fairly good if you select your own frozen yogurt and add toppings…. we got a popsicle that was melted when we opened it and two strawberry banana smoothies that my older boys did not want to drink because it tasted like oatmeal

Place was super dirty! They were missing half of the toppings. Very understaffed for a Sunday.

It’s Friday august 27, 2021. Who ever is working this location right now us horrible customer service. I will never come here again. Not to mention the place had several flies on the uncovered food on the counter.

Visited on 2/28/2021 with my daughter. She fixed her yogurt choice around a very unclean counter and they had just opened! The young guy working had a mask on that did not fit and he kept moving it around and touching it to get it right. Did not work! Then he took his ungloved hands and stuck an unwrapped plastic spoon in my childs yogurt. Pan-dem-ic! Nasty self! We will NOT return.

The manager is great! And the employees are very nice and helpful! The drinks and frozen yogurt are of great quality. The shop is clean and well managed. I fully recommend you visit this place!

So yummy, the 2 worker guys that were there were in the back on their phones i had to tell excuse me for them to come out and ring us up. But it was good. Edit: we returned a few weeks later and Just as we were leaving there was about a 3 or so inch cockroach by the yogurt, we told the worker and hes like ok, ill be back. He comes out with the dust pan and tries to kill it, or more like scoop it when all it was doing was shooing it away. So...the roach went under the machine and in the back and the worker goes back there to find it. And we think he gets it cuz he comes out. We see the roach AGAIN and this time it literally on the machine. He goes in the back and grabs a yellow wet floor sign and tries to get it, it crawls down to the floor and thats when i started videoing. He finally got the thing but I dont think ill return because of the guys idiotness and lack of care. I can only post s picture but this was the roach in the crack on the floor.

Under new management as of 10-5-14. New crew is great and welcoming. Have many new tables to sit and enjoy my yummy pumpkin yogurt and Watermelon Sorbet. Will always make this place my rest stop while at the mall.

The European Tart tasted and smelled like it was made with rotten milk. Disappointing considering that tart is my favorite flavor of froyo. The gentleman working didnt seem to care and didnt look into it.

Nice place to visit for a delicious treat, but it can start to get expensive for growing families. It is in a great location, near a busy mall entrance (that often is the epicenter of family events).

So I’m walking round AZ Mills and stumble upon this YoYo Yogurt joint and I’m like dang this stuff sound fire. I go up to the counter get greeted like I’m royalty or sum. I say “ay yo yo lemme try one of dem mangonadas!” They was like yessir coming right up. Two seconds later I’m slurpin and lovin life. Best part of it all was that price though couldn’t believe it. Would’ve paid at least double maybe even triple for the quality alone not to mention the amazing service and overall cleanliness of the place. If y’all don’t hit this place up you slackin bruh.

The owner is awesome but the lady that workd there with the light hair never gets my orders right. One time I came in and asked for a green tea boba smoothie and she didnt know what I was talking about so the manager helped her and figured it out. Then, I go another time and I ask for the same thing but she brings me regular green tea with boba in it, I told her thats not what I asked for and she argued with me telling me I have to take the tea. Horrible service.

Good customer service and good yogurt

May 2013. I was with my girlfriend, and two nephews at AZ Mills, heading towards the exit, when we saw this place. Since we were planning to stop for ice cream on the way home anyways, I figured frozen yogurt was close enough, so we stopped here instead. Big mistake.The lady at the counter wasnt particularly pleasant, and didnt bother to greet us. My nephews havent had froyo before, so I asked the lady if she had sample cups. With some awful attitude, she let me know that they dont do samples there. Disappointing, but understandable since theyre in the mall with the most foot traffic in the state. Either way, the attitude was unnecessary.We then proceeded get our yogurts. I had a small serving with no toppings, two others had medium servings with limited toppings, and one nephew went crazy with his toppings. The total came out $27. Crazy. Never have I paid more than $5 a person at other frozen yogurt places. The cost per ounce here must be very high. For $20, I could have taken everyone to Baskin Robbins, or a gelato shop.The yogurt itself was good, but I still cant get past the high prices or the bad service. They didnt even offer free water, which another thing Ive found out the froyo shops Ive been too.I wont be back, and suggest others to consider your other options as well.

Dont go there ever! Worst management Ive ever experienced. They stared at you and yelled at you to stop sampling their yogurt after you sample just one type. I will never purchased anything from there ever again!!

Staff tonight is not professional. Scooping topping and eating in front of customer. Not so sanitary.
