Not willing to help and Aviana lied about being a store manager if that’s even her name she didn’t have a work badge, I asked her to give me details regarding her not be able to activate a metro bought device iPhone6s she just reiterated that she couldn’t do it. She had no sympathy whatsoever. Wasn’t educated on the company/products nor did she have knowledge of why the device is no longer compatible with metros network, sales associates earn commission by each phone they sell, the higher the plan the more the more money they make unless the device happens to be a BYOD then the rep gets nothing, I believe she simply wouldn’t help because it wasn’t going to benefit her! Go anywhere but here don’t even waste your time I should’ve looked at the reviews before I came in..
