Loaded here as a truck driver. Friendly people and they loaded me as quickly as they could. It wasn’t the easiest place to get to since many of the streets don’t allow big trucks. Probably best to call first to get directions. Small parking lot. I had to back in from the street, but it wasn’t difficult. The street in front doesn’t have all that much traffic.

I tried to purchase an electric bike from their affiliate Electric Bike City (exact location as Circuit Specialists) and they canceled my order without telling me and without automatically giving me a refund. When I called the offered me an electric bike at twice the price of the bike I originally ordered. I couldnt but help think it was a bait and switch operation. Untrustworthy company.

Order delayed for two weeks. Finally received an email Circuit Specialists would not honor their own quoted price and the amount on my invoice and printed confirmation. This was after receiving both email and verbal confirmations of my purchase. Guess that will be my last purchase with them.

I placed my order expecting to get it 2 days later but instead I got it the same day! Super fast service and highly recommended! AAAA++++

Bought a variac, certain model. They shipped a completely different model - one that isnt even advertised on the website. I simply wanted to find out the differences between the two models, but got nothing but a run-around from staff for weeks on end. Very disappointed in their lack of honesty, lack of transparency and lack of customer service. I feel like they baited and switched me. I wont buy from them again.

Received the 474A+ vacuum desoldering station very quickly. It works really well. Now I can remove components from a PCB without having to decide whether to sacrifice the component or the PCB.

You guys have great in person customer service! I had multiple problems with a specific rework station that I had purchased. Ended up going through four of them total- after the fourth one died I decided to go with a different more expensive model. they gave me a discount towards the new one for all of the hassles with the old model. They always try their hardest to make sure you leave with a smile on your face.

Not great. I called the store, gave specs on a part. The rep asked me to repeat the info so I did. He said he had the part. I asked him to hold it and gave my name. Came after work in North Scottsdale at 2:55pm. I had a 4pm appointment I thought I could make in Gilbert. I got to the store. The guy behind the counter had one customer who was buying 3 parts. It took over 10 minutes. He was typing a book on the computer. Finally another person comes out. I asked him if the part on the shelf was mine, gave him my name. He said we only had this size. The guy on the phone messed me up. I was over 15 minutes late for my 4pm appt.

Excellent for some of those hard to fond electronic supplies and gear. Solder stations are a bit overpriced but where else do you get to examine those modes up close. Little disappointed you cant walk around the warehouse, cuts down on us ocd shoppers walking around for hours!

Terrible customer service when you deal with warranty issues. They dont seem to listen to the messages left on the voicemail and just do whatever they feel like. I guess they do not have enough staff to deal with that. First and last experience with them . I will never buy anything else from them

I have been a loyal customer for 4 years. I recently purchased a hot air station. It worked for 2 circuit boards and then set the next 2 on fire. It took 5 days to reach someone to get a RMA. People are on vacation they said. I did all the testing that the tech required and then it was agreed to send the unit back. The hot air was station passed 480 F on a 200 F setting!!!! 7 days after they received the unit, per the FEDEX tracking, still no refund. I contacted them and they lied and said they just received the unit. I had to threaten to go through paypal to get my refund. Sure they refunded me. Minus the shipping!!! To add to their poor product, in my last batch of soldering tips one was bad. Poor customer service and poor product. Time to go elsewhere.

Wwnt in with an order to their shop. The shop looks more like a wharehouse than a store, but its actually their shop, reminds me of old school electronics hobby places 30 years ago. Since I went in with a list of what I needed they assembled my order quickly and efficently, and I was done in less than 10 minutes. They even had some chemicals products I needed that are very hard to find. I would highly recommend.
