Just moved to the area. We went to a few different places to find the best deal and these guys had the best deal. These guys were honest and upfront about what they had and their asking prices.I had reviewed prices online and went to a few different places that offered “deals” until you show up and the “deals” are sold out or gone.I need to buy at least one more tv and will be going back here to make my next purchase.

First and foremost, I’ve never seen so many TVs in my life so I knew that there was zero possibility of me leaving without one. Greg was fantastic to work with! He was insightful, delightful, and clearly passionate about TVs. Like when I say passionate, I mean Best Buy on steroids passionate. Seriously, don’t go to Best Buy or another big box entertainment store because Best Buy doesn’t have Greg has an employee.

This review is well overdue. My guy AJ took great care of me, extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to and did not pressure me in the slightest. He knew I was hesitant to make my purchase on my initial visit but I was desperate for a new tv as mine was completely dead so I was kind of ready to just buy anything. Glad he did as Im extremely happy with my new OLED tv, which I never even thought I would ever be able to afford an OLED tv. I recently purchased a 65 inch, brand new television for an amazing price. I was looking through craigslist and elsewhere for something used, When I came across the TV outlet.For the price of a used television set, I got a brand new one that is amazing.AJ helped me out and was very professional. He accidentally gave me the wrong TV stands and when I called him to tell him that, he actually brought the correct stands to my home and even helped me set the TV up on its table.It was an honest mistake, which AJ handled over and above my expectations.I can’t recommend The TV Outlet more. We did a lot of research and bought exactly what we wanted at a great price. This TV has an amazing picture with a ton of features.Customer service was awesome and exceeded our expectations. The TV was delivered sooner then what we expected.

I bought a new 70 inch JVC TV earlier this year from the TV outlet. Within months of purchasing the TV it simply stopped working. It didnt turn on and ceased to function. I called JVC directly and they indicated this store is not an authorized dealer. I then called the store and was told that there was absolutely nothing I could do but buy a whole new tv. This TV was less than 6 months old are barely used. I feel cheated and now Im out over $500. This store has lower prices for a reason. Their inventory is faulty and will not last. I strongly recommend not to buy anything from this store. I am in process of contacting the BBB and other agencies to see if there is anything I can do. Thumbs way way down to the TV Outlet.

Beware of this place. The salesman was really rude with us from the moment we entered the store. He gave us a TV with fake parts and told us we should be grateful for it just because its “cheaper than the market”. He will always try to lure you into buying or keeping a TV saying every defect “is normal” or doing things like replacing the original remote with the old model remote and saying things such as “the old remote is better, everyone prefers it”. We were lucky enough to get rid of the TV in a different way, but he will charge you 15% in case you wanna return it to his store.

Walked in and the owner--Greg, I believe--immediately chatted with me for 20 minutes about what was going on in the TV business and the pros and cons of the TV I had thought I had decided on. He was a bigger fan of the LG CX, but in fact his extensive knowledge on both products ended up reinforcing my earlier decision and making me more confident in it. Not pushy at all, happy to sell me anything. He also personally helped me load it into my small car.It was also the only place that still had last years Samsung model, not only at a lower cost than the current model but a lower cost than the big box stores were selling it during the unloading period while introducing the newer model.He was the only one working at the time, so you may have a bit of trouble getting ahold of him. Thats why I ended up going in person, but ultimately that was well worth it.NOTE: As the owner explained to me, Renewed means a variety of things, but here it is primarily models that big box stores end up unwilling to sell, and that usually means a customer cancelled the order after it already shipped. My model was indistinguishable from new, though that can vary I assume.

The TV Outlet will most definitely see more business from me. I’ll never buy a tv from the usual stores again. The shop was filled with TVs brand new in the box’s. I purchased a Samsung 65” tv online at a fraction of the cost that Walmart, Amazon, Target and Best Buy advertised the same tv for. The owner had the TV set aside in the box with my name on it and before helping me load it into my vehicle, took it out of the box to plug in and test. All the original packaging and film was still there. My work used a lot of TVs at locations throughout the valley and I’ll certainly be bringing out business to The Tv Outlet for all our tv needs.
