I got married at Hackett House and had absolutely the most incredible experience. The venue, the location, the attention to detail - everything was absolutely perfect. We really appreciated how thoughtful and responsive our wedding planner was and cant recommend this historic site enough for anyone looking for a venue thats a little more unique than most.We also really enjoyed the proximity to the bars and all headed out after we ran out of alcohol for our wedding. Such sweet memories!

I love the hackett house. I had my wedding there (no longer married but that’s a different story lol) everything was beautiful. Angie was amazing at making sure all our needs were met and went above and beyond. The bar tender was fantastic. Kept the drinks coming all night. If we needed something Angie knew exactly who to call to make sure our day was perfect 10/10 would recommend and have any event there.

Hackett house is absolutely beautiful! It has such a wonderful charm to it and the lights and everything are so lovely. Didnt even feel like we were outside on a chilly night or next to all the partying from the clubs. There is lots of room for getting ready and the kitchen is a nice space. The staff that was hired through them were not even close to who we were told we were going to have but they were AMAZING. Everyone had nothing but nice things to say about the bartenders and the servers. The staff of Hackett House though is ATROCIOUS. If you can, hire a wedding planner and have them take care of everything. The women who manage events are poorly managed and exceptionally rude. There is nothing nice to say. On my wedding day, only an hour into the event, I had heard so many bad things from my coordinator from my mother and wedding party, I was fuming and ready to go chew her out, wedding dress and all. I was blocked long enough for someone to pull me away. Seriously, plan PLENTY of time to arrange anything, do not expect a quick response, for anyone to be on time or aware of appointments previously made, or to have your coordinator to be of any help. Who they hire to help are absolutely amazing though so I would recommend that add-on. But seriously, have someone else take care of the Hackett staff and your own coordinator.

Such a friendly environment! gale was so helpful and made our visit in so wonderful! definitely stop by, it’s so worth it!

We love the charm and atmosphere at the Hackett House. Oh, and the cooking classes are outstanding!!
