Dont go here for everyday jewelry or if you expect great customer service. Also, their solid gold seems to be hollow inside. Buy elsewhere if you want your jewelry to last.

I just got my 10 month old daughters ears pierced. Let me highly recommend you to go see Cash and Chloe. They were amazing and very patient with the whole process. They are in the kiosk near the Windsor store.

I went to ask if they would pierce my daughters ears after she was 2 months (just to confirm, some places due to covid are not) anyway the employee said yes, to just come whenever and they would be able to. Went and the employee said it was by appointment only. I then asked when’s the next available appointment. She just told me to hold on and went to see what another person needed. She came back and said the next one was at 5 so I left and was going to go back. I got there at 5:04 since I was feeding my daughter. As I was walking up the same lady looked me dead in the eye and started walking out of the stand and LEFT. I go up to the employee there and ask if she was coming back because I came to get my daughters ears pierced, I’m just a little late to my appointment. The other employee said oh no you can come back tomorrow at 12. She left for the day. They have one piercer. I was upset that the first time I went she didn’t say I needed an appointment, then for the employee to see me and straight up just leave! I would’ve at least appreciated a “I’m sorry but, you are late and it’s the end of my shift now” or something! Lol anyway. Probably won’t be taking my business there anymore. Used To buy my pendants there for my necklaces but whatever.

Best customer service, very friendly staff, the girl that helped me out showed me different belly rings and was very engaging and talked to me about piercings. She helped me pick a beautiful gold belly ring. Best experience I’ve ever had with Piercing Pagoda.

Service was fast and easy my nose piercing only took 5 minutes all together! (Including paperwork) A little expensive but its quality jewelery. The lady working there was so nice and gentle also. Great service for a mall kiosk.

Fast, not over priced & great costumer service. I got my double helix meanwhile my friend got one pierced. Its a lot cheaper then a tattoo shop & recommend getting both piercings done instead of just 1 as its almost the same price. The girl who took care of me and my friend was so friendly and calming voice and knew a lot about piercings. I was just visiting Phoenix and glad I decided to randomly get my ears pierced from here!

I went here for a nose piercing, which was a big mistake. I know why would anyone get their nose pierced in the mall, but I did it because the employee there told me they were allowed to... Which was a complete lie. No one in this company is allowed to do NOSE piercings, they dont have the correct equipment for it either. Anyways, chick pierced my NOSE with a EAR PIERCING GUN and that hurt really bad. Anyways, my nose completely rejected it because they also dont have the right initial nose piercing to do this either, they told me to use a band aid to keep it in. Anyways after going back and forth with them since September, I called corporate just to be informed that they were NEVER supposed to do the damn piercing in the first place .I would honestly just not go back to this location for jewelry period .Theyre staff isnt helpful theyll give you a good run around until your return dates expire. Smh.

I took my daughter to have her ears pierced when she was five. I asked Piercing Pagoda to pierce both ears at once to minimize the pain. They agreed but one of the employees was iexperienced and tentative so she didnt get the hole through the ear and had to sort of grind it in with the piercing the gun. The hole was also in the wrong place. Needless to say, this caused my daughter even more pain. if youre considering going here, you might question the employees about how much experience have they have before you get your ears pierced.

Super quick process and the lady was super nice ! Definitely would recommend to anyone trying to get a nose piercing. 😊
