These guys are masters with no exaggeration; There is easily over a century of experience between the Daves and the machinists here. They will give you straight up pricing and lead times, and they will call you up with any dimensions missing from the prints before they start cutting. On a personal note, although I have zero experience machining anything, the entire staff has always treated me with a great amount of respect and given me a lot of knowledge while never being condescending. The guys are also hilarious to be around. Give them your mill and lathe work, they will do your parts right and they will earn what you pay them.
